Good morning/afternoon/evening to everyone. I have to sadly say that Writer's Hollow has disbanded. Mods Shenhe, Mod Childe, and Mod Shadow have all left.

Each one left for their own reasons, two of them have left Tumblr or are untrackable. Thank you to everyone who supported us while we were together. Mod Shadow and Mod Cinnamon would like to thank you all personally for helping us become more confident.

I, Cinnamon, am the only mod left. My writing endeavors have been successful. Despite my hard work, I became overwhelmed and stressed, during my time as an active mod. This blog couldn't have been so successful without Mod Shadow.

The blog will remain in case any of them decide to return, or I decide to take care of Writer's Hollow. I have more than enough on my plate, and most likely won't return in the near future. I don't wish to make all their hard work impossible to read. Mod Shadow dearly cared for this blog and all of its followers. He can't return due to reasons I don't feel would be right to disclose.

Now, Mod Shenhe and Mod Childe, both went down different paths. Mod Shenhe left without saying anything. Mod Childe spoke to me before leaving Tumblr. Xe has become untraceable. I am still upset with myself because of how I handled a situation that arouse with xim.

Shadow, believe it or not, is also afraid of thunderstorms, to a certain degree.

!!SPOILERS ON THIS BULLET!! It reminds him too much of what happened to Maria, mostly because the sounds are similar to him, he also doesn't particularly enjoy loud sounds.

It's like the blind leading the blind, at some points, because he isn't in the right mindset to comfort you on certain days.

When he is feeling alright, however, he gets the two of you some headphones and a blanket.

It's basic, he knows this, but it helps him, so maybe it'd help you? At least, that's his thought process.

If you're comfortable with it, he'd hug you as a grounding technique. If you weren't alright with it, however, he'd lay off, no questions asked.

Shadow wants you to be able to go to him whenever you're upset, for any reason, so he makes himself open to you in these times.

On good days, he'd tell you stories and laugh quietly along with you.

!!SPOILERS ON THIS BULLET!! Memories from his times with Maria, with his friends.

Like that one time Sonic unintentionally ran into the water when they went to the beach, or when they all went to a fair for a day.

On bad days, however, he'd allow himself to be more vulnerable to you.

He does this as a way to encourage you that you aren't alone, and that you can trust him.

Shadow wants you to feel like you can go to him for anything, and he'd gladly trade every star in the sky in exchange for you to be well.

Shadow gets fairly jealous easily, considering he's likely never been this close to someone before.

So, when he sees others getting close to you in a way only he can, he gets rather defensive.

Something small like putting an arm around you, or if you're visibly uncomfortable he may get into a bit of a (mostly one-sided) argument with the person.

When the two of you are alone later, however, Shadow questions his worth.

He wonders if he's good enough for you, if you still love him.

Especially if you didn't try to push the other person away, physically or otherwise.

He won't ask you these questions outright, however, he'll be rather quiet, deep in thought.

Shadow normally just needs some reassurance to get back on his feet mentally.

Shadow at first did not want anything to do with it.

Starting out, he didn't know if he trusted you enough to be vulnerable like that with you.

But one day, when you asked, he decided to give it a shot. (spoiler: he loved it)

PLEASE scritch his ears. He loves it. Even if he won't admit it.

Big spoon him after a bad day. He needs this, and he needs to know that you're safe if you've, for example, been attacked.

But sometimes he turns the tables on a bad day. He needs to know sometimes that he can protect you.

But on better days, he's on cloud 9, whether he's in your arms or your in his.

I return from my break from playing Sonic to see the blue hedgehog, standing on the screen. One hand was on top of his eyes, as if searching for something, the other on his hip. Everything else is paused.

"Sonic..?" I asked, seeing him stand in front of the pause menu.

"You're finally back! I've been waiting, y'know! This pause screen isn't as entertaining as you think!" He blurted, his arm returning to his side. The other arm remains on his hip as he shifts his weight from both feet to just one.

"What's going on?" I questioned, sitting back down and picking up the controller.

"Finally figured out that this was a video game! You seem like a cool (dude/dudette/etc), wanted to get to know ya!" I sat there, questioning whether this was real or not.

"Yeah, that'd be fine..." I replied after a while, still suspicious.

"By the way, there was something I wanted to talk to you about." Sonic mentioned, his tone shifting to a more serious one.

"Alright." I encouraged him to speak his mind.

"So I know that people from your world -- well some of them anyway -- look for a romantic relationship and what I wanted to say was... I... wanted something similar with you. I've been feeling this way for a while now, but it usually y'know... passes quickly for me." Sonic started.

"And... I didn't want to tell you about it, make a big deal about it all, and have it turn out to be something that lasts like a couple weeks and then it's a huge mess to get out of. So... would you... like that with me?" He confessed, holding out a small bouquet of red roses. "I know, I know, cliche, but... I didn't know what to do."

"Yeah, that'd be great, but how would it work? I mean, we're from two different worlds and it'd be hard through a screen..." I trailed off, staring at the screen.

"Is there a way for me to come to your world?" I asked.

"Well, there is a way, but you won't be able to go back." He replied, holding out his hand.

"Who said I'm complaining?" I took his hand as he pulled me into the screen.

Can you please do a roboticized sonic X reader like sonic got severely injured and the only way to save his life is to roboticize him and the reader comfort him and say that they love him no matter what he is and if you wondering yes sonic did get roboticize once this is the plot of the story ( during a mission one of eggman robots stab sonic near the heart cause cardiac arrest and the only way to save his life is to roboticized him and the reader didn't want to see him get roboticized so the reader goes into sonic room and cry in his bed and later sonic come in think about what just happened and what he is known then he see the reader cry in his bed and gets under the bed sheets and hug the reader saying that he ok and comfort the reader wow the leader comfort sonic by saying that they love him no matter what he is know)

Reader's Perspective, doesn't change

Warnings: stab mention, mentions of medical machines, vague mentions of surgery, death mentions (very brief though)

Meanings: (f/c) = favourite colour, (f/a) = favourite animal

Word count: 770

My heart dropped when I saw the Badnik stab Sonic. A loud ring blared in my ears as everyone else tried to get to helping him. Thankfully, Knuckles took out the Badnik before it could hurt anyone else, and told us all to retreat.

Once we got back to headquarters, Sonic found out he'd have to be essentially turned into a robot to survive the injury. I was shocked when he asked to speak with me in private, saying he had some things to ask me.

It definitely felt odd to see him like this. Most of his energy was drained, and he was hooked up to several machines to keep him alive. Even in so much pain, he weakly held up his arm to wave to me with his usual smile and told me to sit next to him.

Pulling up a chair, I held onto his hand reassuringly as I sat down. The room was silent except for the occasional beep of a machine, and the quiet hum of several machines being on at once.

"So... you wanted to ask me something..?" I questioned, running my thumb over his gloved hand.

"Would... you still love me even as a robot?" He replied, averting his eyes to the side. His smile faltered momentarily before he continued.

"I mean yeah, being a hedgehog is the best and I know you love me for me, not what I am, but still, I... can't help but wonder." His voice trailed off, smile falling again.

"Sonic... whatever form you take I will still love you." His eyes flitted over to me and opened wider. "Even if you can't run fast, even if you can. Robot, hedgehog, human, I will still love you because you're Sonic. The same Sonic that cared for me. The same Sonic that stayed up late binging my favourite shows with me because he wanted to see me happy. And the same Sonic that went out of his way to make me happy." I replied, still holding onto his hand.

Suddenly, the doctor came in and asked me to step out as they were beginning the operation. I got up and left, giving Sonic one last wave with a smile.

I subconsciously walked over to Sonic's room and locked the door behind me as I went in. Sitting down on his bed, I glanced around at the different things in his room. Various comics, video games, even some trophies he won at races. I laughed softly as I remembered the time he dyed his quills and pretended to not be Sonic in order to still get a trophy.

I laid down, my head hitting the soft pillow underneath me. Suddenly, my eyes welled up with tears as my mind started wandering.

What if he didn't make it? What if his operation failed? What if he doesn't remember me?

Would he still love me?

The tears fell slowly as I tried to find something in the room to distract myself. My eyes eventually fell on the Nintendo Switch, where we used to play video games every Friday night as our own game night. I picked it up gently as I picked a game and logged into my profile.

Hours into the night, the tears wouldn't stop. The sounds of the game and my sniffles were the only sounds in the dark room, once full of life at this time. I paused and put the console down, eyes finding the small stuffed animal I had gotten for him.

I had a matching one. Sonic had a (f/c) hedgehog, while I had a blue (f/a). I checked the timer I set up, softly hugging the plush (f/c) hedgehog.

20 minutes left.

This doesn't include his rest time and physiotherapy to help him get used to his new body. I'd likely see him tomorrow morning.

The tears eventually stopped about half an hour later, but soon started up again as I picked up the console again after taking some time to think back. My worries started up again.

I put the console back, bringing my knees to my chest and resting my head on top of them, letting the sobs shake my body.

A few minutes later, I felt metal arms wrap around me. Confused, I opened my eyes to see Sonic. Only the shoulders-down of him were robot parts. I smiled softly as he moved to lay down next to me. He pulled me into his arms once more, reassuring me that he was alright until I felt myself falling asleep.

He was okay, and he was still my Sonic.

Ranmaru is right by your side when he can be. He still has some of his memories from when he was human. Or at least enough to remember you were special to him.

When you don't get paired together he's disappointed. He likes Sara and all but he wanted to be with you. When the two of you get to be alone he asks who you were to each other before the death game.

And when he finds out he goes red and stutters out thank you. After he runs off you can pretty much hear Midori planning to use that against you.

He talks about his plans to escape and you talk him down from doing it. He shows his love by lightly tapping you on the hand/arm. He loves hand-holding and will hold your hands in front of everyone.

Shadow would have some general knowledge on what to do, however he wouldn't be certain.

He'd be constantly asking you if you were alright, too warm, too cold, etc.

"Are you too cold?"

"Shadow I literally have 6 blankets I'm okay"

Shadow would try his best to cook for you, however no guarantees that it'll turn out

He's made soup before, and considers himself pretty good at it

However, if there's like a family recipe, he'll follow it, but there's no guarantee that he'll be able to make it how you're used to it
