My Palestine charity postcards are available again!

For about a week, you can order the charity postcard here, and all proceeds from it will be donated to HelpGazaChildren. There are two payment options, for those who feel generous.

You can also take the initiative to donate on your own. Some charities you can donate to are Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, Care for Gaza and eSims for Gaza. There is also Gaza Funds, which shows a random fundraiser every time the page is reloaded.

UPDATE; I think that depending how much we collect, a portion of the donations will also go to Gaza Funds family fundraisers.

Last night I spent 1 hour trying to get chatGPT to generate an image of Drake (it wont do any real people if you ask by name) on a bag of Lays Chips that was 9/11 (it wont do anything controversial) flavored. It took about 1 hour of associating various adjectives and nicknames tangential to Drake (Canadian rapper, from Degrassi, Drizzy, Champagne Papi) and only ended up working after I scrapped the chip bag idea and fed it a made up movie plot based on one of the previous chip bag images it made and told it to make VHS box art based on that plot, and that the movies name was 'DRIZZY CITY'

the mascot for andorra fc is a sheep.. are sheep important for catalans/andorrans? or is it not that deep and its just maybe the fact andorra is on mountain range..

Even better, it's not a sheep, it's a tamarro!

Tamarros are an animal from the legends of Andorra, the Pallars area (in Catalonia's Pyrenees), and some parts of Occitania that border us. It's said to be an animal that lives deep in the Pyrenees mountains and doesn't go near humans, so nobody sees it but it's there and protects the forests.

Tamarros are also used to prank newcomers or foreigners (the rest of Catalonia does the same with "gambutzins", another imaginary animal). They tell foreigners or kids to go hunt a tamarro, the joke being that they'll wait for it to show up but it never will, instead the friends doing the joke will play another prank. Nowadays, tamarros have become very loved by children and games are organized for children to go look for statues of tamarros in the forests. They are used to teach children to respect nature and to pick up litter, because litter is the tamarros' enemy. Each municipality of Andorra has a hidden-ish statue of a tamarro that you can go look for, they look like this:
