Always Wanted to Get Into Trading but Didn’t Know How or What to Trade In? This Article Is for You.
If you’ve been toying with the idea of trading or are looking into ways to make a return on your capital or manage your overall portfolio’s risk, listed derivatives should definitely be on your list of options to consider. Does the term sound foreign to you? Well if it does, let’s bring you up to speed on derivatives trading but more specifically on futures trading.
Futures trading is a tool that helps you get exposure on the price movement of a particular asset class such as equity indices, commodities, and fixed income. It’s also another form of ownership investment just like stocks, properties, and gold. Instead of owning the actual asset, you’ll own a contract of that asset.
By trading futures, you are entering into a contract with another party to either buy or sell a specified product at the price that both of you determine today. If the asset is sold at a higher value than the initial price that it was bought at, the buyer would have made a profit. Still not getting a clear picture? That’s okay! Here’s a video by Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) that explains what futures contracts are in less than 3 minutes.
youtube
Due to the rapid movement of futures trading, it’s difficult for buyers to constantly stay updated on the many commodities available in the market and on the status of their profit/loss margin while attempting to make the right transaction at the right time.
Finding a way to overcome these hurdles and creating a more pleasant trading experience is Kenanga Futures’ KDF TradeActive™.
KDF TradeActive™ is Kenanga Futures’ enhanced and customized derivatives trading platform that provides users access to not just Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD) but also CME Group via desktop and mobile devices.
The platform lets traders add products that are of interest to them to a ‘Watchlist’ which allows them  to take swift action to trade the market regardless of whether it’s a bearish or bullish market. Traders are also able to view their profit/loss and account margining in real-time.
How secure is the platform you ask? Well, KDF TradeActive™ comes with multi-factor authentication feature for added security so you can trade without a worry. Other integral trading features you can find on the platform include:
●        multi-currency portfolios reflected in one base currency for easy monitoring
●        real-time account balance summary
●        Built-in synthetic order types such as One-Cancel-Other (OCO), Trailing Stop, Bull & Bear and Time-To-Send
●        Click-to-Trade function which allows you to enter a trade with just a click
●        Real-time technical chart with indicators for both BMD and CME Group products
Kenanga Futures recently launched “Back 2 The Futures” campaign; a campaign that enables domestic clients to access both the U.S. and Malaysian listed derivatives on CME Group and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (“BMD”), respectively, and be rewarded with petrol cards worth up to RM200 when trading via KDF TradeActive™ from now until 15th November 2018.

Spice It Up: 7 best-kept secrets of happy couples
Long lasting relationships are so rare these days, some even call it a modern day myth. Breakups may seem very ubiquitous, but maintaining a healthy relationship requires effort and commitment, not just pure luck. Here are 7 tips on how to stay happy with your other half.
Tumblr media

1. Exercise together - being a good influence for each other to be healthy
Couples who sweat together, stay together. One of best things of being in a healthy relationship is to have a positive influence in your life constantly driving you to become a better person. When two of you practice an active lifestyle, you don’t just get healthier physically, but emotionally too!

2. Plan a romantic getaway once in a while
Vacations - no matter long or short - are always something to look forward to. A romantic getaway will definitely bring some spark and excitement to your regular couple life as you’ll be doing fun things both of you don’t normally get to do. Through traveling, couples will also get to understand each other better by observing each other’s lifestyle habits and spending uninterrupted, quality time together.

3.  Or be completely homey
Clean up those dusty corners you’ve been neglecting for weeks, or cook each other your favourite dish and dine in in front of the TV, because dates don't always have to be about going out. It’s a sign that your relationship is healthy  and stable when you and your partner can feel comfortable staying in together.
4. Get to know each other's social circles
Don’t be the couple who go MIA once you’re in a relationship. Remember, your friends and families have always been there for you, so stay connected with them no matter how much you want to just stick to your other half. Even better, introduce your partner to your social circle and ask that he/she does the same for you too. You’ll realize this is an important move to make when you’re ready  to take your relationship to another level.

5.  Spending the nights together
Making love connects not just two bodies, but two minds and souls as well. However, the key to getting the most pleasure in bed goes beyond skills and position. First of all, it has to be consensual, and no one is being pressured into having sex  when they don’t feel like it. If you are not ready to have kids, use    protection. If you want worry-free sex without compromising on pleasure consider Okamoto® condoms that is so thin it doesn’t dampen the sensation.

6. Give each other some "me time"
Just because you’re in love with someone doesn’t mean you need to spend all your time with only one person. It’s healthy to be committed in a relationship and still be you and have your own interests and social networks. Take some break in between your couple’s time to do things for yourself or with your friends so that you won’t get overly attached to or dependent on your other half.

7. Respectful communication goes a long way
There’s nothing more important than communication in a relationship. Always, always find time to talk to your partner even if it's just a 5-minute update of your day. Occasional fights and arguments are inevitable in relationships, but    mature couples will actually learn from their disagreements and try to  solve problems. Be open and transparent about your feelings (in a respectful manner!), and set rules and boundaries for each other to know what the limits are. Don’t forget to remind them that - you love them.

Going to Maldives is easier than you think!
Tumblr media
The idea of visiting the luxurious Maldives seems intimidating to many Malaysians. Sure, a vacation in Maldives is no budget trip at all and requires effort to plan, but it doesn’t have to just remain a fantasy - especially if you are a beach lover.
Here’s a quick lowdown on planning your first trip to the Maldives - read it, and don’t be surprised to find yourself checking out flights after this!
Tumblr media
01 / Understanding the structure of the Maldives
You’re no stranger to the name Maldives, but you’re probably unaware that it is not one single destination but home to 1,200 islands. The ones that you can visit are either the inhabited local islands or uninhabited resort or picnic islands developed solely for tourism. Most resorts have their own private islands and are costlier, while staying on local islands like Maafushi and Thulusdhoo will cost less and are accessible by public ferries.
Tumblr media
02 / Accommodation choices
Next is a make-or-break decision: accommodation. This will affect most of your following budget plans, as you will likely spend most of your time hanging around where you stay. A typical Maldives holiday is spent at a water villa resort in its own private island complete with all-inclusive facilities; alternatively, staying in affordable guesthouses brings you closer to the real Maldives life, not to mention the rates will be much more reasonable too. Tip: guesthouses only became available 8-9 years ago so the establishments are still fairly new!
When choosing your accommodation, it’s important to consider its distance from Male, the capital where most visitors fly into. Airport transfers can get really expensive if the resort is far away and requires a seaplane transfer (USD $250 - $450 / trip), and you could end up paying more for transfers than the room itself! Also, try to spot for places with meals included as there are limited restaurant options on the islands.
03 / When to visit
The world class beach paradise stays perfectly around 27ºC hot all year round, though there is a monsoon season that runs from May to October. The best weather to visit is the dry season between November and April, but beware of high season rates, which peaks around December to March.
Tumblr media
Your best bet of avoiding the high costs is towards the end of dry season, around April to May. If you have specific activities that you want to do, e.g. snorkeling & scuba diving, you’ll be happy to find that the ideal time to visit will be in the more affordable winter months when the water gets clear.
04 / How long should I stay
Malaysians require a visa, applied on arrival, and a hotel/guesthouse reservation to stay in Maldives for up to 30 days. It then comes down to two biggest criteria: 1) luxury of money and time, 2) how much do you love the beach life. If you’re a die-hard beachlover and can afford to stay longer, we suggest to spend at least a week here. Generally, many visitors may get bored after 4-5 nights by the beach and too many water activities can drill a hole in your pocket fast.
05 / Finding the right flight
The more money you save from flights, the more you get to splurge on the island experiences. As of now, AirAsia is the only airlines offering direct flights to Male from Kuala Lumpur. In the past, the daily direct flights operated by AirAsia Malaysia land in Male during the evenings; now with additional frequencies operated by its long-haul affliate AirAsia X flying four times weekly to Male, you can arrive in the morning and make more flexible travel arrangements to your hotel.
Tumblr media
The D7 code AirAsia X flight will commence in February 6 2018, and offers a valuable kids-free quiet zone upgrade starting from RM39 so you can begin indulging in peace and serenity even in the flight itself. For extra comfort throughout your journey, you can opt for premium flatbed upgrades for not only the complete lie-flat seats, but to receive 40kg luggage and complimentary Red Lounge entry as well.
Tumblr media
06 / Planning your activities
The relaxing beach and the watersports are the main reasons people flock to the tropical paradise, so do not expect much nightlife or entertainment programmes like tours and excursions (though certain resorts do come with these). With waters clear as crystal and spectacular underwater life, Maldives is deemed the mecca of scuba-divers. You can even get a discovery dive at one of the many PADI dive shops if you’re non-certified.
Tumblr media
Resorts and guesthouses offer a plethora of water activities like snorkelling and parasailing, but if you’re traveling on a budget, beware that the costs may pile up easily. Nevertheless, lounging on a beach and indulging in the dreamy sea views will feel equally divine.
07 / Useful tips to be mindful of
Staying near to the locals means you can avoid high tourist prices, but it also means you need to refrain from disrespectful behavior as Maldives is a predominantly Muslim country. In other words, no alcohol, no revealing beachwear, and no public display of affection! Fret not, you can still flaunt your bikini body while enjoying a cocktail when you take day trips to resort islands, where all the above are not illegal.
Tumblr media
As resources need to be flown into Maldives, pack everything you need or pay an unreasonably high price on the island, so maximize the 40kg luggage AirAsia X is giving you via premium flatbed from only RM699. Hunt for local packages and flight promotions from now till 28 January 2018, as these can bring you huge savings for a luxurious holiday in return when you travel from 6 February till 31 July 2018.
Fare promotion:
Booking Period: From now till 28 January 2018 Travel Period: 6 Feb till 31 July 2018

Of late, Jaipur’s stunning architectural grandeur has lured growing numbers of visitors, slowly transforming itself into a superior tourist destination with a plethora of attractions.
Ask us to come up with a list of things to do in Jaipur and we can go on and on. But today, let’s just focus on 10 biggest reasons why Jaipur deserves a spot in your travel bucket list!
1.     Geographical Significance in the Golden Triangle
Jaipur is the capital of the arid Rajasthan state in Northern India, and forms part of India’s popular Golden Triangle tourist circuit along with Delhi and Agra. With its unique customs, cultures and complete tourist facilities, Jaipur is the ideal introductory destination for anyone who wishes to experience the rich heritage of Rajasthan.

2. A City Pretty in Pink
Imagine a view of a city where all the buildings are painted in a flushing shade of terracotta pink that signifies the colour of hospitality. That’s Jaipur, or more affectionately known as the Pink City. The colouring of the city happened for a reason – it was a strategy by the Maharaja of Jaipur to impress Prince Albert and the British court during their visit in 1876, and it does not cease to fascinate more visitors up until today.

3. Forts: A Must Do in Jaipur
The magnificent forts and fortresses are the biggest tourist magnets in Jaipur. There are a number of age-old structures to explore, but you should not miss the grandeur of the famous Amer Fort (or Amber Fort) built in red sandstone and marble. Also worth visiting are Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort, where you get mesmerising views of the city from the hilltop.

4. Ancient Palaces Alive with History
Travel to the ancient royal era when you step into the historical palaces of Jaipur. Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of Winds, gets its beautiful pink hue from red and pink sandstone, and is known to be the women’s chambers for the royal ladies to observe the streets from above. Another central landmark of Jaipur is the impressive complex of the City Palace, where descendants of royalty still live today.

5. Many former palaces are now transformed into luxury heritage hotels to let you feel like a raja during your stay. Check into these charming places like Rambagh Palace and the newly renovated Samode Palace for the complete royal experience.

6. Salute the Sanctity of Temples
Jaipur’s sacred temples, like its forts, equally carry architectural magnificence and historical importance. Located at the base of Moti Dungari hill, the ivory Birla Mandir temple stands out from the lush greenery in daytime, and looks even more stunning when lit at night. Stop by Galtaji temple to check out the sacred water tanks where pilgrims bathe, and wave hello to the monkeys who reside there.

7. Catch the Festival Fever If the architectural marvels gave Jaipur its beauty, then the vibrant festivals are the soul of the city. Every summer, Jaipur comes alive as festivals bring people together for a funfest of interesting events, performances, games and others. If there’s one you ought to visit, go to the International Kite Festival, where colourful kites decorate the blue skies of Jaipur.
Tumblr media
8. Feel the Bazaar Buzz
Allocate some time for shopping, because you’ll indulge in the vibrant marketplace atmosphere where you’ll find all sorts of knick-knacks, art and crafts, gems and stones lined up for your beholding. You need to sample the iconic traditional dish, dal baati churma, which comprises of baati, little wheat dough balls, and dal, a savoury gravy made with lentils. Here’s How You Can Move Forward with Uber in Malaysia
Sometimes it takes only a touch to make a difference
Malaysia is known to many as a food haven with stunning tourist attractions, a nation of hospitable people… and in recent years a country with horrific traffic jams. If you’re nodding your head in agreement and live in KL, here are a few findings published by The World Bank to really put things into perspective for you.
In June 2015, The World Bank estimated that the folks of KL spend more than 250 million hours stuck behind the wheel in a year.
Traffic in KL alone incurred a cost between 1.1% - 2.2% of our GDP in 2014.
A mere 17% of commuters in KL use public transport.
Even if you’re not living in KL but in a part of Malaysia that often faces congestion, you undoubtedly can relate to the many levels of frustration drivers experience on a daily basis.
The good news is, you don’t have to continue enduring this congestion. In the past few years, ride-sharing has been introduced to Malaysia and has been well-received by urban residents looking for options to free themselves from the shackles of driving in a congested city. One of these companies is Uber, which has been providing a safe, reliable, affordable and comfortable method of transportation for urban dwellers in Malaysia at the push of a button, besides also offering a new means of earning income for driver-partners.
Even differently-abled Malaysians, such as the blind and the deaf have benefited from Uber. Earlier this year, Uber partnered with the National Council for the Blind Malaysia (NCBM) and the Malaysian Federation for the Deaf (MFD) resulting in visually-impaired Malaysians having the choice of moving around conveniently and reliably while those with hearing impairment now also have the freedom to earn an income as a driver-partner.
Uber’s effort to empower Malaysians with another choice of transportation that connects private vehicle ownership and public transportation has been so well-received by the people of Malaysia that the Malaysian Parliament recently passed ridesharing regulations, thus formally recognising  ridesharing as part of the Malaysian transportation landscape.
Think about it. You now have choice at the touch of a button. A choice of having any a car at anytime, anywhere you want it; the choice of not being tied down by car loans, maintenance fees, road tax, insurance fees, petrol costs, parking fees; and the choice of not navigating traffic jams or struggling for parking. It’s a smarter way to travel - you have more time on your hands to be more productive.
Sounds good? If you’re looking to Cuba Uber but don’t know where to start, here’s how!
Tumblr media
1. Download the Uber app FOR FREE on your iOS or Android smartphone via Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account by entering a valid email address and phone number. You’ll receive a verification code on your phone once you’ve completed the signup process. Verify the code and you’re good to go!
3. Open the app, tap “Where to?” and key in your destination. You’ll have the option of taking either an uberX, uberXL or uberBLACK. In a nutshell, uberX gives you the most affordable choice for a ride for 1-4 people, uberXL accommodates for a group of up to 6, and uberBLACK is for when you feel like splurging a tad more on a fancy ride. P.S Add your favourite or frequent destinations as bookmarks to save your time in the future.
4. Once you’ve selected your ride, your driver’s name, car number plate and contact number will be shared immediately to help you identify your driver. You may also get a hearing-impaired driver partner and when you do, the app will let you know in advance so that when you get on your ride, you’ll be able to sign a “Hello” instead of saying it. Yeay to inclusion!
5. You can pay for your Uber ride with both your credit card or cash. Select “Payment” from your app menu and choose credit card or cash and whichever you select will appear as the preferred payment method automatically.

Here’s 5 ways that we can think of to share our satisfaction. Do you feel the same when sharing these too?
1. Sharing the love for fooood
As Malaysians, it’s no questioning that we share a common love for food. Believe it or not, food tastes better when we enjoy it with our family, friends, partner, coworkers or just a stranger you share tables with at the kopitiam. Besides, you can only enjoy certain foods that are created solely for sharing purposes – can you imagine having loaded nachos, cheese naan, or your favourite Chinese Dai Chow by yourself?
Tumblr media
2. Sharing the thrill of new experiences
New café in town? Latest augmented reality game app? Recent movie launch? Every once in a while, there’s always something new and buzzing happening in town. Whatever the latest trend is, we’ll prefer to share the excitement of experiencing something new with somebody as enthusiastic as we are. As the old adage goes, the more the merrier.
Tumblr media
3. Sharing the joy of laughing together
Raise your hand if you’re guilty of tagging – or spamming – your friends with funny memes, jokes and comedy videos you find share-worthy on Facebook. Even when you come across something really interesting or funny in real life, it’s common to snap a picture or narrate it to the people that we know will appreciate such humour. Most of the time, we end up laughing for the second time when we share it out, agree?
Tumblr media
4. Sharing the obsession in a common interest/culture
There’s nothing wrong with fangirling/fanboying after a hot celebrity or talented movie star, and it’s completely normal to binge watch any drama you enjoy. But when you find a person who is as equally obsessed with something as you are, the passion gets doubled. Especially when you both are hipsters who share unusual tastes – you’ll appreciate the existence of your likeminded friend or community even more because they’re so hard to find!
Tumblr media
5. Sharing the good vibes during minum sessions
Who doesn’t enjoy a good drink after a period of stress? No matter it’s a jolly after-work happy hour at your office bar, a laid back mamak hangout with mugs of the tarik, or a quiet wine-sipping moments with your loved ones in the comfort of your home, we adore catch-up sessions over a drink.
Tumblr media
But, the ultimate satisfaction has to be… the return of the Connor’s Challenge, where you and a friend can redeem a FREE Half-Pint (250ml) of Connor’s Stout Porter each! Nothing screams “satisfaction” better than free drinks!!

No trip is complete without eating what the locals eat, and in Davao, it’s a gastronomic adventure. The mouthwatering “pakfry” (fried tuna tail in pickled sauce) at Palo Vince Restaurant is to die for, or drop by the famous Marina Tuna to sample the freshness of seafood through signature dishes like “kinilaw” (citrus-marinated raw tuna spiced with chili) or “tuna panga” (grilled fish jaws).

You can find durian almost anywhere in Davao as the city is known to serve creamy durians all year long, so much so that it has even earned the nickname, “the durian capital of the Philippines.” The sweet pomelos are worthy for a try as well as they are readily available everywhere at a really cheap price.

This is the most popular time of the year to visit Davao, as festival goers flood the city in August to partake in the vibrant celebration of life, where locals give thanks to the gods for the bountiful harvest and peaceful living. Araw ng Davao is another vibrant feast, where multicultural Davaoeños celebrate the people’s oneness and unity. The seven-day festival is packed with action where trade fairs and cultural exhibitions crowd.
4. Relaxing Retreat in the Mountains of Eden
Many people are fans of beaches but some people prefer the mountains. If you are the latter, then Eden is the place to be. Now’s A Good Time to Travel to Boracay
Tumblr media
Boracay, A Beach Lover’s Paradise
Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and made up with more than 7000 islands, Philippines has plenty to offer to beach lovers.
A small island in the heart of Philippines, Boracay has long been a chart-topping beach getaway destination, so much so that it has recently been crowned 2017’s 3rd Best Island in the World by Travel + Leisure.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Boracay-Hotels.net)
Commonly acclaimed as a “tropical paradise”, the 7-km-long Boracay is blessed with 17 beautiful beaches, having no shortage of white powdery sands, charming turquoise waters and picture perfect sunsets.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Rappler)
Apart from its excellent natural condition as a beach destination, this small island is also packed with excitement from lively party scenes to thrilling aquatic activities, especially at the most happening commercial center, White Beach.
High Season in December to May
Boracay’s successful development as a beach destination naturally sends around a million visitors from all over the world flocking to this small island every year. It is without doubt Asia’s prized gem, while Western tourists see it as a summer party heaven.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Shairo Manalo)
High season is usually from December to May when the weather is hot and the water is inviting. There’s only one small problem when everyone wants to catch Boracay at its best time - it gets overcrowded.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Anna Everywhere)
Not everyone enjoys the hustle and bustle of busy Boracay. During its peak season, you will need to share the beach with thousand others, which is not exactly the most relaxing experience to some.
In terms of prices, hotel rates and flight rates are typically 30% more expensive than in low season. Availability can be limited as well as a lot of flights and places run out very quickly and require super advanced booking.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Kilroy Travels)
Off-Peak Travel Gains Popularity
If you are one who prefers a quiet beach - then you may want to avoid Boracay’s peak period and consider visiting sometime else. In recent years, off-peak travel to Boracay is slowly winning the hearts of beach worshippers for various reasons.
A good alternative travel time will be now, July to October. The beach will still be frequented by many visitors but the crowd will be much more manageable than in the peak season.
Tumblr media
(Image @ Boracay Sheridan)
Boracay’s strategic location shelters the beach from strong typhoons, so it is generally safe enough to expect fair weather all year round. Even when it is the raining season now, sunny days can also be seen most of the time, so don’t worry about missing your favourite activities like Gmax, Flying Fox, ATV etc.
Perhaps the biggest perk of traveling off-peak will be how much you get to save. Hotel rates are the lowest as many places offer discounts and promotions to attract off-peak visitors, and flight prices usually drop during this period, making it very affordable for budget travellers.
Fly into Kalibo to reach Boracay
Getting to Boracay can be a little tricky for first timers, as there are no direct flights into the small island. The most common way will be to fly into Kalibo airport, which is roughly 60km away from Boracay, and take ground transportation and/or ferry from there.
Most travellers prefer to fly in from Kalibo due to much cheaper flights and more availability despite being slightly farther away. From Kalibo, you can take a 2-hour journey on local vans or buses to Caticlan Jetty Port, where you then take a 10-20-minute boat ride to Boracay.
Now that it is a peak season - for cheap flights and hotel discounts that is - and AirAsia is also having a promotion on flights to Kalibo starting today until 23 July 2017.
Flights can be found for as low as RM199 one way or RM357.90 return from Kuala Lumpur, and you can book now to travel from now till 31 October 2017, perfect for a spontaneous yet budget beach getaway.
Find your flight to Kalibo now by logging on to https://www.airasia.com/

youtube
Boost, the prepaid lifesaver you've been waiting for, let's you top up mobile credit anywhere, anytime in seconds via the app. There are a few reasons why this app is better than topping up in real life.
Tumblr media
1. Boost credits do not expire. At all.

2. It's an app that keeps giving!
Each time you top up, Boost lets you stand a chance to get more Boost Credits. Just give your phone a little shake, also known as #DoTheBoost, to see if you've gotten any free Boost Credits. Boost also gives you up to RM5 worth of free Boost Credits each time a friend registers the app using your "Invite Code" and top up a minimum of RM10. Plus your friends will get free Boost Credits worth RM5 after their first top up too!
3. It's safe & smart
Each time you make a transaction using your credit or debit card, the app needs you to key in your 6 digit pin which keeps all your financial data secure. Let Michelin take you home safely this Chinese New Year
Tumblr media
The Year of the Rooster promises luxury, beauty and wealth to all and that’s why we at Michelin want to make your journey back home to treasured moments this CNY a safe, smooth and economical one.
Our MICHELIN Energy XM2 tyre has been proven to give 20% more mileage than other leading brands out there and our MICHELIN Primacy 3 ST has 25% better longevity than its previous generation which is ideal for those who plan on traveling long distances.
Your tyres are what secure your car to the road and this is why it’s very important for you to read the rubber. Inspect your tyres for any tears or bulges on the side wall. Your tyres should also have a good amount of tread that is deep enough to ensure adequate traction in the wet. One way to measure this is to place a 20 cent coin in between the tread.
If the word "SEN" is clearly visible, you will need new tyres to ensure excellent grip in all weather conditions. The MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 is one of the best options available when it comes to road-holding in wet conditions and shorter braking distance on wet roads without compromising performance and comfort.
Another must do before you start your journey back to your ‘kampung’ this CNY is to check the pressure of your tyres. A very important point to note here is that the number on the tyre's side is the maximum pressure it can withstand and is not the recommended amount, which is actially located on a sticker at the driver’s door inner sil
Your tyres should be a little less inflated in cooler weather or rainy season and closer to their maximum in hotter weather or dry season. But be careful to never inflate your tyres too much as this could cause overinflation and compromised grip. And finally, don't forget about that life-saving thing known as the spare tyre.
Acoustics of your tyre is also an important factor to determine a quiet and smooth ride, and at being 8% quieter than average of leading brands out there, the MICHELIN Primacy 3 ST is the best choice for luxury touring vehicles. Plus, the Primacy 3 ST has 25% better endurance when compared to previous generation Primacy LC tyres.
This coming festive season, as part of our “Return Home Safely to Treasured Moments” campaign, Michelin is offering a free travel organizer with every purchase of 2 Michelin tyres and 2 free travel organizers if you purchase 4 Michelin tyres. So hurry now and visit any TYREPLUS or Michelin dealers for a smooth and safe ride back home. Promotion ends on 27th January 2017.

·         Tradisi unik menyambut Tahun Baru Cina.
·         Perayaan Chap Goh Mei alias hari ke-15 sejak jatuhnya Tahun Baru Cina.
Seru banget!

Malaysia, The Unconventional Destination For A Romantic Getaway
Planning your next holiday as a couple? A much-needed vacay can do wonders to rejuvenate your relationship and there’s no better season to do it. After all, it’s a whole new year! Spice things up and start 2017 afresh with a romantic getaway — we have the perfect destination in mind. Here is why you lovebirds should book a flight (for two) to Malaysia:
1.  You will fall head over heels for these views
Tumblr media
Stock image - no crediting required
Be it day or night, Kuala Lumpur has stunning skylines that come in handy as a romantic backdrop. Serenade your date with dinner with a view at popular rooftop restaurants, or bring them to the top of KL Tower for a revolving tour of the city. It also happens to be the festive season, and that means a lot more good vibes and fancy lights to feast your eyes on!
Tumblr media

If you are a couple who prefers to kick back at laidback locales, head up north to the other major city in Malaysia, Penang. This small island is where famous Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic painted some of his charming murals that are perfect for photos with your partner! When you’re not posing for portraits, make your way down to Batu Ferringhi where a tranquil beach lies. The sunset is a splendid sight as you take a stroll along the shore.
Where to go:
For the romantic dinners and the city skyline: Troika Sky Dining and Atmosphere 360 at KL Tower
For murals: Armenian Street and Muntri Street
For a sunset view: Batu Ferringhi beach.
2. Beautiful islands and romantic beach resorts
Tumblr media
Source: buburesort.com
No couple can resist a little fun in the sun, sea and sand! Malaysia has some of Asia’s most gorgeous islands and whether you have an adventurous boyfriend, a spa-loving wife or a girlfriend who wants to show off her bikini bod, these beaches will hit the spot. Try something out of this world with the best person in your world — snorkelling or diving in Perhentian Islands. Watching turtles swim by as you hold hands underwater… that’s a memory to tell your future kids!
Tumblr media

For somewhere that offers more privacy and a relaxing time, hit up Rawa Island. The private beach in Johor has standalone chalets that fare better than honeymoon suites for newlyweds. After a long day at the beach, unwind with a couple’s massage at the in-house spa.
 Where to go:
For sea activities: Bubu Resort and Ombak Resort in Perhentian Islands
For relaxing island getaway: Rawa Island Resort
3. Malaysian food is love
Tumblr media
Source: timeout.com
The way to your partner’s heart is through their stomach. Nothing says ‘I love you’ like good food does and there will be plenty of that on your holiday here. Thanks to its diverse culture, there is a wide variety of Malay, Chinese and Indian food as well as the localised flavours of Malaysian cuisine. Nasi lemak, the famously fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and served with a spicy chili paste, anchovies, peanuts, cucumber and fried or curry chicken is one of them.
But if you find that you’re not much of an adventurous pair, Malaysia still has familiar Indian food for you, from banana leaf rice to warm chappati.
Where to go:
For authentic Malaysian food: Village Park Restaurant
For a taste of home away from home:

How to Make Flights A Smooth and Scrumptious Journey
Tumblr media
It’s no surprise if you can’t remember the last time you ordered an in-flight meal, because the idea of airplane food is usually a turn off to a lot of people. First, they are not the best-tasting meals. Second, they can come with a hefty price tag. Therefore, finding a good balance between great taste and affordable price in an in-flight meal can be a tough task.
But AirAsia wants to redefine in-flight dining experience for flyers. Now with a price slash across different carrier codes on all delicious AirAsia pre-booked meals, AirAsia can now offer amazing tastes at lower prices, altogether giving you a much greater value than before!
Winner of multiple awards such as Asia’s Leading Inflight Service 2016 from World Travel Awards and Catering Innovation of The Year 2016 from Onboard Hospitality Award, you can trust AirAsia to offer fresh, high quality food - even when they are running an airline business.
First, a HALAL & HACCP certified kitchen promises cleanliness and dedication in preparing food for passengers. Not only they use only the freshest ingredients to make their inflight meals, all meals are also prepared daily and delivered to the storage warehouse twice to thrice a day under a controlled temperature for ensured freshness and safe consumption. Meals cannot be stored for more than a day and unsold meals must be disposed upon landing, so you don’t have to worry about getting stale food with AirAsia.
Most importantly, what makes AirAsia’s inflight meals exceptional is the fact that they do taste great. The iconic Pak Nasser Nasi Lemak, with the unmistakable fragrant rice and mouthwatering onion sambal, actually makes many people look forward to airplane meals for the first time. You also cannot go wrong with other signature dishes such as the aromatic Uncle Chin’s Chicken Rice, flavourful Bukhara Chicken Briyani infused with various spices, a Raya favourite Nasi Dagang with Chicken Curry and tender Roasted Chicken with Cream Sauce.
Tumblr media
If you’re flying during Christmas period, you’re in luck to enjoy the new Christmas menu, Southwest Stuffed Chicken, featuring savoury and slightly smoked stuffed chicken with rich and creamy jalapeno cheese sauce, fluffy roast potato and crisp assorted vegetables. The tender and juicy chicken is roasted till golden brown perfection and stuffed with caramelized red capsicum and onions, giving you immense flavours of heartiness to warm you throughout your flight. The new meal will be available for pre-book and onboard sales at RM10 and RM15 respectively for all AK flights beginning 3rd November 2016.
Tumblr media
When you fly with AirAsia, you get to save more money - not only from the flight, but from the meals as well. At the same time effective 3rd November, you also get to enjoy all AirAsia pre-book meals with lower prices and greater value than before.
All AirAsia flights’ pre-booked meals will experience a price slash so that flyers don’t have to compromise their appetite when flying. The new repricing plan also gives guests more value as now it offers better beverage options such as coffee (for flights above 90 mins), carbonated drinks or mineral water. For AK flights in Malaysia, the price is slashed to only a whopping RM10 from the original RM12 to RM15.
Check out the price comparison table below to find out different price slash for various carrier codes:

When you pre-book a meal with AirAsia, there really is nothing to lose as compared to buying onboard. Not only you’ll enjoy lower prices and more value, there is a wider range of meals options open for pre-booking with 5 choices more than hot meals onboard. Pre-booking also guarantees your meal so that you don't have to risk going onboard with your favourite meal or even all meals sold out! In fact, pre-booking also gives you more advantage to enjoy your food first as you get to be served your meals before inflight F&B sales happen.
