What brushes do you use

aww man this makes me feel like i’ve got u fooled- i just use a square brush at full opacity/hardness bc my computer can’t really run drawing programs 😭 but i used to love kyle (lol not that kyle) brushes when i was younger & i occasionally can still use them through photoshop!

these drawings are a little love letter to the (now 12 years old??!) julads fic “rerooted.” the first one is kyle looking beautiful from stan’s perspective and the second one is them recording a tape.

are there any south park aus you like!

oh!!! this is an interesting question because i feel like a lot of south park fandom is about kind of engaging in au-ish canon, especially when it comes to aging up the characters and imagining what their lives would be like. i really enjoy that element of the fandom and how wildly different people’s takes can be.

for some reason, when i started getting into south park, my big obsession was different jobs that kyle would possibly work as an adult. i started off feeling like he could do literally anything and like he would force himself to be the best at it. now i feel like there’s some careers he absolutely would never do lmfao. i think it’s really funny to put him into mundane scenarios since i read him as very driven. i also like the fact that, since south park has been running for so long, it feels easy to set up your stories like time wise anywhere from the nineties to now- i like to play around with that when i write and draw stuff (especially like 2013 vibe lmao…) even if it doesn’t have a super blatant presence.

in terms of more concrete aus, i really enjoy reading the microceleb au and tweekomorf here on tumblr! literally loveeee- i also for some reason am lately really into stories where stan moves away from south park for high school. i was super excited when i found the old julads fic ‘rerooted’ on ao3 that deals with that premise and i still wanna make fanart of it!
