Yoga rejuvenates the system and brings so much sense into you that you will not choose to walk on wrong path. Once a certain level of awareness arises in your body, your body becomes such, it will just enjoy inner happiness what is needed for it. It will not seek anything more. This is not because you are controlling or regulating your life in anyway or because somebody is telling you to go on that path. With yogic practices, you do not have to control yourself. You just do the practices. This takes care of the system in such a way that it will not allow you to desire more, rather it will make you sensible human being and strongest warrior. Endurance is needed to remain in an Asana. To master an Asana, we need patience and discipline. To learn the right posture, we have to face the pain. So how does one learn to make pain bearable? We must learn to repose in the pose; we must create relaxation even as there is the right amount of tension. In the beginning, pain can be very strong because the body resists us. By surrendering to it, we soften the body, and gradually it will lessen. When we experience the pain in the beginning, we come in close contact with the part that is painful, so that we can adjust it and lessen the pain and feel the lightness. An Asana must be righteous and virtuous. By righteous means, it must be true. It means sometimes you look perfect in posture but asana is dead from inside. A true asana radiates from the core of your body and fills the entire diameter & circumference of your limbs.
