God I was crying while drawing this.

I mean I don’t know how to describe it was just like a fantasy in my mind.

I think it was like; Dream looking back at the past while he has his gaze at his wedding (that’s right folks, they’re actually married) and just thought all of the bittersweet memories of him and Cross.

p.s. the broken bones are actually from the transformation and the bandage on his skull is what keeping the pieces of his skull together, Cross is careful at changing his bandages so that Dream’s bones won’t fall apart.

Please write a fanfic about this, I don’t know how to write a story and I need some fluff in my life

Emotions are choices that you can feel but instinct is something that you do unconsciously 

Maternal Instincts is something mothers would develop when carrying a child and once the child is born it come full force, they fuss over a baby, they know when something will happen to their child and they would not stop worrying over simple things next to their child (I just think of this, this may not be what maternal instinct is but I did research)

This is just me being lazy and unproductive but I really loved the Dark Cream Series and I really wanted to do something on the week.

So have this lazy work.

If you’re curious on what’s happening on the drawing, Dream just had a nightmare about the past and woke up Cross, of cource Cross is there to help Dream, Dream clung to him and Cross just carried him to get some water. When he was done and on their way to the bedroom they stumbled across their child(the child from the last panel of the Comic) who woke up from the commotion in the kitchen and just followed them in their bedroom and slept with them.

P.S. the plush was a gift from Error with the intention of making fun of Nightmare

Know what I’m salty about?

In all my art classes, I was never taught HOW to use the various tools of art.

Like yes, form, and shape and space and color theory and figure drawing is important, but so is KNOWING what different tools do.

I’m 29 and I JUST learned this past month that India Ink is fucking waterproof when it dries. Why is this important? Because I can line something in India Ink and then go over it with watercolors. And that has CHANGED the ENTIRE way I art and the ease I can create with.

tldr: Art Teachers: teach your students what different tools do. PLEASE.
