Day 2 Update
3/14/19 Hello again. I ignored my 1st alarm again. That's okay, though. I got up at six and was able to take it a little slower because I had set out everything yesterday. Unfortunately I overestimated the time that would give me, and got to the bus stop three minutes late, with no breakfast. The bus came at its usual time and I got to school at usual time too. First period was in the commons today, which is where I sit in the mornings before class, so I didn't have to walk to class. We were working on stations. I was in a group with someone I didn't like, which is okay because they didn't try to talk to me. I didn't finish my stations, so I will tonight. Second period was gym, and I forgot my gym clothes. Sad. We played badminton and our team won 0 games. I'm proud of myself because I participated. Towards the end, a person from yearbook class came to ask me a question. I was kind of confused because I'm not involved in anything at school, so I would be the last person you would want to ask. Basically, they asked me how many volcano eruptions that I think have happened in Hawaii in the last twenty years and why, and then took my photo after. I said 10 because I haven't seen any on the news except the huge one last year. It was kind of nerve wracking, but I was able to get through it so I'm semi proud of myself. After gym, was lunch, like usual. I ate my sandwich that I had packed yesterday, and talked with the people around me. Third period was fun, I learned a lot about the book I was reading and the lesson really helped me understand it better. Plus, I got to do my work with friends, which always helps keep me off edge. Fourth period was easy because I didn't have to do anything. Bus came late again, but that’s okay because my friend’s bus is coming late too, so I could talk while I waited. I read on the way home. I didn’t finish the chapters we were supposed to read, but Ill do them later, so it’s okay. When I got home, I ate cereal and watched the final episode of The Umbrella Academy. I'm disappointed in myself for eating cereal, so I'm gonna ask my mom to stop buying cereal. I have absolutely 0 self control. After the show was over, I ate a cutie to try to make myself feel better. It didn't work. After that, I went and did my homework: finish history stations and read To Kill a Mockingbird and answer reflection questions. When I was done I packed my bag and made my lunch. After I finished, It was seven thirty and we had guests downstairs. I really didn't want to go because there were kids and I really wasn't in the mood to play with them. But, I was thirsty, so I fixed myself up and suffered through it. They tried to talk to me by saying "How was your day?" But then mocked me with my response. When I left one of them said "Just teenagers I guess." No. No it's not. It's lonely 50 year old lady's who have nothing better to do than judge the youth hoping it will make them feel younger. No, back on track. It was time for dinner, and I ate in a separate room. I had park, rice, and broccoli. No liquids. After dinner I took a shower (with an orange because that was on my to-do list) and I gotta day, doing the orange thing did absolutely nothing. After the shower I got ready for bed and mOIstUrIzEd. I think I put down my phone at 9:50, which I'm not proud of :/.

To-Do List
I've decided to post my to-do list so I can compare it later on. This is basically where I put things when I think of something or need to remember something.
Tumblr media
Create bank account. My mom wants me to get a job. I figured a good first job would be online marketing (I'm problably totally wrong.) Anyways, I need an account to transfer money to.
Ask reddit for lifting products and products that decrease bumpy skin. I think I've mentioned before that my interest in skin care is increasing. I'm going to post this question to r/asianbeauty. I don't trust American products, they've never worked for me and all seem like marketing schemes.
Do everything in room redo. I have a separate note titles "room redo". It has a list of things I want to do to make my room look better. I guess I'll have to post this list later haha.
Clean out closet. Currently, my closet is a mess, not just with clothes, but things I shove in there. Have the clothes in there I never wear because they are too small or don't fit me.
Get Missha cushion from h mart. The Missha Cushion is a BB cushion that I've heard is really good, so I want to try it. The only physical store I've seen sell it is h mart, and I don't want to order it online for fear that the color won't be right.
Buy gum. Gum really helps me focus, plus I owe my friend a lot of gum because I always ask her for some.
Longboard. I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I longboard. Usually when people think longboard, they think going down long roads at amazing speeds. But, that's not what I do. I do longboard dancing. This note is basically just a reminder to practise.
K Study. This basically means just practise Korean. I am learning Korean, not because I'm a kboo, or I liKe kpOP ThEyre ReALLy CutE. I do like kpop but I'm genuinely interested in the culture. I think other cultures are amazing and I love traveling to see them. It's like a whole nother (is that a word?) world.
Decide between grey and beige for walls. This is pretty self-explanatory. I need to chose between grey and beige to paint my room because currently there are about four different colors on the wall from when it was my sister's room.
Do English vocabulary packet. Every two weeks, we have vocab quizzes in English. The vocab packets are optional, but if we turn them in at the end of the semester, we can drop our lowest quiz grade, which wouldn't do much because I always get As on them, but I still want to do it just Incase.
How to view what you've copied to clipboard. This is just a question I need to good sometime soon because the things I copy keep becoming un-copied somehow.
Set up keyboard. I play the piano (not very well.) and I've been using a traditional piano that is extremely out of tune. We have this keyboard under a bed, and I want to start using it instead.
Finish history stations. This refers to the history stations that we were doing earlier today.
Shower with an orange. Yes, it sounds weird, but I'm interested. I heard these girls on track talking about showering with an orange. No, they don't just set the orange in the shower with them, they eat the orange in the shower. Apparently it's supposed to feel amazing, so why not try it?

Day 1 Update
3/13/19 Today hasn't been so great. I woke up at my 6:00 alarm and rushed to get ready. I put on a horrible outfit and now I feel disgusting walking around in it. My bus came on time. I like it coming early in the morning because it's so pretty at night with all the lights. I forgot my history notebook, so I couldn't study for my quiz which I had 1st period. The quiz was easy though, so I think it's okay. I also forgot to read and do my reflection questions that were due yesterday at midnight. I'm really disappointed in myself but my friend has helped a lot and says she will help me at lunch. I didn't forget my gym clothes at least. We played matball, which is some weird variety of softball where you kick a volleyball instead of hitting a ball with a bat. I played for the first half. Not really played, but stood there. During the second half I realized playing was optional and sat out. I don't have any friends in gym so it's hard to participate, but I guess that's just an excuse. During lunch I ate and read the chapters that were supposed to be read yesterday while everyone was screaming and jumping around, occasionally knocking my food over. I finished the chapter questions with the help of my friend. The rest of the day was pretty easy, just some group assignments where I had some acquaintances I could talk with. My bus was late again, I'm starting to think it's going to become a regular thing. The bus came at 2:45. I read To Kill A Mockingbird on the way home, this is the book we are currently reading in English. When I got home, I ate a banana and a cutie (one of those tiny oranges), and some gum and watched an episode of The Umbrella Academy, which is about an hour long. After, I did my History homework and English reading/homework. This was slow because I often got distracted or just stared into space. When I was finished with homework, I organized my binder. This is something I've been meaning to do because my backpack has a bunch of crumpled up papers in it. After that, I cleaned up my room a bit and made my bed. My blanket is too big for my bed, so it never looks nice anyways. I also cleaned out my desk drawers, which has been on my to-do list for a while (I'll post my to-do list later.) By this point I am super hungry, this is odd for me because I usually eat cereal after school and that fills me up. Anyways, this made me think of lunch, so I decided to make my lunch for the next day. I make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and put and orange and a cutie in my lunch box as well. I also added a packet of belvita cookies for a snack in case I get hungry in any of my classes. And last but not least, a plastic 8oz water bottle. By this time, it was 6:45 and time for dinner. I had leftover chicken noodle soup and a biscuit. No liquids. I then watched two episodes of The Umbrella Academy. This is a really good show, but I didn't realize it in the beginning, BUT my dad forced me to watch it and now I love it. After finishing the show, I took a shower and moisturized (I have really dry skin.) I also washed my face with cerave hydrating cleanser. I'm working on putting together a skin care routine because my skin is really rough, bumpy, and dry. I've improved the dry factor, but the other two still stand.

In comparison with my first post, I want to contribute a post to how my ideal daily routine would look.
•5:45 Wake up. Get dressed, brush teeth and hair, wash face, etc. Eat breakfast (a banana, orange, or energy bar.)
•6:25 Leave to go to bus stop.
•6:35 Bus leaves.
•6:45 Arrive at school. Read or do any work that I forgot about. Converse with friends.
•7:25 First class begins. Stay focused and take notes.
•8:58 Gym starts. Participate and make sure to drink water.
•10:28 Lunch. Eat something healthy. 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, and something else. Reusable water bottle bigger than 8oz. Converse with friends. Go to needed tutorials.
•11:19 Period 3. Take notes. Pay attention. Read.
•12:45 Period 4. Pay attention. Do what you're supposed to do.
•2:18 School finishes. Go to bus.
•2:25 Buses leave. Read or listen to music. Maybe finish quick homework.
•2:45 Arrive at home. Eat quick snack. Fruit or energy bar. Watch quick show.
•3:15 Start homework. Study. Anything in to-do list that is school related. Take 15-minute breaks every 45 minutes.
•5:15 (or when homework and studying is finished) Practise longboarding, piano, or language if I have time. Do anything on to-do list that is not school related.
•6:30 Dinner. Don't eat snack when finished.
•7:00 Finish homework or play games/relax.
•8:30 Take shower. This only applies to every other day.
•9:00 Get ready for bed. This includes brushing and flossing, and washing my face. Once in bed, begin reading the next day's chapters. If finished, surf the wEb.
•9:30 Put phone away and try to be asleep by 10:00.
I might update this later on. I'm trying so hard to achieve this basic routine, but I'm really unmotivated. I hope I get there soon.

This is my first post. I don't expect anyone to read it, just a note to self. I wanted to post my current school routine so I can compare it later on.
(I have three alarms, 5:30, 5:45, and 6:00. I usually push the stop button on the first two.)
•6:00 Wake up, brush teeth/hair, wash face, get dressed, etc. I don't eat breakfast because it makes me sick.
•6:25 Wait for bus.
•6:35 Bus comes.
•6:45 Arrive at school.
•7:25 Period 1 begins.
•8:58 Period 2 begins, which for me is currently gym. I don't change clothes because I always forget my uniform.
•10:28 Lunch. I eat with a group of friends, but rarely converse. I don't go to tutorials. I spend my time on my phone. I have whatever my mom packs me, usually "chicken nugget sliders", cheezits, strawberries, and an 8 ounce water bottle.
•11:18 Period 3 begins.
•12:4 Period 4 begins.
•2:18 School gets out and I go to my bus. Lately the bus has been late, so sometimes I have to wait.
•2:25 Bus leaves. (Unless the bus is late, then we leave at 2:40)
•2:45 (Assuming the bus is on time) Areive home. I eat a snack, which is most likely a bowl of cereal or Belvita cookies. While I'm eating, I watch TV.
•4:00 I'm supposed to start homework, but I usually put it off and end up never getting to it. Instead, I watch my phone for hours.
•6:30-ish I eat dinner. Which is whatever my mom cooks. Sometimes it's fast food, sometimes we go to a restaurant. My mom's cooking is usually a type of pasta with a vegetable and milk. After dinner, I watch TV or play computer games. I might be too full to eat dinner because of my snack.
•6:30 MONDAYS ONLY I have piano practice. On every other Monday my sister has Girl Scouts until 7:30. After, we go to Dairy Queen and have ice cream & dinner.
•9:00 I get ready for bed. Every few days I take a shower that lasts 25-35 minutes. I don't floss usually. I try to go to bed right after I shower so that I'm warmer.
•9:30 I try to get to bed by this time, but I am usually on my phone till 10:30-ish.
•10:00 This is the time I usually want to fall asleep. This happens only occasionally.
ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ
From this schedule, I decided I will make a list of the things I want to improve upon.
•Get up on (at least) my second alarm.
•Add flossing to my routine.
•Remember to bring gym clothes.
•Actually eat breakfast. Maybe a banana or energy bar.
•Try to make conversation at lunch.
•Do homework as soon as I'm home from school.
•Try eating a more healthy after-school snack, one that doesn't fill me up before dinner.
•Refuse fast food.
•Prepare lunch and clothes the day before.
•Brush teeth longer and floss.
•Get off phone at 9:30.
ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ
I might add more later on. I hope I can improve upon these things starting now. Not starting tomorrow, or next week, or next month. Now.
