But, still. I'm upset. I might've.. put the temperature wrong, let it sit in the oven for too long. I don't know! I will say that the sun is helping me calm down. It feel so good out here."

It was understandable if any of the Cullen's might've been apprehensive towards her family given Irina's betrayal, but Kate was grateful for Rose's kindness towards the greeting. She was beautiful, Rosalie. An eternal beauty that Kate admired so dearly. "It has been a while, hasn't it?" she repeated, considering the years it has been. "I'm trying. I got lucky— Garrett's here and I found him almost instantly. Is Emmett here?"

rosalie gave the other a smile when seeing her. "kate." she greeted, a warmer welcome than she typically gave anyone. she liked the denali's. some of them anyway. the other sisters had fought with the cullens when they needed them. irina was still not someone she forgave. "i've been alright. it's been a while since i've seen you, are you settling in?"

"Now I feel a little less weird for saying that aloud," she smiled over at the man, nodding as he spoke. "Wow," Aela was impressed by his achievements. She wasn't sure if motherhood— even marriage had been in the cards, even when she was older.. as odd as it was to think about. "I agree and, somehow, I've managed to reunite with my family. My brother," a brief pause as she considered the next inquiry. "Do you have any siblings?"

Bob gave her a soft smile and nodded. "Oh, that's alright., I often get sappy with my family as well. I get it. As a father of three kids and a husband, family is very important."

It was strange to be in a new place— modern, someone had called it. What they hadn't expected had been a familiar face. A face that had been of their sister, nonetheless. Naturally, there was a little smirk that displayed itself on Arya's expression before they became vocal. "It's good to see you, too, Sansa. You look.. no different," they teased, moving in a bit to extend themselves into bringing their sister into a quick embrace. "I'm not sure if I like this place. How're you settling?"

"arya?" sansa's brow furrowed slightly at the sight of the other - the last she had heard, they'd gone off to explore while sansa was in winterfell. "you have no idea how happy I am to see you, I thought I was going to be stuck in this place alone," but she was glad to see arya, even with their past differences.

"Yeah, you think so?" she responded to the real life mention, a little laugh exhaling at the thought. "Which romantic comedy, though? I'm curious now. I may love horror, but I throw other genres in there sometimes.. sometimes."

deena shook her head, a chuckle slipping from her lips. "i'm strangely not into scary movies. real life is scary enough. though i'm almost tempted to name some random romantic comedy. that can be pretty scary." she admitted, the tone of her voice joking.

With a step closer, a smile remained upon Kate's expression before a hand extended to press against Garrett's face. "I hope you didn't have to wait long, sweet," she sighed looking at him with a sad face.

"Fancy seeing you here, as well." Garrett repeats back to her, grinning from ear to ear. "I'm glad we've found each other. I've been waiting for you, Kate."

"They are fun. I enjoy them," she offered Willow a sly smirk. Sure, the statement didn't sound great but it wasn't a lie. "Then explain to me how I know your name? First and last. Do you really think I'd stalk you? Please." Even the thought was enough to trigger an eruption of laughter, but she paused at the furthering of the stabbing part of the conversation. "Do they? People die a lot, I mean. Interesting. And, yes — I was stabbed and went into a coma. All thanks to Buffy." And, yes — she will constantly talk about it, because Buffy wasn't holier than thou. Buffy was just like Faith.

"boys are fun?" willow repeated before she began to start shaking her head. "boys aren't that fun." she let out a sigh, focusing on the other. "i really don't think there are any memory issues at all and you're just making up stuff to mess with me. the real issue is the fact that a lot of people die here. wait- someone stabbed you?"

"If you had your memories, you would. Trust me," but even as Faith continued to speak on the memories matter, nothing seemed to connect. She was close to giving up. "It doesn't matter! You don't know me! I don't have any business telling you who are, right?" It was a complete one-eighty, but what was she supposed to do? Willow wasn't curious. Instead, it seemed that she was angry and that excited Faith. "That so, Will? Why don't you give into them? Huh? It could be fun. I'm sure you'd love to get a slap or two into me, hm?" she spoke, stepping closer to the witch as she spoke with a sly smirk on her face. "Have you even met a Buffy yet?"

"and i don't remember anything about you at all so i guess we're even." willow shook her head as she let out a sigh. "what are you even talking about? what i'm capable of?" she questioned, wishing she wasn't as curious as she was. "okay, but why would you be trying to get a rise out of me? you're just confusing me even more. yes, that's frustrating alone and it's awakening violent tendencies that i didn't even know i had though i refuse to give into them." she drew in a deep breath, arms crossing over her chest. "there's nothing to fix because i'm fine."

It was always nice to see their cousins, as Alaska hadn't offered much visitation when the opposite family decided to delve into lives of teenagers and valued occupations. Their own agendas and concerns on ensuring there hadn't been much notice of their ages, but that didn't mean Kate didn't miss the Cullen family. She did. Their covens were similar. "Rosalie," she greeted as she approached the fellow vegetarian vampire, a smile upon perfect features. "As always, it's wonderful to see you. How have you been?" she extended her hand, grabbing onto the other's as a means to further the kindness and greeting.
