and fyi: I know my own capabilities very well, if I wasn’t going to be able to do my job, I would’ve called in sick. I was perfectly capable of teaching and the children all got the quality of education that they deserve! I simply was not as enthusiastic or energetic as I normally am.

I would also like to add that this week has been an extremely tiring week for me, it’s been dreadful at work as we have been understaffed and overworked, and last week was even busier and more stressful and I hardly had a chance to recooperate over the weekend.

If I want to drink on a school night after basically two straight weeks of struggle, I fucking will.

furthermore, I am prone to hyperbole and if I’m shit posting, I’m gonna big stuff up a bit. I was not comatose, I was not stumbling and falling or laying in pools of my own vomit level of drunk. I was still on here, typing and messaging my friends (you’d know that if you were someone I’d want to be friends with, but alas) so don’t act like you’re so high and mighty as if you were physically here to judge my capabilities.

anyways, thanks for your concern, but my children are fine. they’re getting the very best of their education, because I would never get myself in such a state that I was unable to care for them the way they should be, or endanger their learning or general well-being/safety.
