I've had my fair share of encounters with glitches and shenanigans, I've just never catalogued them really. I very vividly remember encountering a glitch where One Specific Room just. refused to properly load in. It was that one room in Outskirts, with the several poles in a line. This one on the map vv

Every time I entered it, it would be nothing but a black screen except the pipes' entrances. It also was incredibly laggy and I feared I'd crash if I tried going through it,, so I just avoided it. I haven't encountered anything similar since. I wish I had gotten a documentation of it, but oh well.

I think this is a similar problem? The player described how they couldn't move and fixing it by spamming the pause button. By the time they tried to exit the room in the screenshot below a vulture spawned and killed them

Made a gif from a clip with a similar particle issue, the way you described it. Rain World is a game that is commonly known to have weird and silly glitches from time to time, even without mods lol. So It's fun to share them like creepy anomalies you caught. Flying spears is a timeless glitch, a thing that even happens to me rarely
