Israel and Eden Golan didn't have the need to buy votes for that 5th place. The reality is there's millions of Israelis, millions of people around the world who support Israel, millions of people who don't give a fuck about Palestina, about Israel or what's happening or are tired of hearing about it and all they wanted to do todas was to sit down and watch something entertaining. And all those people voted her, because she's from their own country or because they just liked the song.

And the social media campaign, Israelis made for her after all the protest from the public and the artists increased their support for her and movilized them like never before.

323 votes from the public is a lot for a country commiting war crimes right now and the only reason they didn't won was because they jury was VERY scared to give them actual votes. But a majority of the public at home was in their side.

Not everything is a conspiracy, not everything is Israel doing buying and doing stuff under the table. Somethings are easy to explain. Yes, they shouldn't have participated but the amount of conspiracy theories that have come out about the Israeli delegation this week reek of something weirder.

It was confirmed by official sources that there was no physical contact with the camerawoman. It was also confirmed there was an agreement between Joost Klein and the EBU he was not to be filmed yet the EBU camerawoman ignored that agreement. The reason they are disqualifying him, EBU's own words, is because an ongoing investigation from the police.

I know all of that. Physical contact or not, it's very likely he said some not nice things at the female staff member as well as pushing down the camera (as many have said), so if she felt like that was irresponsable, rude, unwarranted or if she at any moment during that interaction felt it was going to escalate, she's in her right, as a worker, to issue a complain about Joost. And yes, he 100% should not be allowed to compete until the investigation ia concluded. And also, if she was filming him after him saying no many times, it was probably because EBU themselves gave the instructions to film the artists at the end if their performance. A camerawomen is not going to do whatever she wants just like that.
