Meanwhile the other doctor arrived within the building.. adorned in bridges doctors uniform except the colors were black as he acquired the files and information.. it was Higgs..

He walked down the corridor waving to his counterpart.

The both of them decided to adopt the little one as they saw it was a must instead of leaving the poor girl to suffer more staying within the wayward home.

The UCA had enough blood on they're hands with the BB project.. like they need to harm more little lost souls..
