Hello! I do in fact use he/they pronouns and I identify as a trans man as I am an afab, I also used to question my gender a lot and I had the exact same problem as you, well, sometimes I still do. It is totally normal to feel confused, question your masculinity, one day feel feminine and the other, masculine. Experimenting with your gender is one of the best advice I can give you! There are many genders, such as female, male, non-binary, agender, genderfluid, trying to identify with a few can help you finding the one you feel is right! Or there's also an option that you do not label your gender and just be you :)! I am sorry if this is bad advice, but I do not know the details of your current problem, but just remember that you are not alone and a lot of people are in the same situation as you are! Gender and sexuality are fluid!
