All of the content I've shared so far has used a lot of packs, so I challenged myself to build a house using only the base game, and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out! It has 3 bedrooms (for two adults, one child and one toddler) and 1.5 bathrooms, and you can download it from WillowCWanderer on the gallery.

After I decided to move my 21st-Century Avonlea builds to Henford-on-Bagley, I also decided I wanted to completely rebuild Green Gables to make it more faithful to the show. A lot of the layout is the same as the previous version, but I also added the cellar, and added some different clutter to reference some of the lore from the series (have a look in the cupboards in Marilla and Nate's rooms, for example). You'd honestly never know that Persis and Diana are twins! I dread the day I have to decide which one of them I like better (they're the kids of my gen 5 legacy sim, so I'll eventually need to choose one to be the gen 6 heir).

I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get this household on the gallery without the game flagging them as modded (they're not!), but you can find a slightly edited version of them - the Lockwood family - on my profile, WillowCWanderer
