·         3-5 ice cubes

·         1 cup milk of your choice

Procedure:

·         First, mixed your instant coffee and sugar in a bowl and mix generously with a hand mixer or by hand with a whisk. In two to three minutes, using a high-powered mixer, your mixture should be foamy, creamy, and caramel-colored. Prepare for a mini workout if you use a whisk: depending on how quickly you whisk, your mixture should turn the desired color and consistency in eight to fifteen minutes.                          

 ·         Fill your cup halfway with your favorite milk and half-filled with ice cubes. Pour your foamy coffee on top, give it a quick stir, and enjoy right away!

HALINA’T TARA NA, Magpahangin sa Anawangin!

Thud! My head hit the windshield, forcing me to wake up in my deep sleep. A gray imagery of sky with hints of bluish tones successfully kept my eyes open wide. It was 4 in the morning. I realized that today is the day to beach! But...where? Several hours had passed then  someone said “Welcome to Zambales!” I finally remembered!We’re going to Anawangin Cove!

The brimy scent invites me to the shore. Everything is mesmerizing no matter where you look! It’s like I’m in a paradise! The sea is clear enough for you to see the sand beneath, the sand is moist, coarse and smooth that makes my feet drown. I recommend this place to visit if you want a quiet place to heal or for a vacation! There’s almost zero visitors here and zero trashes EVERYWHERE. I suggest you should bring your camera, sunblock and a hat to enjoy the island hoppings. Best tip? WEAR. SLIPPERS. And never leave them alone in the sand. The campsite is in a cove, Anawangin island is reachable by 20-30 minutes boatride. There are locals who occasionally visit and sell food stuffs but not consistent. There's a grilling area and public toilet and bath. It's best that you bring, both cook set and food. Bring easy to prepare meals. This is the sparkling water of the sea. This might be your view in island hopping here in Zambales. It is salty, clear, cold, smooth and thick. You can definitely see the corals below and the rich sea treasures! There are 4 other destinations that can be easily accessed aside from Anawangin cove, these are Nagsasa Cove, Silanguin Cove, Talisayin Cove, Camara Island and Capones Island. You just need to make an arrangement with a boatman while you’re in Pundaquit. You can visit all five on a day tour, provided that you arrive early! But in our case, we only visited 4 destinations in half-a-day tour. Anawangin has no mobile signal so it’s perfect for getting some fresh air and peaceful mind and rest vacation!
