Foods 🍱
Milk, Honey, Cheese, Pancakes, Bread, Seeds, Nuts, Crepes, Micro greens, Sprouts, Chamomile tea, Poppyseed muffins, and Golden milk
Colors 🌈
Green: new plant growth💚
White: melting snow🤍
Brown: the earth and soil🤎
Gold: the return of the sun☀️

Altar Decorations 🎊
Brigid’s cross, Seeds, Nuts, Plants, Colorful candles, Brigid’s bed, Snowdrops, Crocuses, and Groundhog figures or plushes
Crystals
Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Bloodstone Garnet, Ruby, Onyx, and Obsidian
Activities 🪴
Make a Brigid’s cross out of straw, grass, or paper. Weave your intentions into it
Plant seeds with intentions and watch your intentions manifest as the seeds grow
Bake seeded breads and cakes
Go on a nature walk and look for signs of spring. Listen to birds and look for sprouts
Clean your house/room with the windows open to let out negative energy
Cleanse your technology! Get rid of old files emails and pictures, clean keyboards, wipe down screens
Have a bonfire, a fire in your fireplace, turn on all the lights in your house, or light lots of candles to celebrate the return of the sun
Set goals for the upcoming year
Perform Sabbat divination using tarot, runes, a pendulum, or any other items you usually use
Take a ritual cleansing bath to get rid of old energies
Wear clothes in the colors of the sabbat
Write a list of what you need to release and burn it

I’ll be posting October’s workouts at the end of the month just to reflect on my progression. I have been really trying hard at a healthy caloric deficit.
I’m going to try and work my core more as a next steps to get pumped about.
I’ve always wanted to be a dancer but I was too heavy to keep up with the other kids my age. I tried a pole dancing class for a few weeks one time at it absolutely kicked my ass and I couldn’t continue going after a while. Maybe if I train all my muscles and increase my flexibility through yoga, I’ll be able to do it for real!

How do you work yourself up to a real pushup? Right now im practicing with wall pushups but im not sure what the next step is. I think going straight to a pushup i will fail but the wall pushups are starting to get easier for me. So i was wondering if you have any advice?

Find a spot to put your hands that's lower than the height on the wall. Spots like counter tops, arm of a couch, a chair..

I recommend starting with NEGATIVES (see 3rd gif), that's where you lower your body as slow as you can then use your leg to push you back up. The muscles used to lower yourself down are the ones that will bring you up.
I like aiming for a rep goal of 2 and then increasing it slowly over time as part of my tiny habit. I do a set push ups every time I go to the bathroom.
Chair push ups help build muscle memory in the proper range of motion with the body being as straight as possible. Doing it this way, you can skip the knee push ups altogether.
