Anxiety vs witchcraft.

I had a really hard day today. My anxiety felt like it was about to eat me alive. I felt like I was drowning in my own head.

But after a much needed nap, I spent some time meditating with some crystals (personalized for my intent.) I burnt some sage to cleanse my negative thoughts and wipe my energy slate clean. Burnt a pink candle to promote self love. And I honestly 100% feel so much better.

There is power in the things the universe provides for us. Herbs, crystals, etc. you just have to learn how to harness it. And I am so glad that I have! I absolutely love my craft.

Tiger eye- balancing my emotions and my root chakra.

Selenite- free flowing energy.

I spend most of my time in my kitchen window.. doing dishes.. so I’m constantly changing my window sill crystals. This time I have a tumbled slab of selenite, with rose quartz, moonstone, black tourmaline, citrine, and Smokey quartz.

Also added lavender epson salt and bubble bath.

Black tourmaline- for purification & protection

Clear quartz- to amplify intentions

Selenite- positive flow of vibrations & cleansing

Amethyst- for purification.

Worked some pink candle magic foru promoting self love. Added some white candles for purity and extra light.

And boom! Done. 💕
