Goodbye Instagram

I will no longer be listing Instagram on my list of media contacts from this point onwards. I just didn’t see a need for it since I don’t even have great access to the app anyway.  It will always be there, so that no one else takes the handle and pretends to be me.  But I will not be using it for an indefinite time period.

Amid the excitement of the birth of Mei’s two new babies, Bao Bao celebrated her 2nd birthday today! Her fruitsicle cake was made of honey, apple juice, apple sauce, bamboo, carrots, and beet juice. For a special birthday enrichment activity, keepers decorated cardboard boxes and placed additional treats within for her to investigate and enjoy.

No Saturday Video

Hey everyone! I just got back from vacation, and I will not have time to upload today, I’m not feeling very well and I don’t think I’ll have time to edit a video for this week.  Also, I will be cutting down to ONE video a week starting next week.  I thought it over and I really need to focus on school.  I will post every Saturday though. But I WISH I had known about the Height sliders mod before I had finished with her! (It was on Tumblr literally the day after I had finished the Belchers.) Otherwise this would have been a custom mod.

You know what else is interesting? I have nothing to go off of from their characters eyebrows or mouths! Okay, maybe a liiittttle bit from their mouths (some are wider than others) but all the eyebrows used in the artwork from the show are minimal (and I mean like stick thin) so I had to also take liberties on their eyebrow features.  

There's something so satisfying about finding the exact RIGHT outfit for the character you're working on. I'm extremely satisfied to have found all the components for her everyday look.  I'm also happy with the other outfits I put together too.  These guys were so much fun to make. I recommend trying it out! It really doesn't take that long to do the whole family!

This is one of my most favorite shows to watch and I've been meaning to create these guys on the Sims, but didn't know how to go about it because up until this point, I've been referencing off of real-life people.  

This wasn't as challenging as I thought though! I've been watching and re-watching episodes solely for physical character analysis and the only issue I could see was the jaw line/chins.  It's funny how important this part of our faces can be when creating them in a 3D form.  So of course, I did my best with everything else, but had to guess and imagine at this part.  The end result? Well that is up to you. I personally think I didn't do that bad (pretty proud of it actually)!
