No! The worst part is that Kacchan has no qualms with this moment, despite him literally getting his guts pierced. He was ready to die for Izuku, something we seen again during the war later on. No, it's Izuku who was PTSD of this moment, to the point that he can't use blackwhip against Kacchan even when they're training anymore!!

I'am insane!! Him feeling "like being at death's door, in total crisis" because he saw Izuku in danger. And THEN taking that blow for him!!
