The thing is that most of the fics with non wilmon ships I think about still have bits of Wilmon in it... It's more multi-characters fics...

I think I'd want to limit the list to fics where another ship is the main focus, but it's ok if Wilmon is in there too.

Inspired by a couple of earlier asks, could we make a ships other than Wilmon self-rec list? It would be nice for people coming into the fandom to have somewhere to start but I guess there aren't any reader-made rec lists. So maybe authors could reblog this and rec a couple of their own fics? Or a couple per ship if they've written for multiple ships and of course readers could still chip in too if they felt like it!

Does anyone know what books Wille are returning in the last episode? I’m only seeing the Karin Boye and Kjell Westö at the top and then I’ve tried and failed to make screen shots of it. I just want to know what books Wille has read. Also I feel like people seem to miss the fact that Wille likes to read? Even though we haven’t seen him actually read, he always have books in his room and the Karin Boye quote on the wall❤️ Also the Kjell Westö one looked really interesting and relevant to the general plot of the show with class and love in class differences so I might have to read that one but I’m just so curious about Wille’s other books.

Suggestion for another tournament: favorite Wille and Simon outfits (respectively) for each season! But no pressure since this is a lot of work and you already do so much for the fandom 💜💜

Oh I love that idea, it would be so much fun! It might be a while until I'm ready to do another tournament, but we have the rest of our lives, right? 😅 Outfits, hugs, handholds are on the list so far. If anyone else wants to do any of those before I do, go for it!

In your opinion, would Wille ever get into social-activism, or would he stay more in the background?

Ooh, I don't know. I wouldn't rule it out! He's only 17. That's so young. I'm thinking back to being 17 myself--that really feels like lifetimes ago, and I couldn't have predicted where my life would lead or the choices I'd make (my life is not very interesting or exciting but still!) He will mature and learn and change a lot and try to figure out his place in the world. I could see him someday lending his name and voice to a cause he believes in, as long as it's on his terms.

What do you think?

i think it would’ve been cruel if they had sex sometime between leaving the party and the lake scene. wille was on a mental downward spiral and simon cut things off because neither one of them could be there for each other in a way that was healthy. and we’ve seen before how wille holds on tightly to any sign of hope, anything that could represent something positive happening in his life, especially when it’s related to him and simon being on good terms. if they had sex, i’m sure that would’ve just added salt to the wound when they got to the lake and wille was asking simon why and how he’s over him all of a sudden. for them to go from having sex to wille begging simon to explain how he’s moved on so quickly would have just been so cruel. and simon loves wille. he wouldn’t have done that to himself or to wille

the holy kiss was “their last night together” from their perspective, but during that time it was purely the institution keeping them apart. this time, it was their mental health in combination with wille’s role as prince. the stakes were higher. their breakup was more painful because it felt so finished. before, it was a question of whether they could really work out together. it felt possible at the very least. but their second breakup was a confirmation that they couldn’t, at least not in their current situations. i think if they had sex before the lake scene, wille’s pleads for simon to explain how he could truly be done would’ve be 10x more painful

I don't think they had sex between the party/lake scene. Sure, it seems romantic, but not really realistic. That said, we all have different experiences and therefore different thoughts about things. I've experienced a breakup with someone I cared for deeply and during our "one last day/night" together I had no desire whatsoever to have sex. For me, it was more about processing the breakup together, remembering good times, enjoying each other's company. But again, we're all different and bring our different ideas (and hopes) for what we might like to see in fiction.

So valid. I think that's why the poll was so close. It's really open to interpretation.

this is the problem with yr, they leave too much off screen for the fandom to have to figure out what’s going on. I believe too that something happened between them. Maybe even at the lake. But not showing anything, not even a small glimpse, seemed a bit too much.

That being said I hope our incredibly talented screenwriters will continue giving us their version of that scene, however they envision it.

I will read all the "last night together" fics.

Idk if this is an unpopular opinion but it didn’t make sense that they didn’t have one last intimate moment during the lake scene. The school was closing, they had broken up, not knowing if they would ever see each other again, so fr for me it doesn’t make much sense that they wouldn’t take advantage of that and make love for the last time (that day bc two days later they got back together)

I’m not even saying they should have repeated the scene in ep3, even just them softly kissing. Instead they were distanced there too. What’s the point in forgetting about everything for one night if then you don’t act on it?

Welll a majority of us (including me) think they did have sex, sometime between leaving the party and arriving at the lake. It just wasn't shown on screen.
