WXS EVA AU??? OHH PLEASE ELABORATE are the dynamics between them all more similar to eva or wxs? who takes whose places? is the end goal of NERV still the same? i am so CURIOUS

HI HI HI OMG YAAAY I WOULD LOVE TO TALK ABOUT MY EVA WXS AU

so essentially the roles are the same, but the dynamics and each character is still true to the original universe!!

tsukasa is in shinji's, rui is in kaworu's, emu is in asuka's, and nene is in rei's place!! it's a bit of a darker au because of the au source material though..

each character still has the same personality but the changes in that universe have affected them, for example, nene games a lot to isolate herself from the world. she also tries to take the most responsibility out of a desire to protect others, but doesn't let it show that she has emotions </3

tsukasa is shinji, but he's still the shallow person he was before he met the troupe. he tries to be the best; his personality is kind of like asuka's, but he has the whole brunt of the world on his shoulders, so he is actually scared that he won't ever live up to all the expectations laid on him. his and nene's dynamic is pretty much the same, but more hostile at the beginning. eventually tsukasa becomes softer at the edges, and nene lets people in, and they start to become friends!!

emu comes in later, she's from germany like asuka, and her role is essentially the same; she's a child prodigy. but in this au, she's too forgiving and soft, so she ends up not being able to kill an angel when it really comes to it, and nene has to kill it for her. she's too soft for a pilot because she had only ever been in training and people told her how good she was, and now that she's not living up to expectations, she's having a lot of impostor syndrome.

rui is an angel just like kaworu, but he comes in earlier. he's very resistant to authority, so he really only obeys his own orders. however, he makes it appear like he's obeying NERV's orders. ruikasa and emunene are canon in this universe, so rui is really in love with tsukasa and is trying to save him from his own fate at the cost of himself. he's reckless and careless, and tries too hard to take the brunt of whatever responsibility is thrown on him.

NERV's goal is the same, to cause the third impact!! the events that are taken are just different, because with the way that WXS's characters would act, the impact their choices make would affect the story much differently in my mind.

okay i might start drawing her again..

her name is marianne, she is bound to a demon by a curse from her apostate father. she was raised in a cult post-apocalypse and her curse allows her to see the dead and demonic influences :3

she can also use telekinesis & mind control, as well as other powers she hasnt discovered yet, but using them drains her demonic mana :3
