Two Different Mediums
When a story is represented in two different mediums is gives us two different ways to understand the story. The mediums include the book and the movie. This shows us how different people understand stories in different ways. In my opinion, going to be completely biased here, movies are always, 100% worse than books.
An example of this would be The Lord of the Rings, many people who watched the movies can say that it was amazing, I agree with them. Although I agree with them, the books were much better than the movies. The movies excluded main characters and the characters that were included were substantially altered, not only that, the story line was shortened.

ACT FOUR:
Danforth: Mr. Parris, be plain, what troubles you?
Parris: There is news, sir, that the court - the court must reckon with. My niece,
sir, my niece - I believe she has van-ished.
  Danforth: Vanished!
Parris: I had thought to advise you of it earlier in the week, but -
Danforth: Why? How long is she gone?
Parris: This be the third night. You see, sir, she told me she would stay a night
with Mercy Lewis. And next day, when she does not return, I send to Mr. Lewis
to inquire. Mercy told him she would sleep in my house for a night.
  Danforth: They are both gone?!
Parris, in fear of him: They are, sir.
Danforth, alarmed: I will send a party for them. Where may they be?
Parris: Excellency, I think they be aboard a ship. Danforth stands agape. My
daughter tells me how she heard them speaking of ships last week, and tonight I
discover my - my strongbox is broke into. He presses his fingers against his
eyes to keep back tears.
Hathorne, astonished: She have robbed you?
Parris: Thirty-one pound is gone. I am penniless. He covers his face and sobs.
Danforth: Mr. Parris, you are a brainless man! He walks in thought, deeply worried.
I would play this music during this scene because this scene demonstrates a climactic event. This scene can be seen as unsettling which the music reflects. The music reflects this theme as it is a sort of ‘dark’ music which implies that something dramatic is happening. The genre of the music and the theme must be similar otherwise the music would seem out of place.

My Overall View on Justice
My overall view on justice has not really changed since the beginning of the assignment. I have always thought of justice to have a subjective definition which changes over the course of one’s life. Some people may think that taking away most of one’s freedom would be justice. An example of this would be Thomas Hobbes, who believed that humans were born evil and should be subject to totalitarian rule. Others may say this is injustice as a human's natural rights are being taken away.
That is proof of my previous statement of justice having a subjective definition. My definition of justice would be everyone getting what is fair for them, not necessarily equality. For example, if someone is born with disabilities why should they be forced to attend schools meant for people who were gifted with healthy bodies and minds? It would not be fair to the one who is disabled, others may expect too much from him but he may not have the ability to reach their expectations. Also included in my definition of justice is that there cannot be justice for one person and no justice for the other, that would contradict the entire purpose of justice being achieved. I think it is impossible to achieve true justice and that that is the way the world was and will be.

I agree with TribalShaman when he states how social media can be used for easy communication, distance education, and gaming. I agree with him because I have experienced some of these myself, for example, through gaming I have met people in Norway and even Australia. I also agree with his statement on distance education because, again, I do the same he does, checking moodle and powerschool.
My thoughts of Social Media are still the same ” no changes “…..
1) Through Media’s like FB, Skype etc. we can chat through people from anywhere around the world, which sends the message in less than a second.
2) Social Media can be used for “DISTANCE EDUCATION”, which all the Universities...

Social Media
During the course of this tumblr project, my outlook on social media has changed. I realized that instead of being used as procrastination, social media can be used for useful things, such as this project. For those who view on social media negatively, I agree that it can have many negative effects. Some of those include wasting hours of time and getting distracted quickly (oh look such and such is online, let me talk with him about football!). Although social media has its cons, it can be used to find jobs (LinkedIn) or as a more convenient way to submit classwork (this assignment). It depends, if you are the sort of person who will not manage your time wisely, then do not get involved with this stuff, otherwise social media can be very useful.

I agree with my friend, Mohammad Malik as he is stating a valid argument. I have seen many instances where the writer of a book ends up disappointed because it was displayed differently as a movie. Other times it may be the exact opposite. The film director may understand the book differently and as a result compose the movie differently. This shows how a story being displayed in two different mediums shows two different interpretations.
It shows two interpretations of the story. It would give us two ways to look at the story. Most of the time the people who write the book don’t end up shooting it, someone else who has rights to it does. This shows us how two different people understand the story and how they decided to show it.

That would be putting my view on justice in a nutshell, a nutshell which is not seen in the crucible. I have spent time looking for it but all I find is the little I cant say!! Abigail twisting the truth to suit herself. How would that represent justice when everything relating to that girl is a fabricated lie!! She got out of punishment because of her lie and got other into trouble, such as Tituba!

I agree with tribalshaman's view on social media. I believe he accurately summarized how social media shrunk the world. For example talking with others over skype as if they were right next to you, or meeting people over gaming, and learning online. You may ask, meeting people over gaming? But I have made a friend over gaming who lives waaay far away, in Australia! This is proof how our world has shrunk, we talk with others, play with others, and learn when these "things" may be hundreds of miles away from your current location.
1) Through Media’s like FB, Skype etc. we can chat through people from anywhere around the world, which sends the message in less than a second.
2) Social Media can be used for “DISTANCE EDUCATION”, which all the Universities use now to earn money from the people who would like to study from...

Injustice in the Crucible
HALE: Why can she not wake? Are you silencing this child? TITUBA: I love me Betty! HALE: You have sent your spirit out upon this child, have you not? Are you gathering souls for the Devil? ABIGAIL: She sends her spirit on me in church; she makes me laugh at prayer! PARRIS: She have often laughed at prayer! ABIGAIL: She comes to me every night to go and drink blood! TITUBA: You beg me to conjure! She beg memake charm- ABIGAIL: Don't lie! To Hale: She comes to me while I sleep; she's always making me dream corruptions! TITUBA: Why you say that, Abby? ABIGAIL: Sometimes I wake and find myself standing in the open doorway and not a stitch on my body! I always hear her laughing in my sleep. I hear her singing her Barbados songs and tempting me with- TITUBA: Mister Reverend, I never- HALE, resolved now: Tituba, I want you to wake this child. TITUBA: I have no power on this child, sir. HALE: You most certainly do, and you will free her from it now! When did you compact with the Devil? TITUBA: I don't compact with no Devil!
A rather long scene but it is the scene in which Abigail falsely accuses Tituba of witchcraft. At the same time she is laying the foundation for the twisting of justice in Salem, in which good and innocent people are accused and convicted by those without integrity. After this event, it is obvious to us that something is definitely wrong in Salem – that the beliefs and the models of that society allow, or even promote, such unjust outcomes

I AGREE!
I agree with his point of view because, I know that feel bro.., I have been in the exact same boat he has been in. For example the summer reading, I did not bring a printed copy when it was due, but I emailed it to our wonderful English teacher, who did not deduct any points off! Talking with friends for projects, Farasat and I made a kick-butt physics project without even having to physically meet up, how awesome is that!
Benefits of Social Networking
1. I don’t have to stress out if I miss a homework in class because I can ask one of my friends on any social networking site and ask them
2. I can do group projects without having to physically go over to my friend’s house, instead we just get on something like Skype and we can collaborate easily
3. I can talk to family in other countries easily and not have to wait until the next time I see them

Injustice; Fort Minor, Kenji
"Kenji"
My father came from Japan in 1905 He was 15 when he immigrated from Japan He worked until he was able to buy respect and build a store Let me tell you the story in the form of a dream, I don't know why I have to tell it but I know what it means, Close your eyes, just picture the scene, As I paint it for you, it was World War II, When this man named Kenji woke up, Ken was not a soldier, He was just a man with a family who owned a store in LA, That day, he crawled out of bed like he always did, Bacon and eggs with wife and kids, He lived on the second floor of a little store he ran, He moved to LA from Japan, They called him 'Immigrant,' In Japanese, he'd say he was called "Issei," That meant 'First Generation In The United States,' When everybody was afraid of the Germans, afraid of the Japs, But most of all afraid of a homeland attack, And that morning when Ken went out on the doormat, His world went black 'cause, Right there; front page news, Three weeks before 1942, "Pearl Harbour's Been Bombed And The Japs Are Comin'," Pictures of soldiers dyin' and runnin', Ken knew what it would lead to, Just like he guessed, the President said, "The evil Japanese in our home country will be locked away," They gave Ken, a couple of days, To get his whole life packed in two bags, Just two bags, couldn't even pack his clothes, Some folks didn't even have a suitcase, to pack anything in, So two trash bags is all they gave them, When the kids asked mom "Where are we goin'?" Nobody even knew what to say to them, Ken didn't wanna lie, he said "The US is lookin' for spies, So we have to live in a place called Manzanar, Where a lot of Japanese people are," Stop it don't look at the gunmen, You don't wanna get the soldiers wonderin', If you gonna run or not, 'Cause if you run then you might get shot, Other than that try not to think about it, Try not to worry 'bout it; bein' so crowded, Someday we'll get out, someday, someday. As soon as war broke out The F.B.I. came and they just come to the house and "You have to come" "All the Japanese have to go" They took Mr. Ni People didn't understand Why did they have to take him? Because he's an innocent laborer So now they're in a town with soldiers surroundin' them, Every day, every night look down at them, From watch towers up on the wall, Ken couldn't really hate them at all; They were just doin' their job and, He wasn't gonna make any problems, He had a little garden with vegetables and fruits that, He gave to the troops in a basket his wife made, But in the back of his mind, he wanted his families life saved, Prisoners of war in their own damn country, What for? Time passed in the prison town, He wondered if they would live it down, if and when they were free, The only way out was joinin' the army, And supposedly, some men went out for the army, signed on, And ended up flyin' to Japan with a bomb, That 15 kilo-tonne blast, put an end to the war pretty fast, Two cities were blown to bits; the end of the war came quick, Ken got out, big hopes of a normal life, with his kids and his wife, But, when they got back to their home, What they saw made them feel so alone, These people had trashed every room, Smashed in the windows and bashed in the doors, Written on the walls and the floor, "Japs not welcome anymore." And Kenji dropped both of his bags at his sides and just stood outside, He, looked at his wife without words to say, She looked back at him wiping tears away, And, said "Someday we'll be OK, someday," Now the names have been changed, but the story's true, My family was locked up back in '42, My family was there it was dark and damp, And they called it an internment camp When we first got back from camp... uh It was... pretty... pretty bad I, I remember my husband said "Are we gonna stay 'til last?" Then my husband died before they close the camp.
A rather extensive song but, it represents my view of injustice to great amounts. it talks about Kenji, a Japanese immigrant, and how, because of World War II he got thrown into a "camp". The U.S government did this because they were afraid of spies, idiot's reasoning if you ask me, they threw all Japanese into the camps, and what if the spy was a redneck?
This is injustice because all of the Japanese in america were being treated unfairly because some other Japanese in japan started war against the U.S. Many innocent people died because of this, hardly fair to them wouldn't you say?

How does social networking help me socialize?
1. I get it talk with people on the other side of the world, with video, which is something that would have seemed magical back in the past.
2. It gives me a chance to find out what is going on whenever I want, for example, online news.
3. It helps me with school in multiple ways; group projects, late assignment, online help, or even learning online! (which I do, occasionally)

NYPD officers shot at and missed man believed to have weapon on crowded Midtown Manhattan street, hitting two in the crowd
I believe this is injustice because the police shot an innocent man without verifying if he was actually a threat or not. Another thing is that it is not fair to the innocent people that get caught in the middle of something that does not involve them at all yet they end up in the hospital due to bullet wounds. Also the police did not release the names of the man or women in custody as if to cover up the injustice that happened.

Quote
"The thing called "justice" changes its shape… Depending on where you stand."
Anonymous
I chose this quote because, as I said before, justice has a subjective definition. That definition is very liable to change as a person grows older, as media changes, and as social opinions change. For example: People considered slavery to be good. Now it is outlawed almost everywhere, if not everywhere.
