Dear Josue,

Just like the previous two boys I've written to, you were also a first crush. You were officially my first REAL crush though, the first one I obsessed about and whose face I still remember.

Lets go back to second grade.

So I lived in Mexico with my grandparents until I was six years old. My mom was living in the United States where she gave birth to my brother so they were now living there. When I was going to enter 2nd grade my mom asked if I wanted to go live with her which of course I was so excited. I had missed her so much. My mom was living with one of her sisters (my aunt) who had two daughters, lexi and mickey. My mom was technically and illegal immigrant. She had crossed legally with a tourist visa, but just overstayed her welcome. She worked as house keeper for a very long time, even while my brother was a baby. I'm so proud of my mom for her hustle, she really is my hero. Anyway, so my mom enrolled me in the elementary near by where because my birthday was late in September they had argued that I should be placed in 1st grade. My mom was not having any of it. She argued that I was already in 1st grade in Mexico and that I needed to go on into 2nd grade. According to my mom, they had me take a couple of exams and determined that I was in fact smart enough to be placed in the 2nd grade.

Now, I dont remember if I was in ESL classes or bilingual classes, I'm not familiar with the program i was placed in. I just know that the class was in Spanish with some English sprinkled in.

So anyway, one of my classmates was this beautiful boy, you.

You really were the most beautiful boy I had ever seen. I still have our class picture, and I can still see the you were the cutest in the class. As I started telling my friends about my crush, suddenly I discovered that I was not the only one under your spell. Who could even blame them. Of course we were all too young for you to even care. It was just all of us girls swooning over you.

Now I'm not sure if you were only my classmate in 2nd grade, but I do know that my crush lasted during 3rd and 4th grade. Every time I would see you in the playground, there I was stalking you with my eyes. I remember we would even go on the same bus, so i lowkey knew where you lived. One of my aunts lived near you so a lot of times I would beg my mom for us to drive by your house, she had no idea why. I just kept telling her "I just want to look at the houses here". Damn, my stalker years really started off when i was young.

The only memory I can think of right now of "interaction" that we had, wasn't even really a one on one. But since it was humiliating it stuck in my brain.

So at home, my mom would always playfully spank me and say "andele". So one day in class I did that to my female friend. Playfully I came behind her and spanked her while saying "andele" which just means 'there you go'. So a boy saw me and was shook and went over to tell you. I was right there when he told you the following....keep in mind, we were like 7 years old, "do you know what a lesbian is?" you nodded your head, "well, thats what she is, she just spanked her". Um excuse me sir, what? To be honest, i dont think I even knew what a lesbian was, but i used context clues to figure it out. I was just embarrassed on being called out liked that and that it was now what you thought of me. But in fact, I dont think we ever actually crossed any words. It was just my villain stalker origin story.

Like I said, my crush lasted a good 3 years (2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade). When it came down for middle school, I had moved so I was now going to a different school in a whole different part of town. So no one that I grew up with was going to be there. And I thought I was never going to see you again.....WRONG.

Years had passed, and my life had changed. Last time I had seen you I was around 9 years old, and all of a sudden here I was 13 years old seeing you again. I actually saw all my old friends but that's a story for a different time. I knew the second I saw you that it was you. Of course you were so much taller, a big bigger, but your beautiful face was still the same. I no longer had any feelings for you, but seeing you from far away was enough for a closure. I just turned around and walked away.

Will I ever see you again? Eh, I probably have but I just didnt realize. But, I'll just keep you in my childhood memory.

EDIT: OMG! I decided to look you up on fb, and I have a friend in common with you (who happened to be my best friend back in 2nd grade), and DAMMMMNN BOY! You look fineee! If I wasn't married and pregnant I'd be sliding in your DM's...just kidding. I'd be too chicken.

Coffee Prince ---I FINALLY watched it.

In one of my previous posts: Current Kdrama rank , I asked for future Kdrama recommendations, and I was given 'Coffee Prince'. I finally gave it a shot, since i was interested in seeing Gong Yoo when he was younger, especially on how hot he looked in Squid Game. I have watched Goblin in the past and it wasn't my cup of tea, but I think I'm gonna give it another shot with my new found love for Gong Yoo.

Anyway, Coffee Prince was sooo good!!!! I really enjoyed so many aspects of it. I usually go into more detail on my reviews, but I'm a bit busy lately, so I'm just gonna point out quick stuff from the ending.

The ending broke my heart. The second lead couple had a miscarriage and 2 weeks ago I had a surgery for my ectopic pregnancy after seven years of having a miscarriage so my grief is still with me. It was a very realistic moment though, which I felt was coming from the moment I saw the character pregnant. Their whole relationship reminded me so much of me and my husband and where we are at in our marriage...so it was nice seeing a happy unperfect depiction of marriage.

I wont go into detail on the lead couple, and how exciting it was to play with my emotions...I loved the BL feel to it and just how cute they were together overall....I was just disappointed with the final scene. From the moment she came back, I wanted an epic kiss that NEVER happened! Not even at the end. So that was the only thing that was disappointing for the entire drama.

My final rating is: 8.5/10

Teresa VS Rubi

I haven't watched a telenovela since like 2007. I feel like Rebelde was the last one I saw. However, I hold on to a couple of novelas that I thought were outstanding, such as Rubi. With the years, I've come across a lot of talk about 'Teresa' and I wondered why it had the same premise as Rubi. I was slightly intrigued. I learned that the story of Teresa came first back in the day, then Rubi. On social media such as tiktok and youtube, people are always comparing both. I kept saying that obviously Rubi was better because it was the one i watched. So in order to not be THAT biased, i decided to give Teresa a shot. So i just binged the entire novela in a couple of weeks. So here are my 2 cents.

Intro:

Song: La descarada- Reyli

Song: Esa hembra es mala- Gloria Trevi

With the songs alone, I will still have to give it to Rubi's intro song. I feel like it was more seductive and more true to what the novela was going to be about. On the other hand, Teresa's theme song felt like it would be more appropriate for Rubi. Because it was sang from the point of view of the 'betrayed friend'. Although you can argue that the betrayed friend was Luisa and that it would be from her point of view, but that only happened towards the very last episodes, so it wouldn't really make sense for it to summarize the entire novela as Reyli's song did.

Furthermore, I enjoy Rubi's intro more, especially the beginning were is says 'Una obra de ..." it makes it seem fancy and like I'm in for a special treat.

The actress

Barbara Mori vs Angelique Boyer

I know I'm going to sound like a jerk by comparing their physical appearance, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Face

They are obviously both beautiful women, but in MY opinion, Barbara Mori's face is more seductive without even trying. She reminds me so much of Megan Fox. On the other hand, Angelique's face is so youthful that she has to work extra hard and make over the top gestures to act out the seductress role.

Body

Although they both have fantastic bodies, they are very different from each other. Once again, Barbara's body gives off a more sensual and natural look. Even the way she moves is a perfect embodiment of Rubi. Angelique once more has a more youthful small body, and the main thing that makes her 'hot' is her boobs, which look really fake and it doesn't play into the story since she's suppose to be poor. Rubi didn't have much of a chest, but she still managed to appear more naturally seductive. Teresa was just constantly exposing her chest to appear seductive.

Acting

Barbara Mori's acting was excellent. She made me feel like thats how she was in real life. Everything came natural to her. Angelique's acting was all over the place. She really had to OVERACT to put her point across. Everything about the novela in general was overacted actually. Angelique had to do over the top facial expressions to show when she was scheming, when she was talking down to people or when she was in love. She came out looking like a cartoon character as opposed to Barbara that made her character seem like a real person.

Story

I've already made this post way longer than i expected and there's so much more that I want to talk about out so I'm just gonna have to shoot out random points:

Evil

I feel like they were both equally evil. They both were horrible to their families, to the men they loved and to their friends. I can't really make my decision on who was worse. I will hand it to Teresa though that she worked and studied hard to have a degree and was an excellent lawyer. However, I've seen arguments that mention that she was smarter that Rubi and relied on her brains instead of her body to get ahead. But thats not true. Sure she had a degree but she didn't get far because of it at all. She did the EXACT same thing that Rubi did, got ahead with her body provoking a rich guy. Sure she played the long game but at then end she did the same thing, not just with Arturo but with Fernando as well. She seduced him, nothing to do with her brain.

Ending

Rubi's ending was EXCELLENT. It has stayed with me for a long time because we finally have a main character that didn't win at the end. She got what she deserved. She lost the man she loved, she lost all her money which is what she fought the most, she lost her beauty, and she lost her beautiful body. EVERYTHING, and it was just excellent.

Teresa's ending left me baffled. She ended up with the man she loved after everything that she did. People may argue that she changed and felt remorse for what she did, but come on. She didn't even suffer for that long. She only regretted things because she was caught and exposed, otherwise she would've never changed. Also the fact that Arturo came to her after what she did to his sister is disgusting. Sure forgive her for what she did to him, but to his innocent sister? Seriously??? I get it, that they wanted for them to have a happy ending since the actors were dating in real life, but that just makes bad story telling.

Plot

It kind of gave me the impression that Teresa was going to follow a similar plot to Rubi's in the sense that Teresa was going to stay in love with Mariano all the way til the end, and that at some point when Teresa was not going to have any more money, that Mariano would now be super rich and prestigious but would want nothing to do with her like in Rubi. Although that would've been a Rubi copy, it would've been a better route to take. Because then other elements seem pointless. Something that I do admire more from Teresa was the fact that Mariano fell in love with Aurora, because in Rubi, it felt like Alejandro, although he married Maribel, it never seemed like he truly loved her. It was more like he cared for her. So i was so ready for an awesome ending to where Teresa was trying to stop the wedding and be suffering because the love of her life no longer loves her. That would've been so satisfying to watch and Mariano's wedding would also be triumphant because he overcame his temptation....however, that didn't happen. Teresa didn't even care, so it makes the wedding kind of pointless to the story. It really felt like 3 quarters of the novela they were building it up that triumph moment, but instead it felt like they changed the direction of story to fit in the real romance between Angelique and Sebastian. To be honest, Arturo's ending should've been the same as his counterpart role in Rubi.

In Summary. I have a lot more bones to pick with Teresa, but the ones that come to mind, are probably mostly the acting, not just of Angelique but of the cast. I think many of them were new actors or something, but their acting was horrible. I can really tell who was new and who was a veteran. Having said all of this, I DID enjoy watching Teresa. I know it may seem like I'm just hating on it and like I didn't enjoy it, but I really did. The first few episodes were really boring but after a while it was hard for me to stop. In one day I would go through 10 episdoes.....bruh, those are like 10 hours a day dedicated to Teresa. It was intriguing and interesting, especially many of the elements that were different from Rubi, such as her becoming a lawyer and her ways that she helped unmask Ruben.

In conclusion though, I do see Rubi as superior. A superior actress, a superior story and superior ending. Maybe a bit is from nostalgia but I did give Teresa a fair chance. Although entertaining, it was not what I would consider a good novela.

Dear boy I knew in first grade,

For the life of me I cannot remember your name. We must have been in the same class for me to even have a crush on you. You were technically the first boy that my eyes were drawn to but apparently you didn’t make much of an impact since I can’t even remember your face. 

Let me set up the scene of what my faulty memory recalls. In first grade I lived in Mexico with my grandparents. My mom had moved to the United States to give birth to my brother. Yes, an anchor baby. At that time I remember crying often because I wanted to be with my mom, however I loved my grandparents so much. They treated me like their own daughter. I will always be so thankful to them. Thankfully they are still alive to this day, my grandpa is 95 and grandma is 94. Anyway, a tiny anecdote that always makes me cry, was when it was fathers day, my grandpa went to my school and all the little girls were dancing with their dads...and i went up to my grandpa to dance with me...and he did and I knew that I didn’t have the need to long to see my biological father ever again....that memory will be with me forever. 

Anyway, back to you, boy that I can’t recall. So my elementary school had many school functions...many in which the students performed and dressed up. I have many pictures where I’m in different traditional Mexican outfits...which actually I’d like to recreate. Well, in my memory I was dressed up in a traditional outfit, with my top the kind that is off the shoulders but it could also be up. The school had no auditorium so the rows of chairs were outside I guess in a courtyard. I was in one of those rows, and maybe 2 or 3 rows ahead of me was you. In my memory, I think I knew you...perhaps you were in my class or in a nearby one because its seems like I knew your name. Well, what I recall was me starring at you none-stop and every time you kind of glanced my way I kept trying to lower by shirt off my shoulders. I have no idea what I was thinking doing that!!! I was at the most 6 years old! I guess my friend noticed what I was doing and she immediately knew that I liked you because she started teasing me and copying what I was doing. I was so embarrassed but it was so true. That’s when my memory of your existence stops. 

This all makes me think of my niece. She’s 10 years old and always telling me about her crush and I keep thinking that she won’t remember him in 20 years...but then again, I was six and i recall my actions and what I must have felt. So who knows. 

Anyway, thats it. I wonder if you’re still alive or what your name is.....only as curiosity.

Japanese Dramas

So I just finished watching my first J Drama, “Coffee & Vanilla”....and i need recommendations of more smutty jdramas lol

I’ll leave my review for this drama for a different occasion because I have A LOT of thoughts! But all in all, I was soooo thirsty for the erotic scenes lol I mean thats the one thing that Kdramas lack, they just tease me lol. 

Anyway, please recommend me some! Preferably with a gorgeous guy like Dori Sakurada.

K-Drama Review: Love Alarm

I had just finished watching Descendants of the sun and I was not ready to move on from my post-kdrama-depression, so I figured I’d watch a lighthearted drama. Bruh, I was not prepared for this roller-coaster of emotions. I literally started watching it last night around 11:30pm thinking I was only going to watch 1 episode...BIG MISTAKE.

In hindsight, a way to describe this drama is as ‘The Heirs’ on crack! It had overall a feel very familiar that I’ve seen before in kdramas and of course it included the technology theme plus hot surprises that I rarely see in korean dramas. 

As I was watching episode 1, I didn’t find that leads that attractive. I found Song Kang to have an attractive body and beautiful lips...but nothing special. And usually when I can’t find the leads attractive, I don’t get invested in their romance. I was also super sleepy since I had only planned to watch one episode....and halfway through episode 1, nothing exciting had happened so i contemplated in going to bed instead......well i didn’t, and when the final scene occurred, suddenly I didn’t know what sleep was!

DIVING INTO IT:

In episode one we get introduced to these 2 guy best friends. Sun-oh immediately finds out that his best friend is IN LOVE with this mystery girl. Why on earth does he start pursuing her then??? He knows how deeply his friend feels as he watched him stalk the girl. Then he goes on ahead and kiss her? That was really effed up! As the episodes go on, we are showed how good of a friend Hye-yeong is towards Sun-oh, which only intensifies my annoyance on what Sun-oh did. The only thing that kind of redeemed Sun-oh (I guess) was that he never hid it from Hye-yeong, he told him straight up that he kissed her. On the last episode though, Sun-oh is upset that Hye-yeong wants to pursue her...like how DARE HE!!!!!!! After what HE did. 

Furthermore, the love story... even though what I said above has me livid, the way the romance emerged had some themes that are truly my guilty pleasures. We have some stalking, dominance, jealousy and cheesiness. All which I loved in The Heirs and which Sun-oh did VERY well. When Sun-oh and Jojo went to the alley and the first thing he said was “do you wanna kiss” I GASPEDDDDDDD. The way he said her lips were beautiful and didn’t care that she had a boyfriend......ahhhhh......it had me more excited than i care to admit. One of the best scenes I see played out in episode 1 of a kdrama! Usually the boys hide their interest in the girl for at least 3 episodes before they start acting on it, but Sun-oh went straight for it and it had me weak in the knees! Overall it kept me begging for more. 

Side notes:

-The theme about su***de scares me a bit, especially because its being portrayed more than once...but hopefully they’re able to give helpful advice on it in season 2.

-the bullying when it came to jojo and duk gu ...and even the lgbt boy had my heart break.

-this drama has me super stressed and on the verge of tears when I wanted it to be lighthearted and cute. 

Season 2

It appears to be delayed and it scares me that they will not come through it. Hopefully they do, because I’m left on a cliff hanger and not sure where to go for comfort .

Predictions: Well, not really predictions but what I hope happens:

Jojo to date Hye-yeong for like 2 episodes because he deserves it. However, in the middle of it, for Sun-oh to start stalking jojo and aggressively kissing her(sorry thats what i’m in to), I wanna see Sun-oh act like he did on episode one, only more passionate. I want Hye-yeong to find love elsewhere and be happy. And of course, I need a Sun-oh/Jojo endgame! (Is a se* scene too much to ask?)

I had been unsatisfied with the kdramas I had been watching lately....and couldn't even finish two of them: Cinderella and the 4 knights & Something in the rain. I will come back to them eventually cus I never not finish a kdrama..... but then yesterday I started watching My Secret Romance....and ommmggggggggggg!!!! That's exactly what I needed to get out of my kdrama funk!!!! It was the perfect romcom for me from start to finish! Plus he was hotttt afff!!!! I totally binge watched it and finished it in a day and a half.

Reviewing SOME Hyun Bin Kdramas

I spent 80 days in quarantine and watched 7 Hyun Bin Kdramas!!! He was my quarantine buddy. I’m so in love with him. 

I had previously reviewed Secret Garden, Memories of the Alhambra, and Hyde Jekyll Me. I finally finished the last three that I needed but I had so much going on that I didn’t get to review them...and since they are no longer fresh on my mind I’m just going to do a quick summary of the main things that I remember.

My Lovely Sam Soon

I LOVED this drama. I really thought I wasn’t going to because of how old it was. Literally the oldest one I’ve watched. But it was good!

I really wanted to do a post dedicated to this drama but I would never finish at this point.

First Hyun Bin drama where I was SOOO mad at him!!! I wanted Sam Soon to leave his ass!!!

I was upset that they made the second female lead likable and sweet. Under other circumstances, i would have wanted her to end up with Hyun Bin...

I was shook that he literally slapped a woman.....i do not understand that at all! maybe because it was a different time...idk.

I hated that Sam Soon begged him...thats the trope that i detest!!!! I only like the guys to beg -.-

There were lots of cheating elements that people might HATE and therefore hate Hyun Bin.

This drama is one in which you’re either going to LOVE it or f****** hate. I watched it on viki with the comments on and damn the comments were completely divided! 

Snow Queen

I was originally not going to watch it because I read a review saying that Hyun Bin was dull in the entire drama and cried the whole time. So I came in with the lowest expectations ever.

Overall, I did like it.

I think he did cry at least once in every single episode, but it fit his character and he was NOT dull! I felt his emotions and he was so lovable. 

The story was cute and simple...and so unfair!

It was those kind of destiny dramas... where they have to end up together but suffer.

If you watched ‘A walk to remember’....then expect the same thing. 

It was beautiful and effing painful.

Only watch if you feel like suffering.

Ps: I lived for his scruffy face

Worlds Within

As opposed Snow Queen, I came to this drama with high expectations...so i was let down for the first half. I was bored to death and kept skipping and not paying attention to anyone else’s dialogue because I didn’t find it relevant..and at times I didn’t even understand.

The second half of the drama (starting on ep.9) got really interesting and I finally started caring about the side characters.

The overall concept was good though....kdramas within a kdrama.

But the romance was soooo refreshing...it was SOOO real and straight to the point.The moment they started dating they had s*x and i was like YASSSSS!!!!

Right away they talked about marriage and kids and I was here for it! They had a beautiful relationship.

At some point they break up for the stupidest reason so that was annoying... and that trope that I hate occurred....she embarrassed herself begging for him back -.-

The ending pleased me though! I was so content with it. Not a perfect ending like Secret Garden...but it was perfect for the story they told.

I did enjoy the meta jokes they had in which they made fun of the kdrama tropes we see all the time..so they tried to stay away from them which made it more realistic but still with that kdrama spark.

Overall what stood out was the great chemistry they had. One of my favorite romances ever.

I’ve yet to review the last two...but since I’m currently watching Worlds Within, i might as well say some quick thoughts:

This is the only drama that has BORED me to death! Hyun Bin is EXCELLENT in it, but I don’t care about the rest of it or the people....HOWEVER, that was only for the first half. Literally in the beginning of the second half it started getting interesting. I’m finally caring about the other characters and it finally has conflict that I care about. Hyun Bin’s character by the way is 100% boyfriend goals in a way more realistic way than all his other dramas!!! 

I’m still debating whether or not to watch ‘Friend, Our Legend’ since it doesn’t appear to be a romantic drama. I do love Hyun Bin so much that I might give it a shot ....idk. In Ireland he’s the second lead so unless I have nothing else to watch.....in a couple of years...then I’ll potentially watch it. 

Anyway, once I watch the Worlds Within I’ll do my Hyun Bin Drama Rank!

Riverdale season 4 review

A post of my frustrations with this show......

I don’t have cable or anything, but since season 4 was added on Netflix I decided to to see what the gang was up to. I think its needless to say that this show is a bit more on the ridiculous side but I always give shows a chance to tell their story. So far I don’t think anything has beat Pretty Little Liars from the ridiculous realm. 

Anyway, quick recap as to where my head was at in regards to this show. Season 1 was actually pretty interesting to me and I was excited for season 2....then things got...dumb. So I wasn’t expecting MUCH from season 4 but i had seen on twitter Barchie content so that peaked my interest. 

Random thoughts on season 4:

Archie and Veronica have zero chemistry (of course this is subjective). I feel like ALL they do is have s*x. In the entire season they had like MAYBE two actual conversations. At least in this season alone, their only connection was physical. I was rooting for them in the first season....but things just look forced. 

I’ve shipped Jughead and Betty since the very beginning and they do have chemistry...but the whole Barchie thing actually interests me a bit.

ALL the characters annoy the sh*t out of me!!! The only tolerable one is Betty. Archie is the MAIN character...i think...and to be honest, he’s the most irrelevant of all. His arcs are always the most boring! They try to distract me with his abs, but doesn’t work. Veronica was pretty cool in season 1 as well...but her whole arc vs her ‘daddy’ is tiresome. Jughead was also kinda cool by being the ‘weirdo’.....but once again, this show has ruined them. He became annoying when he became a serpent....and this season its like he totally forgot he was one. Did he EVER have a scene with the serpents??? Did they disband and I didn’t notice??? He’s always doing out of character things and its just ....annoying. Betty on the other hand always has the BEST arcs. She’s literally the lead. She’s a badass! I just watch to see what she’ll do next. Cheryl also is lowkey annoying. Her little phrases annoy me. 

A thing I miss from past seasons was the fact that the four core characters worked together on a common goal. They did do this towards the end of season four, but the rest of the episodes were too scattered. I understand that they want to show each of them have their own story line but then it makes me wonder if they are even friends still. I wanted more Betty & Veronica moments or Archie & Jughead moments. When they point out that they are best friends I’m just thinking to myself...”are you really?”

The plot....well idk if there was even a main plot....it was all over the place. Archie was very passionate about the center...and towards the end he kinda forgot about it? Charles was hinted of being evil since he’s conspiring with Chic...but they didn’t even go into further details with that. And the destroying of the farm was a little to QUICK and weird. It had been build up so much and had a disappointing outcome. Mr. Honey also seems to play a part in the distribution of the tapes but they don’t really touch on that. Its like this whole season was just about planting potential story lines but they didn’t know how to develop them so they just left them for POSSIBLY next season. 

I was so bored with this season. The main thing that kept me watching was the “mystery of jughead’s death” but even that didn’t really have a satisfying outcome either. I hope the time jump matures the plot in season 5. 

I have some thoughts on the Barchie situations but I’ll probably do a separate post on that.

I WILL be watching season 5, and hope that they go back to basics and show the main characters a bit more united.

The King: Eternal Monarch review Ep9-12

Here I go again!

All my past reviews have been mostly negative towards this drama and it really does make me feel bad. Thankfully, these past 4 episodes have picked up the pace a bit more for me. I still wont say that its somehow redeemed itself from the problems that i have with it *cough*product placement*cough*, but its not totally boring. The majority of some episodes do drag on with NOTHING really happening..but at least in the last 2 episodes I was actually excited. 

I can’t really recall what happened in last week’s episodes, and i didn’t get to write about them because i was preparing for a test. But as for episode 10 it raised even MORE questions for me. There’s only 4 episodes left and I don’t feel like they will be able to really explain or answer all our questions. 

At the top of my head:

the little boy is the symbol of god? sorta like in goblin?

when will they address the time travel?

court lady is from the republic?

is the time stopping really necessary?

I think the markings when it rains is like a punishment for those who willingly go across worlds. 

what is the evil guy’s endgame?

why luna be the savior at the end?

why is the stick even relevant...i feel like they could do without it

They really are making this whole drama complicated. And thats why people lose interest. I feel like it should have just been about the two different worlds and i guess the god-like kid could still be part of it to restore balance. HOWEVER, i think they should’ve avoided the extra ‘time stopping’, time travel elements. They should have kept it as the body swap being the main plot, that way they can elaborate on that. I just hope they are able to deliver at the end.

Now, for some positives.

In episode 11, when Tae-eul was kidnapped and she escaped, she was a BADASS!!!! Especially the part where she pretended she was unconscious when they tried running her over! I was like, yasss queen! 

Then when the king came to her rescue!!! EPIC. Totally reminded me of his City hunter and Faith roles! Where he just kicked ass!!!! Their other running towards each other moments seemed empty, but in this scene it totally worked because of what she had gone through. 

Now in episode 12, even though things were slow paced, it was a good episode. And shall we talk about that NECK kiss!!!! OMG!!!!!! 

YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS those are the feels that I’ve been waiting for!!!

Anyway, that’s all I got for these latest episodes.
