Prioritize your Peace

This is a Personal Development Blog.
I am writing this blog because I want to share how I managed to achieve having a peaceful relationship within myself. Yes, within myself only for I can not have peaceful relationship with the world. I want to share to all of the readers how to focus in finding inner peace, manage stress, and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.
First of all, you need to listen to what your heart wants you to know. In order to understand yourself, you will need to have a time for your own. Think peacefully and do not let anyone disturb your time not until you finally understood what your heart is aching for.
Steps on how to have a time for yourself:
Be alone
Breathe in, breathe out.
Pray and ask for the Lord's guidance and to give you a peaceful mind.
Reflect
This can also be called meditation or self-care.
Dedicate time each day for activities that brings a good effect within you, meditation, journaling, or spending time in nature.

Second, you must set boundaries and learn how to say "No" that drain your energy or cause undue stress. We should Establish healthy boundaries in your personal and professional life.
Third, you should be mindful and be sensitive about your own thoughts and emotions without judgment. Mindfulness techniques like deep breathing, watching how the nature works, or your body can help you stay grounded.
Fourth, you must also maintain you healthy lifestyle prioritize sleep, and limit substances like alcohol and caffeine that can negatively affect your mood and energy levels. Exercise, and balance your food intake.
Fifth, surround yourself with supportive, uplifting people who encourage your well-being. Choose a right circle of friends, that can support and not tolerate you. Don't let people betray you when all you want is to help them. Surround yourself with a open-minded people.
Sixth, Prioritize activities that bring joy. Make time for hobbies, interests, and activities that bring you happiness and fulfillment. Avoid stress at all cost, cut off the thoughts that causes stress and focus more on finding the right coping mechanism.
Lastly, read the Bible, Pray, Praise, and Worship the Lord.
