Hi!! I love your writing so much, and I was wondering if I could make a request? Headcanons or drabble, I don't mind either way, but I would love to see Hanzo with an s/o (neutral or fem) who's a burlesque dancer! Thank you for your time ♡
Ooo, okay! Coming up!
Tumblr media
Hanzo always got front row seats. Didn't matter who are what was showing on stage, he was always there and his seat was always reserved. Sometimes there'd be one either side of him, but most of the time it was just him.
Tonight, however, he wasn't there for himself. He was there for you.
Day after day, night after night, you came home after dance practice, feet bleeding, light headed and completely exhausted to the point you couldn't move for days on end.
The archer knew how much time and effort you had put into such a feat, and despite his concerns, you still went forth and tonight was the night you got perform for him.
The lights dimmed, his heart was loud in his ears. Excitement coursed through him as the music started and suddenly, his suit started feeling tight. Had it always been this warm?
The curtains rose, the stage now full of dancers, vibrant colours sparkling through the mass of sequins studding their body. Long exposed legs and glitter, heels and lipstick, it was a sight for all men to enjoy.
Hanzo searched for you but your face wasn't seen behind all the feathers and glittering costumes. Only when they parted ways did he find you, waltzing down centre stage with that cutesy smile you plastered onto your face to get whatever you desired from the man.
His heart rate skyrocketed, seeing you there surrounded by feathers and sequins, your form flowing in time with the music, and did you look divine.
He couldn't keep his eyes off of you, and momentarily, did they lock with yours. In that split second he had no time to react, a coy wink from you sent him over the edge. His tie loosened, his back rested back against the chair as he stared at you.
Then he noticed something; whenever you'd walk away from him, ass moving and shaking to the music, you were teasing him, riling him up. Was it part of the show? He couldn't tell, his mind was fuzzy, but one thing he did know, he was going to make you dance privately for him at home later that night.

In Honor of Saiyan Day
Here are some General and Smutty™ SS4 Headcanons about how I personally portray SS4 Saiyans in my writing. And of course most of this was born from chatting with @blue-wristbands, you inspirational star, you. ♥
I also wanted to write these out so I didn’t forget them for the future
Tumblr media
GENERAL
Even when not transformed into super saiyan 4, saiyans who can access the form are always in tuned with their “inner oozaru”. If they wanted, they can turn into a great ape as easily as a super saiyan depending on their level of power. No moon required. If they can manifest the ability to make a fake moon with their energy, they should be able to generate the power needed to tap into the great ape form just as easily, same for SS4.
This also means their senses are overall heightened, especially their ability to sense ki. They have to adapt to their new sensitivities if they’re not use to it. The body alters in a way that maximizes the potential of the wielder, so sensory receptors are improved to the peak of their abilities. (sharper eyes, strong sense of smell, refined hearing, etc).
The tails stay, transformed or not, always and forever, end of discussion
Any saiyan who could control their oozaru form (maintain a sense of awareness and ability to speak. Ex: Vegeta during saiyan saga) have a much easier time controlling their ki as a super saiyan 4.
Saiyans who never learned to control their oozaru forms but has the ability to access SS4 have an inconsistent ki control, which is not inherently dangerous but it makes it easier to burn up/lose the power needed to maintain the transformation a lot faster in battle. This has a very hard effect on recovery time. Especially if it is new for them. Diligently training both mind and ki control can fix that.
Half saiyans who can transform into SS4 are a wildcard, they can either have the best ki control or they are all over the place with their power. They are a reservoir of constantly generating ki and should be watched carefully if they are simply “bleeding” energy, as they are more likely to faint if they lose their transformation or they may display a primal rage similar to the Great Ape form and will not be able to control themselves.
Fangs, that is all. The answer to your question is yes unless no is required.
Great Ape itself is just a primal form with primal reactions, the least control they have over it, the more likely they’re going to respond with baser instincts. SS4 is the “Superego” response to the Great Ape ID, but it can be a challenge to hold it together. Vegeta, Raditz, Nappa and Bardock are just a few saiyans I would gauge as having the best control over their energy output in SS4 state. I also believe Gohan’s kai training gives him great control (also account for the brief moment he controlled his Great Ape form vs Vegeta). Goku, Trunks, Goten, and Broly have some more training to do.
Goku’s savant-like nature and pure heart doesn’t stop him from pouring out ki like a volcano, he’s good at holding himself back but not when acting out attacks both physical and energy based. Goten and Trunks (to my knowledge) have no former history of Great Ape transformation. They may be able to learn SS4 the quickest, and probably through fusion, but they’ll just burn right through it.
Broly...that is all. But also he’s up there with Goten and Trunks as far as learning the transformation faster than he could control it.
By extent of Vegeta, Gogeta and Vegito’s energies are perfectly balanced. But they get carried away which can shorten their fusion time instead.

Pairing: Work Husband!Nanami x Sorcerer!Reader Content: Post- Yuji's resurrection. coworkers / work friends, flirting, mutual attraction, subtle pining!Nanami struggling to keep your professional relationship intact, mommy and daddy talking about their new son. written in a single sitting so not proofread A/N: This is for you bacon! ( @actuallysaiyan ) Still can't wait to see what you do with it! ♥♥ This is my first time writing Nanami so he's sorta stiff here but he would definitely pass the orange peel test
The empty common area was illuminated by the sunset coming in, the glow reflected in your eyes while you watched the scenery outside the windows. You were trying to let your thoughts settle from what was going through your mind at the moment, unsure whether to feel concerned about the situation at hand or simply play along. It’s not like you would question Nanami’s judgment as he was always careful (and often right) about his decisions. The man was sitting in the chair with his back against the windows, slightly hunched over with his fingers rotating a small orange.
“I don’t know how to feel about this one.” You admitted, then paused lowering your eye from the windows.  “Not saying I don’t feel safe or anything, but that was a pretty impulsive move on Gojo’s part. Is he trying to piss the higher-ups off more? What is he really banking on here?” A genuine question directed towards Nanami whose eyes didn’t leave the orange. There’s a focus while his thumbnail penetrates the surface of the peel and spirals the fruit's skin.
His head does lift slightly at the notes of concern in your tone. “I don’t pretend to understand the way his mind works. You think it’s the right thing to just have him executed?”
“I...really don't know. It's better than being possessed by the worst curse there is, isn't it?" You frown, lifting your head with a heavy sigh. "In a twisted way, they got what they wanted. Sukuna’s vessel was killed in action so there’s nothing much to say on that. Another unfortunate soul caught up in this brutal world…”
“...Yuji Itadori.” Nanami’s tone was soft, but firm. Correcting you, a brief pause in peeling the orange before he continued. The weight in his voice makes you turn your head toward him before walking up behind the couch, leaning your arms against the back of it as you looked down at his orange peeling.
“I know.” You're silent for a moment. The fate of Ryomen Sukuna was in the hands of some kid who was barely out of the basics of wielding cursed energy, there was no denying the horror show that is or what someone could live with dealing with being thrust into this environment. But Nanami is right to humanize the vessel. He was his own person outside of the Jujutsu world before he merged with the King of Curses. Then a smile grew in your features as you moved to lighten up the conversation.
“You met him, haven’t you? What’s Itadori like, being back from the dead and all?”
“He took it well, more resilient than what’s expected of a kid his age-” Nanami’s voice was caught in his throat when your hands came down his shoulders and the weight of your chin pushed against the back of his head. There’s an added warmth against his nape, your breasts brushing against him. He can feel it's your skin too, spilling from the low collar of your top. No doubt they were flushed and propped against the top of the chair where any movement of his head would touch them. He cleared his throat, attempting to hold his composure. “He can also be rash, boisterous-”
“You say that about everyone.” You interrupt with a roll of your eyes.
The perfect spiral of the orange's skin is held up, masterfully removed from the orange with no bits of it left behind. “And…noble. He wants to save as many people as he can, even if it kills him again.” Nanami continues as he wraps the peel in a napkin to be thrown away, your eyes following his hands as you listen and his returned soft tone signals your intuition, widening your smile. You lean further and lift your head to look over his shoulder toward his face, your fingers playfully flapping his suit lapels.
“You like him. When do I get to meet our new son?” Your playful tone was immediately rejected by Nanami.
“No-”
“'No', I can’t meet him or…?” Your teasing persists.
“As far as you know, Yuji Itadori is dead. So there is no one for you to meet. Take it up with Gojo.”
"But you're the one he trusted with him." You whined. His head tilts toward you with a blank stare. There was a twitch in his eyebrow that spoke volumes to you in your tenure of being his friend and self-declared work wifey. You nod your head, honoring the trust of keeping Yuji's fate a secret but you simply had to know the person able to get on Nanami's soft side. You're practically kindred spirits at that point! “I know, I know. I just wanna know if he has your eyes and my good looks.” You finally got a heavy sigh out of him as he adjusted his tie and peeled one of your arms from his chest. That warmed your smile.
“Behave yourself for once. This is still considered office hours.” Nanami insisted more firmly, to which you shrugged and pulled your arms back as you stood up. You come around the chair.
“Yes, husband. Whatever daddy wants.” You snicker as you plop down beside him and he does well to not react to your more blatant flirting. He can't help but internally grieve that the area around his neck is much cooler now, however. "Thank you for peeling that for me, by the way. I love how you get it done in one go."
Nanami hums with a gentle grin and hands it to you, and you notice the orange is already split in half allowing you to easily pull each slice apart to eat. He wipes his hands with the napkin and further relaxes his back against the chair, crossing one of his legs over the other.
You lean closer briefly to put one half of the orange into his lap, offering it to share, then without thinking patted the top of his thigh as another gesture of thanks. The warmth of your hand where it should not be was brief but powerful. It felt like he watched your fingers slip from his leg in slow motion, feeding your touch up his leg when he realized what you had innocently done. You were one bite into one of your slices and busy removing a seed from your mouth when Nanami swiftly stood up and paced toward the door.
"E-Excuse me for a moment." He uttered hastily and tensely before stepping out of the area, leaving you mildly confused at his hurry.

I have a request!!! This is a story i will write someday, but I trust an amazing writer like yourself for this! Vegeta is in situationship with the reader, and realizes one day that he actually cares about her and loves her. In my head, this is an no powers au, and the reader is younger than him and she already is in love with him. I know this is not very specific 😅 but you can work around it however you want and you can ignore the details i gave if they bother you as well! But thank you so much for reading all my vague idea 💗
Tumblr media
Pairing: Vegeta x Reader ( implied afab ) Content: M/18. MINORS DNI. au: modern au / no powers. wealthy!Vegeta. age difference; (40-45!Vegeta x 24-30!Reader). established fuck buddies. pining. A/N: A perfect concept! ♥ This one was a challenge only because I am never good at modernizing Vegeta or focusing on age difference, but I enjoyed this a lot! I’d love to take a crack at this concept again in the future with a better grasp of it.
Too open…Too small…Too thin…A cropped jacket? Really? He seemed to have a look of disgust at them all, impatiently watching your hand ghost over the wares on the wall and immediately feeling his jaw clench from each inappropriate one you dared to show a little interest in. Your smaller hand kept getting swallowed up in his coat sleeves as you moved down the aisle, it was starting to bother him to watch you fidget and constantly adjust in it. He can’t help but notice how you did your best to hold it over your frame while browsing and making this longer than it should have been.
You turn to him when another catches your eye in your favorite color, gauging his favor at the choice, and then moving on to the next when the squint in his eyes says “no”.
His gaze skims a little further ahead of you as if to speed up this process by handling it himself. One of these coats had to be suitable for you, one that sits well on your shoulders, and the zipper won't bulge or fight to get over your chest. But your neck should still peek, he muses, and be able to breathe without a restricting collar. Your curves shouldn't be hidden under the material…Maybe a scarf to go with-
“—What the hell am I even doing here? You don't need me to buy a simple coat.” Vegeta caught himself and finally spoke up. He turned his nose up at this scenario, a hint of a growl in his tone. “I told you a long time ago to get a better one.”
He couldn’t wait to throw that in your face. You’re actually impressed he held his tongue for so long and you give him an innocent shrug in response. It was beginning to get hard to read his outburst as anything more than his bark now as he donned that predictable scowl you loved so much. “Sorry. If you want your coat back you can take it now.” The large sleeves easily slide down your smaller arms.
“Just hurry this up already. It's getting late.” He grimaced, speaking up quickly and stopping you from taking it off so soon. He's annoyed, even though it was his idea to bring you here for a better coat. You figured he was more annoyed with beating the idea in your ear almost every time you met and you continued to show up in your favorite old jacket regardless. You'd argue your old coat was handy! It did keep you warm getting from your front door to your car and vice versa. But then you were reckless and came to his front door without even that, the trek back to your car to get it feeling pointless when you were about to go inside anyway. Vegeta didn’t even say anything to you when the door opened, he just felt the rush of cold air pass the threshold before you and leered at you.
Then his thicker, slightly heavier coat hit your back and shoulders after he left you in the doorway and you understood that you had been lying to yourself for too long. The material was too cozy to not immediately get taken into its soothing warmth, snuggling it and shoving your hands into the deep pockets. Having only a moment to soak it all in, you were then promptly dragged away by the fuming man as he led you to his car. And now you’re here, scanning the coat section of a store you’d never think to set foot in. Still, you’re excited to be here.
Out in public with him, wearing something that belongs to him, needlessly—in your opinion—shopping for a replacement coat with him. You felt deeply acknowledged. Accepted. Your heart is restless in your chest while you try to contain yourself moving up and down the coat aisle. It's not like you had much in common outside of your attraction, so to share more than a few hours sweaty and naked with him was a nice change of pace. It left you wondering if he finally started to see the extent of your feelings for him or if you were just embellishing his generosity to be something more meaningful. He certainly doesn't seem to treat you differently than others aside from what you give each other in private, but there are instances like this that make you feel cared for like no other.
That same scowl watched over you now as you continued to gloss over the selection of coats and took note of the way you shifted your search from fashionable to functional by how you carefully looked over the price tags. Once you’re sure you’ve settled on one after a few meticulous moments, you turn back to him only to see he has moved from where he planted his feet to observe you. You let go of the hanger and move out of the aisle looking around and still fixing his jacket on you. That’s when you found his familiar silhouette at the register already, stuffing something in his pocket. His hand raises to the sales rep stopping them from bagging up the item on the counter and takes it in his hands. He sees you coming out of the aisle and walks up to you.
“Let’s go, we’re done here.”
“But I didn’t find-” Your favorite color fills your sights as he places a coat in your hand. A shade and taper at the waist that blends in with your wardrobe, and material that matched the heavy jacket hanging on your shoulders.
“Put it on.” It sounded like an order, but it’s just his impatience rearing itself again. Regardless, you don’t hesitate to switch the coats.
The smell, the texture, and a fit that doesn’t bind your shoulders and arms. You rush to a mirror to see it on yourself and gush at your reflection. He found this for you. He bought it for you and was sure to remove the price tag so you wouldn’t gawk at it. There was an emotional twinkle in your eyes when you turned back to him. Of all the things you wanted to say, all rushing to your tongue, “Thank you, Vegeta” is all you were able to get out and clutched the cozy new fabric to yourself. Your heart was pounding and his scowl softened.
Without a word, he gestures his head toward the door with his returned coat under his arm began to head for the exit. You rushed to his side, clinging to his other arm with your face on his shoulder and the biggest smile on your face. Vegeta stiffened at your firm grip but didn’t flinch away, holding the door open for you to exit first, your smaller hands shifting to hold his as he tailed you out the door.
Once you were back in the car and on the way back to his home, all the words you sat with piled up on the tip of your tongue again and caused you to fidget with his coat in your lap. You tried to distract yourself by scrolling through your phone and giving your feelings a chance to settle, but you couldn’t help stopping to admire the fabric of your new coat and the adorable opalescent fastens at your wrist keeping the sleeves from sliding up and down your arm. It’s too fancy for words. Suddenly inspired, you lift your phone and angle it up at yourself for a selfie in it. A thought crossed your mind, and you leaned over toward the driver’s side intending to capture both of you. You see his eyes flick from the road for a moment and his resting glare becomes more prominent.
“Who is that for?” He asked with his usual condescending tone.
“Me. You don’t mind?” He shrugs in response, uncaring on the matter by your answer and your eyes light up. “Really? You’re okay taking pictures with me?”
“...Do I need to make a face or something?”
You giggle, “No. Just smile with me.” That seemed to be the grueling part by the way his frown stretched skeptically. But he rolled his eyes and complied with a half-hearted smirk for your picture.
You have teased that his scowl makes him look older, but no one would know by simply looking at him that there is an evident gap between your generations. A man like him had no business giving you the attention he did and that’s probably why the approach to your relationship is so ambiguous. Moreover, unlike you, he comes from old money and most likely has “old money expectations”. There is a sense of entitlement to what he has and what he wants that proves that prestigious background. You could consider yourself as recreational to him as a round of golf or sipping cocktails in an infinity pool but you would just hurt your own feelings thinking like that.
A girl like you had to just be for a bit of fun for him though, right? Young and naive and swearing your independence is solid. But your feelings for him are real. It is his reliable presence and fantastic cock that keep you in contact with him, but also his mysterious allure. You wish you could figure out where you stood between what he has or wants, or if you truly are just a dalliance. Sometimes he treats you like he already has you and expects certain things about you that show his adoration beyond your body, but he's never directly said he wanted you for more than company for a night or two. To buy you something as permanent as a coat felt like a claim over you. He wants you comfortable against the cold even when he’s not around, and he doesn’t hesitate to fix that when you keep putting it off. But the fact of the matter is you’re just going back to his house so you could fuck.
“...Do I-...” Your tone broke and you cleared your throat, hesitating again. You don’t want to ambush him over the matter but you really want to get this off your chest. You glance up from your phone and his head is tilted towards you with his eyes still on the road.
“Speak up.”
“I-It’s nothing.” You quickly answer, shrug, and sit quietly for an endless minute. Then, you swallow your nerves. “...I just didn’t think I meant that much to you to do this.” Your hands slide down the collar of your cozy coat as you grip it and keep your eyes in your lap.
“Tch, It’s just a coat.” Vegeta brushed off the gesture.
“An expensive coat…” You corrected. “You picked this out and made them remove the tag so I can’t see how much to pay you back for it. So… unless I’m just… like your little baby doll now-”
“It’s a coat.” He firmly insisted, then scoffs. “You know how annoying it is to tell you to do something and you don’t do it? You freeze your ass off every time you show up on the entrance camera. What if I was on the other side of the house when you showed up?”
Waiting in the cold would feel like an eternity, you admitted to yourself. His house isn’t small, further proof of his prestige. “But I know you’re gonna let me in and warm me up. You don’t have to buy me a new coat.”
“And then you’re back out in the cold..” He huffs out a laugh as he shakes his head. “...Freezing in your car waiting for it to warm up again with that thin thing you call a jacket. No.” His driving posture relaxes, the older man's head and spine sinking back against his seat. “...I wanted to. Okay?”
“...Okay.” Your prepared rebuttal of your self-sufficiency falters in response to his suddenly softer tone. The dull pink in your cheeks and the rise of butterflies in response gave him your submission. You stare at him quietly for a moment watching the way his eyes flicked in thought and he finally sighed.
“I don’t know what I’m doing with you anymore…” Vegeta concedes and he freed a hand from the wheel to rub his forehead. There's an instance where his expression relaxes into one you've never seen, but as he begins to air his grievances his brows furrowed in their familiar way. “I don’t know what you want, you don’t ask me for anything. You only show up when I call, and gone before the sun is up. Is it the house? Do I scare you when we’re not just getting off?”
“No. No. I just thought…” Your breath trembles as you inhale and then you can't stop the words falling out once you let it go. “I don’t know, I just don’t wanna bother you or get in the way of your lifestyle. That’s why we just meet and fuck, right?”
“I want you in the way, damn it! I’m not just tolerating you for an easy fuck.” He suddenly bursts out and speaks in an accusatory tone. “You just don't act like you want more than that.”
It wasn’t as affectionate or romantic as you let your imagination curate it, but without a doubt that was the validation your lovesick heart sought. That's when the car stopped. You were back at his house. Something about his eyes fully on you now makes your thoughts spill like a broken pipe.
“I couldn't tell if you wanted more than that. We’ve only been doing it since we met. I thought It was much too soon to…fall for you like this..” You confessed, the uncertainty no longer in your voice.
“Believe it or not, it is more than your body that interests me. If you want to take things slower..”
The corners of your mouth twitch as you try to contain your smile, tightening your lips shut. You suddenly feel shy with this man who makes your eyes well up with tears trying to hold his entire cock in your mouth. Taking it slower means more time out together and you can’t help thinking about the dates you could go on that aren’t just a wine and dine for foreplay. Though you love that.
You lift your eyes to him and let your smile spread. “It doesn’t have to start tonight…” You suggest, your eyes reflecting the deep attraction you had for him right now. You get a smile in return, not that prideful or crooked smirk but a genuine smile and it makes you bite your lip enticingly. He did buy you a beautiful and comfy coat, after all. You should show your gratitude as you unbuckle your seatbelt and climb over your seat into his waiting arms.

Hi, I requested 💘 for the Valentine's Day event with Broly. Could you also add 💌 to that request? Please??
Tumblr media
Broly | love confession
content: ( mutual crushing / pining, z!fighter reader, new friends to lovers, love confession ) warning: ( referenced canon-typical violence ) a/n: I accidentally deleted the first half of this ask while removing others I could not accept so I am winging it based on the hearts and I am sorry sender!
And at every table, I'll save you a seat, lover. - "Lover"
Imagine the Earth's surprise when another saiyan was discovered to have survived the desolation of Planet Vegeta. It wasn't until Bulla's birthday party and celebrating a year since the Tournament of Power did the rest of the earthling warriors have a formal introduction to Broly and his friends. Goku invited them all along to get away from the wasteland of Vampa and share some good food. Like the others, you didn't know what to think of them all. Especially Broly, and you were all right to be wary. The last birthday party you all attended with a surprise guest didn't quite go as planned but Goku was there to vouch for his new companions and reassured a pleasant event.
One by one, eventually everyone opened up and was able to get past the tension to enjoy yet another extravagant Brief Function. Somehow you managed to get to Broly when he was on his own. He stood over the spread of food with his hands already full, hurriedly packing the food in his mouth in the typical saiyan way yet somehow more savage. He didn't even strive to use the utensils around, simply grabbing with his bare hands what caught his eye and pushing it past his crowded maw in record time. You were hesitant to even try to build yourself a plate watching, afraid your hand may get caught in his path. Sensing the energy coming from him also dialed up your nerves being so close and without his admittedly sketchy companions that seemed to guide him. You would rather fight for your life in another Tournament of Power than go against this guy. Goku's sudden presence is what surprises you the most and exposed your staring however, his large hand clasping down on your shoulder and earning a frightful squeak alerting Broly to you both.
"Woah Broly, you might wanna take it easy! This food is for everyone to eat. (Y/n) here is waiting for her turn." Goku casually explained to the larger saiyan and you watch as Broly's eyes lowered down on you, your hands clenching your own plate at the natural glare but Goku gives you a slight nudge forward. "Don't worry, if I know Bulma there's plenty more tasty food where this came from!" He encouraged. You expected a response similar to the saiyans you've encountered in the past with a look like that but what followed completely caught you off guard.
Broly's brow furrowed with regret, his eyes softened at what he'd done. "Sorry." He utters gently, brushing his knuckles across his lips to wipe away the crumbs. Something in his expression embellished the sunlight reflecting his tan skin just right and shot through your chest, the word "adorable" crossed your thoughts when your heart skipped a beat. Your eyes, without thought, fall upon other handsome features of his physique that caused your face to shade with color. Only aware of your actions when Broly suddenly bows out of respect to you. "Please excuse me. You can eat now. The food is very good."
Your heart skipped again. "O-Oh. You don't have to be so formal with me. I'm just a guest like you. Feel free to keep eating, yourself. There's still plenty to go around!" You smiled. The little grin you got in return made your insides flutter. You continued to chat with the two saiyans before Goku departed at his wife's call to her side and for a slow and merry passage of time spanning only over an hour in reality, it was just you and Broly until one of his companions returned to his side.
That was the start of it, sharing stories of battles you've fought with good food and getting to know each other. Despite his intimidating power, he was so kind and well-mannered but brief with his words. There was plenty more to learn but you sadly had to part once the party ended and they had to return to Vampa. Not before you invited Broly and his friends back to earth for lunch in an effort to keep the pleasantries going, but mostly to allow them all to explore more of the wonders of food there was to offer. The two former Frieza Force members seemed cautious of trusting your intentions but after getting to know most of the earthlings already there was nothing to really worry about. Promises of more earth food tended to be persuasive these days, as well.
It was how you wound up becoming closer friends with the trio, but mostly out of intrigue of Broly. There was an attraction for him and how he got acquainted with the norms of the world whenever he visited with Goku. It told a story that Broly didn't seem ready to discuss and Cheelai and Lemo would insist on not prying.
But it became easier and more frequent to meet up when the trio moved to Earth, the planet Vampa now used as training grounds for Goku and Broly after the unforeseen destruction of their capsule home during one of their sessions. While the earth wasn't fit for a real training session, his living here now gave you the chance to also show off some of your own techniques. Being warriors truly helped grow your bond and it started to become clear your attraction wasn't one-sided. Soon you were eating together almost every day before and after his training, and you couldn't help to notice how he sat closer to you each time whenever you were alone. Your trained eye would catch the glances he cast your way and the tug at the corner of his lips when you tried to meet his gaze, but he turns away.
You then scooted a little closer and took his hand between your own, Broly turning back to you in slight surprise. You looked up at him with a big, yet bashful grin. You lean into his arm and pressed your forehead against his shoulder, wrapping one of your arms around his to secure yourself at his side. "This is nice?"
The new closeness relaxed him and you could feel his muscles unwind in a single, deep breath. "It is." Broly agreed with an affirming nod and a warmed smile. His other hand touches your arm hung up on his, his rough fingers brushing down the exposed skin. "Nice... (Y/n)?"
"Yeah?"
"I like spending time on Earth with you." He confided. "It is all nice. Much nicer than... where I was before." If it were possible to stay here forever, he would like to. But he does have a promise to his other friends to keep. They do enjoy the luxuries of Earth, but it does not seem to be their final destination. Where your hands meet, you close your fingers around his.
"You're always welcome, Broly. I really like having you here." Your hand is squeezed in return.
"Thank you. For being my friend."
"I think...we could be more than friends, too. I-If that's something you'd like. I-I would." You stuttered through your nerves suddenly building up.
"More than friends?" He asked, first genuinely perplexed by what was implied but then he came to his own conclusion. He turns to face you, a brightness in his eyes. "You want to come with us? I would like that."
"That...wasn't exactly what I meant." But you figured it was too good to be true the little group would permanently live on Earth where you and Broly could try moving to the next level. "Travelling through space, though? I thought those days were behind me." You laughed to yourself. It's been years and it wasn't a pleasant memory. "I don't know about that, Broly. I'm pretty cozy here on Earth."
"I can keep you safe." He insisted, his large hands grasping you affirming his excitement. "All of us." Broly nods. He wants you to say yes, he wants to stay in your presence and feel your warmth at his side. Your face showed hesitation, but, persuaded, you smile at him in return.

Saiyans going to Black y/n's family cookout
Pairing: goku x black female reader | vegeta x black female reader | raditz x black female reader | bardock x black female reader Rating: E ( everyone ) A/N: Because it's summer and the grill smoke and summer cookout jams are in the air.
Goku -
Tumblr media
Feels awkward in matching outfits with you, but overall he's feeling awkward because you made him dress up for the occasion.
Gets ogled by the older aunties for his physique and personally chaperoned to meet the rest of the family by them until you save him from their frisky behavior.
He's excited to meet everyone, but he's more into what everyone brought to eat.
Shows off some of his abilities that really draw him to be the center of attention (flying, instant transmissions, turning super saiyan), so everyone was quick to put him on their teams for some of the events
He also cheated at musical chairs to win
Honestly has more fun playing with the kids than having repetitive intro conversations with the adults. Gets forced into learning all the hype dances from them but he shows them some fighting posts too.
He's the star of the kids table. They try to mimic how fast and how much he can gobble down his food.
Doesn't join in any of the line dances, but cheers you and everyone else on for how exciting you all make it look.
Asking if he can take all the leftovers home because he absolutely loved all the food so much and can't believe how much was left untouched after everyone ate.
Vegeta -
Tumblr media
Hates the fuss you put up for matching outfits, but will make an effort to look his best whether you convince him to match you or not.
Comes off as unapproachable from the start so most of the introductions are handled by you.
No, he is not safe from the hairline jokes. But you warned him beforehand of how your family likes to show their love and acceptance by throwing a few harmless jokes around. It doesn't fix the growing frown on his face.
He ends up sitting alone to eat but that's how he preferred it, he doesn't want to deprive you of your family time. His demeanor has been offputting thus far to everyone else.
Really starts to open up when his competitive spirit can shine during games. Touch football? Relay race? Capture the Flag? Pie eating contest? Childs play, but he's making an effort to win each one. You actually see him start to smile with his teammates. Starts taking on team captain roles and strategizing the games to an assured victory.
Your cheering motivates him to make sure he wins. He's down for every competition except playing with water balloons.
Definitely not dancing, don't even try. Can't look away from you enjoying dancing with your family if you do.
His competitive spirit gets him roped into a drinking contest and wins, but now he's not minding his strength. Not quite drunk but not quite sober, and he's scaring people again.
The highlight of day is when he amazes everyone by helping you get your blocked-in car out. He does this by easily lifting your car from its parking spot and setting it in the middle of the street so you can drive back home. He gets to show off a bit more of his abilities ( ki blast, flying, transforming into a super saiyan ) where everyone is actually excited for him to come back for another cookout to show off what else he can do.
Raditz -
Tumblr media
Not at all bothered by matching outfits. He understands the importance of looking like a unit and he's ready to make a lasting, perfect impression on your family.
Even matching you, he's sticking out like a sore thumb with his height and muscular build. The aunties are gonna take notice of him quickly and try to get handsy with his hair.
Gets asked over and over what he does for a living to be so in shape. It's easier to say he was in the military
Also not safe from hairline jokes
He's drawn into the grilling process. It's the most important job of the whole event after all, he's gotta know what makes cooking food this particular way so special. Somehow ends up running the grill for a while and takes it seriously. Shoos you when he feels like you're distracting him.
Has a bad time when he doesn't pay attention to the kids sneaking up behind him and they snag his tail to see if it's real or fake. He "helps" keep them occupied by chasing them around for it.
Of course, his tail being revealed as real does allow him to show off some of his abilities ( ki blast, strength, flight ) and scares the kids from trying to touch it again. Honestly scared a lot of people with his display, but you reassure them he's just kidding. He's definitely getting into all of the physical activities after that RIP his clean outfit.
He's not participating in any of the dances either, but you catch him tapping his foot to some of the songs. But everyone looked like they were having fun doing them, maybe you can show him how to do the steps for next time when you're home alone.
He may have been mad at the kids, but winds up catching lightning bugs with them. If you're freaked out by them then he's going to tease you with them, but if you're not then he's awed by how beautiful you look when you let it crawl around your hand before it takes off into the night
Bardock -
Tumblr media
As long as he doesn't suspect you of trying to make him look silly, then he doesn't really care about matching outfits or not.
Is pretty standoffish in meeting everyone, uttering a few words here and there throughout the occasion until the food is served and he starts to open up to everyone more. Granted, with a mouth full of food. Not hesitating on going back for seconds, thirds, and so on.
Gets really into the vibe of playing spades once he figures out how it works. Really into it.
Sticks pretty close to you for the most part, but you lose sight of him when all the physical activities start to get going. He ends up taking them a little too seriously until you remind him they're just games. And also kids are playing.
Absolutely not going to dance no matter how many aunties encourage him to join them on the dance floor. Definitely tapping his foot to a few songs and just chilling in the fun and inviting atmosphere of the party. Enjoys you dancing beside him or holding onto him while you sway your body to a song, it puts a little smile on his face.
Exposes his abilities when you volunteer him to make a quick run to restock a few food items that ran low and he just flies off to get them, back before you could even give the full details about the other things he can do.
Underestimates his ability to drink beers and then a mix of cocktails being handed his way to try. Sleeps it off by sitting next to you and using your whole body as a pillow, arms around your waist to keep you close and head on your shoulder.

May I please request wedding day (and possibly wedding night) hcs with the Saiyans?
Let’s do Bardock, Goku, and Gohan.
WEDDING DAY HEADCANONS
☆☆ Content: ( au, female reader, wedding day / night headcanons, fluff ) ☆☆ Warning: ( implied marital sex )
☆☆ A/N: Went with FoG!Bardock for this one! And an au version of that since it's an earth-style wedding
Tumblr media
GOKU —
Knowing what to expect after all the planning and rehearsal dinner, he has no worries and is looking forward to today
Goku most likely visited his grandfather’s old home/shrine early in the morning or even to watch the sunrise as he “spoke” to his grandfather about how excited he was for today, hoping to make him proud going into this stage in his life.
His best man Krillin, along with his other friends, are somewhat babysitting him to make sure he doesn’t ruin his suit trying to help out where he really shouldn’t.
He wants to help make sure everything is in place for the way you all practiced it, but he does sorta want an excuse to take off his suit jacket and tie for a bit. It was tailor-made specifically to account for his muscles, but he still fidgets in the fabric.
His friends and some of yours are filling him with all sorts of marital advice for your future life together. Goku’s not sure how to keep it all in his head as fast as it’s coming at him. It’s appreciated, just too much all at once. But keeping you safe and happy is his priority.
He stood at the altar pretty stiffly when it started, trying to look his best. When you finally come down the aisle and he sees you, his demeanor relaxes entirely. His bright beam toward you is visually no different than his usual big smile. But meeting his eyes as you approach and are given away to him, you can feel it in your heart that his is racing at the moment. Goku can’t seem to stop grinning looking at you, being in your presence. He wasn’t prepared for how breathtaking your beauty was going to be when you appeared in your dress and adornments.
It’s definitely captured on video and in your pictures how he missed his cue to start speaking his vows because he couldn’t stop staring at you.
You repeat the traditional vows to each other and then finish the ceremony with a warm, loving kiss and (if you decided to include it) a traditional custom of your heritage as well.
Night
Keeping it traditional, Goku carries you over the threshold into your honeymoon suite or your now-shared home.
The next thing he does is remove his shoes, his tie and his suit jacket removed long after the food was served at the reception. He couldn’t wait to get out of his formal clothes.
The excitement for the day might not have worn off, but your body sure felt exhausted from it all. With help, you switched to a more comfortable pair of shoes at some point during the reception, but due to your dress had issues reaching your feet to get them off.
When Goku noticed he knelt down in front of you and carefully held your leg up to help you out of your shoes. He was very careful loosening the straps and removed them, but his touch lingered on your leg.
He reminds you again how beautiful you looked today and kisses your shin up to the top of your knee in appreciation for your love and beauty, and that you pledged to share with him. He vowed to honor that and do what he can to take care of you until the day he leaves this world.
It was when the innocent act of helping you out of your wedding dress did his touch become more frequent and slow on your exposed skin, leading you to consummate your first night as husband and wife.
Tumblr media
GOHAN —
He’s been excited about today since he asked you to marry him, or maybe when you both grew comfortable after moving in together. But now he’s just as nervous and keeps pacing around to triple-check that everything is as it should be.
Gohan’s been with you through every step of preparing for your wedding like a true teammate. Except for your bachelorette party if you had one. Hell, he completely overlooked his own bachelor party not wanting a single thing out of place for the big day.
Since it was her firstborn’s wedding, Chi Chi was also very present and helpful. It brought you and her closer, though most of her advice was a little too orthodox for the life you and Gohan planned together.
Regardless of his age, Goten was Gohan’s original choice for his best man but the responsibility of it was just not what his mother would allow for him to take up. His little brother was still present and supporting Gohan as his best man through every step except for the bachelor party, however.
The groom’s section for the seating arrangements consists mostly of Gohan’s parents, his grandfather, and their friends, but also Gohan’s friends from school and Earth’s own guardian, Dende. If Piccolo wasn’t defaulted to be the Best Man, then he’s definitely in the section as well or is a groomsman with Goten.
There was no doubt Gohan was thrilled to officially become your husband, but the wedding was also important to him because it was the first time in years his entire family was together. He’s filled with so many happy emotions about his own father being here to witness him become a husband as well. His family grows with you being added to it, and eventually (if you both agree on it) he’ll have his own family and he can’t wait for that.
Seeing you come down the aisle left Gohan fighting through his emotions to try and keep himself presentable.
You were a beautiful vision unlike he’s ever seen before, and by some luck, you’re offering to share all that you are with him for the rest of your life. And you accepted everything he was. His glasses smudge trying to hold back his tears and clean his face before you were given away to him.
Gohan knew he’d be too nervous to exchange his own vows out loud to you, so you both wrote them in letters and read each other’s out loud instead. Instilling everyone around you with emotional tears and romance. Except Vegeta and Piccolo.
Your own traditional wedding customs are included as well.
Night
Even when you're alone, you and Gohan share another slow dance with each other as husband and wife. Driven by your official love song that currently only played in your minds, but rang clear in your hums and the warmth of his arms. Maybe you’re holding each other up at this point as well, neither of you is exactly sober or filled with the same high energy you started today with, but pulling apart now feels impossible.
He eventually helps you to the bed where you could finally get off your feet. You sat in front of him and pressed your forehead into his abs behind his shirt, your arms around him waist. Cherishing the highlights of your day with him, the pure expression of his love for you, and this amazing body you get to have forever.
It’s not like the two of you exactly waited for your wedding night to explore each other’s bodies for the first time. But Gohan was very particular about taking his time with you. As if being married now made it your first time all over again.
Tumblr media
BARDOCK ( FoG ) —
Your wedding with Bardock isn’t particularly a large one, mostly due to the fact the guest list consists of mostly your friends and family. Marriage by human customs isn't that different from saiyans: a little ceremony, plenty of food, and congratulations from those that attend. You agreed to be his wife and now he’s making good on his word to honor your devotion.
The majority of the planning is handled by you simply because of the more notable differences. And Bardock expected to at least be married to you the very next day after you accepted his proposal.
He’s slightly embarrassed by the attire on the day of the wedding. But any stiff or formal clothing usually made him uncomfortable. Bardock likes to be able to move freely and he can’t really do that the way he wants in a tailored suit.
Bardock won’t wear his red bandana on his head for the wedding. He made the decision himself and wore it around his left arm instead, similar to Tora.
While getting ready, he is comforted by imagining the business his friends would give him seeing him dressed like this, and poke fun at how a “dog” like him could end up with a human like you.
That being said, if he has his red bandana then that means none of his teammates or anyone from his past are at the wedding. But he keeps their memory and his oath alive by keeping the bandana on his person.
Being able to keep moving forward and commit himself to another living being, to love and be vulnerable with you, reminds him that he is capable of living a life outside of the obsolete way he was conditioned to be. He still wants his revenge, but he finally sees a future beyond that for you and him.
There is one person from his past that is able to be there. Bardock’s youngest does show up to the wedding, however, they get mistaken for each other a lot. The benefit of aging slower than humans makes them look like they could be twins. It happened enough that Bardock is almost replaced by him at the altar when the wedding begins. And he does make a fuss about it.
Not that he has to fight anyone to marry you, but he’ll find a reason to get his hands dirty if he feels disrespected. Since he promised you not to, he’s gonna glare and growl at people he doesn’t want in his face or keep mistaking his son for him. As if the scar on his cheek and tail didn’t make it clear who was who. Bardock then wears his bandana on the outside of his suit to help him stand out.
The natural harsh look on his face lightens when you finally come down the aisle toward him and he seems entranced by the sight of you. It’s very much the woman he is entrusting his heart to, but somehow you look different to him. As if you yourself were from a different world and you had revealed your true, superb self to him for the first time. You can see his tail slowly slip from around his waist as he stares at you approaching him.
Similar to Goku, you exchange traditional vows and complete the wedding custom of your heritage to complete the ceremony itself.
When you share your first dance as husband and wife, Bardock does seem more stiff than usual with everyone waiting to watch him dance with you. But you’ve practiced with him leading up to this moment and he just keeps his eyes on you as you go.
The sense of community and praise celebrating the two of you left him in higher spirits for the rest of the reception.
Night
Bardock may be a bit on the reserved side of showing his affection for you in front of others, but he’s not shy about claiming you as his. Especially now that, by human customs, you’re married. You belong to each other.
Once you were alone again, very few words were exchanged between you. You spoke to each other through your kisses and touch. The way you helped him out of his suit and fondly stroke the arm that hugged you close to his bare skin. You don't think you have ever seen his gaze so soft for you.
He helped you loosen your dress, but he didn't wait for you to slip out of it before he claimed you for the night as his cherished wife

Meditations: First, the Friend and then, the Son
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3

Dragon Ball Masterlist Givemeonereason Masterlist
Rating: SO MANY FEELS
Plot: Krillin seeks out Gohan to get some more information about the girl who lost her "Piccolo." A warmth between friends and family.
A/N: Hello, and thank you for patiently waiting for me to write up this next installment. I kept saying I was writing and I kept pushing it aside. Depression is so real and writers burn out is really real too. I think I just overdid it.
I'm so excited and happy that this series has taken off. Seems like there really is an audience for Piccolo. And he deserves it! I'll keep it going for as long as the story needs it. Tall, green, and handsome love for all.
╒══════════════════════╕
The police speeder came to an abrupt halt outside Son Gohan estate.
When Krillin gingerly unhooked his regulation helmet and hung it from the handlebars of his unit, the elderly man who was tending to flowers in the garden was swiftly walking towards the main house.
After he disappeared through a side door a kind-looking, middle-aged woman came out to greet him.
"Good morning, sir." She bowed her head politely. "To what do we owe the pleasure of the local law enforcement?"
The formality of the situation made Krillin perk up his shoulders. "Sorry, ma'am I need to speak with Gohan. Do you know if he's around?"
"I believe he is in the library." She turned on her heel. "Please follow me."
What seemed like an endless amount of stairs for a pair of small legs, the door to the library was ajar. Gohan was buried among several piles of books, a laptop, and three mugs, which presumably had an unknown concoction of caffeine.
"Gohan." Krillin called out to him as he walked towards the desk, but Gohan only pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. He scribbled vigorously at the notepad before him.
"Gohan?" Krillin repeated with a little more oomph. Gohan began to mumble to himself.
with the help of prefectural flora cultivation, this can provide direct resources to the habitat of-
"Gohan! Snap out of it."
Gohan shook his head and blinked his eyes a few times while readjusting his thick black frames. "Whoa, Krillin I didn't see you there."
"Obviously..." Krillin rolled his eyes.
"Gosh, how long have you been here." Gohan finished the sentence he was muttering and almost stabbed the notepad when he poked the paper at the period.
"Well, I've been trying to get your attention for a few minutes now."
"Okay, I'm sorry I'm on the verge of a breakthrough here." He picked up a large blue mug and took a swig, only to spit it back into the glass. His face contorted when he tried to wipe his tongue on his sleeve.
Krillin had picked up a book nearest him and flipped through a few pages. "Cognitive Ecology of Pollination: Animal Behaviour and Floral Evolution." Too many words. He set the book back down and crossed his arms. "This might be out of left field, but have you seen Piccolo lately?"
"Not today, no."
"No, I just mean recently. There is something fishy is going on. I don't know if you know about the girl?"
"There's a girl?" Gohan took a sip from a different mug garnished with a Satan City logo. He set that one down quickly. "Did Piccolo do something to a girl? I'm not sure I understand."
"That's what I'm trying to find out." Krillin took a seat in a wooden car adjacent to the large desk. "This is going to sound odd. Considering we've seen and experienced some very odd things in the past, this one is hard to place when it comes to weird."
Krillins folded his hands and relaxed his shoulders. "Well, here goes. Long story short; I got a report of a girl screaming on a hillside about an instrument. When I went to investigate the girl said she lost her piccolo. I put two and two together and figured she might be talking about our Piccolo. So when I went to The Hideout to ask Piccolo about this girl, he got defensive and said he did something to her. And I think he couldn't forgive himself, or I don't remember fine details."
Gohan sat for a few moments in silence thinking. "Do you know this girl?"
"Never met her a day in my life...until I spoke with her."
Gohan scratched at his hairline, pushing the rouge tuft of hair out of his face only for it to fall back down towards his eyes. "Piccolo hasn't said anything to me about a woman." His shoulders were undulated with confusion.
Before Gohan could circle the same conclusion, he spoke again. "Whatever it is, he seems to care enough about this girl. You know him. He's a pretty unfazed guy. Very serious. Not too emotional, or softish. You know what I mean."
Gohan reached out for the last mug on the desk, hesitating before grabbing the handle. He stared down at the contents swirling around in contemplation and decided against it. The mug clanked against the desk surface as Krillin's pleaded with him.
"I was kind of wondering if you would go talk to him? He practically demanded I leave The Hideout when I pressed the issue. If he's going to talk to anyone it's got to be you. You're practically his son."
The last bit made Gohan chuckle. "I don't know Krillin. If he didn't want to talk about it, maybe we should just leave it alone."
Krillin stood up and walked towards Gohan. "Could you just at least try. If he doesn't open up to you then I'll let it go, okay?"
"Okay, okay." Gohan stood up, pressing his palms against the armrests of his chair. "I'll go to talk to him tomorrow morning. I'll call you when I get back."
Krillin smiled widely. "Thanks Gohan. I just think, you know, he does.. has done so much for us that we can try and help him too sometimes. Even if he says he doesn't want it."
═══════════════════
When the morning light touched the western side of The Hideout, Gohan walked through the threshold Piccolos room. “Hey, Piccolo.”
Piccolo turned towards the similarly dressed young man, putting down the small, leather bound book in his hands on the small desk beside him. “Gohan, what brings you here this early.”
Gohan stretched his arms, his elbow popping loud enough to warrant a light echo. He laughed with some embarrassment. “Well, I guess I’m just a little rusty. I was wondering if we could spar?”
The upturned smirk told all Gohan needed to know before the two of them were passing blows hovering over the ground far below them.
One after the other, fists flying, blocking, dodging, power surging. Time was passing as the sun arched across the sky, but it only felt like moments. The adrenaline of the fight.
When Gohan began to tire slightly he landed a singular hit that propelled Piccolo back that anyone with even the best eyesight wouldn’t have seen. The super Sayain gives his all in the last throes of battle.
Piccolo gathered his equilibrium, and wiped the blood staining his lip against his forearm. He laughed as he landed on the grass below them. “You say you’re rusty, but you still got it, kid. You just got to put your mind to it.” He gently patted Gohan’s head, shaking his hair lightly.
Gohan plopped down to the ground and lay sprawling, taking in breaths. Piccolo sat down near him cross-legged. "I still think you have it in you to be the strongest, Gohan. But you've got a family now and your studies. You have more important battles to fight than just with your fists."
Gohan put his hands behind the back of his head. "I get discouraged sometimes. Everyone chastizes me for not keeping up with training. I'm 'a shame to the Sayain race,' or 'If only he could have---'" He shook his head. "Sometimes I wonder if Dad is still proud of me, even if my progress is strictly academic." He pondered on the thought. "It really doesn't matter, does it? Between Dad and Vegta there won't be anyone as strong. There won't be anyone who can't save the world." He looked over at Piccolo. "You're pretty strong too Piccolo."
Piccolo let out a deep, humph. "You are still stronger than me. And I only get involved when I am needed."
"Right. Why should we constantly have to be ready for a threat that might never come?"
"They always do."
Gohan sighed, closing his eyes. "Well, if they need me I will always be there. I won't let anything happen to anyone. Not after all the things we faced before."
The subtle sounds of nature became more apparent with this silence. The shallow sounds of breathing between them. Piccolo looked off into the near distance, his voice calm and relaxed. "If it accounts for anything, I am very proud of the man you've become."
Arms were tightly wrapped around. "Thank you for never giving up on me Piccolo."
Piccolo smiled to himself as Gohan sat down next to him. "I've been meaning to ask you something. Do you have a girlfriend?"
"A what?" Piccolo's voice turned deep again with seriousness.
"A girlfriend. You know, someone who you like and date." The look in Gohan's eyes was hopeful and sweet.
Tch- "I know what a girlfriend is. Why are you asking me this?"
"Well, Krillin stopped by and---"
"Not this again. Did that small man send you to do his bidding?"
Gohan got up and followed Piccolo when he began to walk away. He shouted, "I told him to stay out of it."
Gohan picked up his pace to meet the Namekian. "I don't even understand what Krillin was saying. But I wish you would just tell me what's going on. If not, you know he's going to get my dad involved."
Piccolo stopped and grunted. His arms crossed in defiance. Anything but Goku getting involved. Piccolo will NEVER hear the end of this. And if Goku makes a big deal out of this, it's everyone's problem.
But it's just his problem.
He stood quiet and tense. Gohan stood beside him stretching his legs and preparing to leave for home.
"I--" He started and stopped.
Hmmm, Gohan turned towards him.
"I don't even know how it happened. She came out of nowhere. Day after day, she prodded me with questions about myself. She sat with me as I meditated. She wasn't frightened of me." Piccolo was speaking so fervently and fastidiously that he was almost out of breath. "And I didn't know why or what to do. So I tried to show her that she shouldn't be so curious. I tried to scare her. I tried to stop her from coming around." His arms were tight against his chest. His chin pressed down into his collarbone.
Gohan watched Piccolo in awe. He's never seen this man act in such a way. The sorrow within the tightness of his shut eyes. The deep purple across his cheeks. Piccolo usually being a towering man, now pulling inward at his middle.
Gohan reached out and hugged him again. "Okay..." He looked at Piccolo, who bent his shoulders, which would normally be difficult to see over his shoulder pads. "Okay." Gohan's hand on Piccolo's forearm. His voice was so sweet and kind. "What did you do to scare her?"
Piccolo only took a deep breath. His booming voice was now almost a whisper. "I picked her up and took her in the air, flying. I flew and made myself out to be like another version of myself. I tried to make myself into King Piccolo." He's bent over near Gohan's shoulder, and Gohan lets him rest his forehead. "I made myself into something worth being frightened by. I didn't want her to trust so easily because she can easily become fodder like so many others have." His voice was almost nonexistent. "I could have killed her."
"But you didn't kill her, right?"
Piccolo shook his head. "But I could have."
"You didn't though. Sure, you could have maybe got your point across in a different way, but she's alright, right?"
"The look of terror in her eyes. The tears. I don't know why-- why I went--"
Gohan could hear the choked sobs before he pushed Piccolo back to face him. "Piccolo, I have known you my whole life and I've never seen you like this. You're like a whole different person. Usually, you're a very reserved guy, but I know these types of feelings. You must care a great deal for this girl. You're beating yourself up over the smallest thing." Piccolo kept his eyes closed shut, but his head lifted slightly, his arms relaxing as much as he could muster. "Hey, at least you don't explode or anything. You don't resort to your power because a lady is hurt or in danger. Blame it on the Sayain blood.”
Piccolo tried to straighten up and fix his posture. He wiped the tears that escaped from his eyes against his sleeve. Swallowing down his feelings deep into his chest.
“Piccolo, you’re allowed to have feelings like everyone else. Look at Dad, he’s an alien and he’s insane half the time.” Gohan laughed. “It’s okay to care about something for once. I know you care about me, about my family. But you can also care about something for yourself. If you care that deeply about this girl then I think you should talk to her. I think you should set things right between the two of you. Even if nothing comes of it and you just get closure.” Gohan pointed to Piccolo’s chest, pressing down into the fabric of the Namekian’s purple Gi. “If for all of us, but just for you.”
Gohan turned and started to walk away, calling over his shoulder. “You don’t need to bare the weight of this on your own. We’re always here for you. This is just a different type of fight.” He began hovering over the ground. “I have to get home before Videl gets angry.” He laughed. “Responsibilities.”
Piccolo could he his voice fading as he flew away. “All you have to do is try, Piccolo.”
Piccolo stood there, silent. The weight in his chest was still heavy. Do I care about this woman this greatly? He pressed his palm firmly against his chest, his cape flittering in the wind behind him. A heart beating strong behind his fingers. Is this love or understanding?
What I was once so sure about, I am at a loss.
Who do I want to be now?

Like just imagine how sensitive piccolo’s antennas are like one day y/n just goes up to him and sits in his lap and just starts playing with his antennas and he starts blushing hard and he whips away asking what’s she’s doing so like anytime he’s angry or something she’ll just start rubbing his antennas and get him a blushing mess…?🙋🏽‍♀️

Piccolo's Second Weakness (DBZ or Dragon Ball Z)
Warning(s): Fem Reader but pronouns not mentioned
You use Piccolo's weakness against him more than you'd admit...
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
One of the best days of your life…
The day you discovered Piccolo's weakness–other than you, of course.
Like any other time, you decided to sit in his lap during one of his moments of meditation.
And like any other time, he doesn't think anything of it...
Until you can't focus and decide to explore the features of your boyfriend.
His face starts to twitch, annoyed with your inability to stay still. Then he stiffens when your fingers brush his antennas.
You blink in surprise when he jerks his head away with flushed cheeks.
"What are you doing?!"
You mistake his flustered state for pain, "Oh—I'm sorry, did I hurt you? I didn't mean to, I thought I was being careful!"
His sigh was shaky as he covered his face,  "You didn't hurt me...I...that's just a sensitive area."
"Oh. It is?" You offer him an innocent look before you brush a finger against a single antennae.
"Yes," he avoids eye contact.
"Are you okay with me touching them?"
"I don't mind. Just not...all the time," he whispered.
He couldn't handle this more than a minute or so.
“I’ll be my secret…”
And you used this secret to your advantage.
Like when he's overthinking... then his overthinking turns in another direction.
And when he's angry.
Like one time he got angry at some alien who decided to visit earth, you thought he was too upset for your liking.
It was like a switch. From teeth bared, face scrunched, and veins bulging, to an utterly flustered and breathless mess. Your cheek kiss for good measure only made things worse.
Once Piccolo collected himself, he spoke, "[Name]. You’d better run."
"Why—?"
You took in the dark smirk on his face and ran for your life with only fading giggles showing evidence of your presence.

Legendary | Chapter Three
Tumblr media
“H-hello…” The huge man mumbled as he hovered over you, breathing heavily with an arm at each side of his body to prop himself up. Your breaths mingled with his as your body sank further into the mossy terrain below you. His jet black hair flopped over his face. With one swish he was in much clearer view, his dark eyes in sight looking deeply into yours. His tanned complexion was covered in scars but his well structured face looked gentle and friendly, glowing softly in the newly formed sunlight. His body was covered in a skin tight, black turtleneck that gripped against his body’s muscles and his neck was secured by some sort of metal collar.
You blinked at him in confusion, struggling to form a sentence. How could the man who’s just saved your life in an impressive display of power be so… soft? For once you were confused, an array of emotions you hadn’t experienced rushing you at once.
"You're..." he stuttered as he held his position. "You're..."
“I’m..?”
He lifted his arm from the grass below, running the back of his hand down your cheek. You didn't flinch but shuffled a little where you lay out of feeling a little uncomfortable. He smiled gently but something about his next choice of words sent a chill down your spine.
"You're just like me..."
His voice carried so much weight, a hint of sorrow and understanding. You had a feeling in your chest that this gentle giant felt nothing short of familiar. What did those words mean? Could he sense how powerful you were? After he had thrown your peer around like a children’s toy, for once you weren’t keen to engage in battle. Was this fear? No. It felt more like common sense as you were already battered and bruised. The man climbed off you, extending a hand to you to help you to your feet. You shrugged him off but smiled gently to assure him you’d be fine on your own. He pointed to himself, smiling in the same manner you did. “Broly.”
You tilted your head as you looked at him. “Is that your name?”
He nodded in response, turning his hand so his finger pointed toward you next. “You?”
“Captain 4 α 1 of the Frieza Force.” You responded. He raised an eyebrow before shaking his head quickly.
“That isn’t a name.”
“Well it’s my name.” You said with an eye roll, you brushed your hands down your armour before your eyes looked to the grass under your feet, catching a glimpse of your broken scouter that lay in pieces on the ground. “And speaking of Frieza I have absolutely no way of getting off this wasteland.”
“Hey!” Broly yelled, catching you off guard. You looked up to see him pouting. “It’s not a wasteland, it’s my home.”
You shot him a glance, chuckling sharply as you crouched down to pick up the broken tech, “Believe me, Broly, it’s apparent you haven’t been off this god-forsaken rock. It’s a wasteland. No one on my force had any idea what this place was. Frieza himself barely knew anything about it.”
“Frie… za…” you heard Broly mutter to himself.
“You’re quite a simple creature aren’t you Broly,”
Again he furrowed his eyebrows toward you and pouted once more, “If it wasn’t for me you wouldn’t be alive.”
“I-“ you were caught off guard by his sharp remark. “I- I would’ve been fine!”
“No you wouldn’t have,” he joked as he crossed his arms. “You would’ve been dead. I saw the attack. He was going to kill you.”
“No he wasn’t! I would’ve got my gun I-“
“You don’t have to lie to me. You could say thank you. There’s nothing embarrassing about needing help.” He stepped beside you, this time keeping his gentle smile. With a nudge of his head, he motioned for you to follow him. “Come with me. Let me mend you.”
You obliged, allowing your obvious stubbornness to take a backseat for once. Broly guided you through Vampa, leading you through the dense foliage of the unfamiliar planet. There was something about him that ensued trust and safety in you however there was still so much mystery surrounding him. Internally you couldn’t help but think, “What did he mean earlier when he said I was just like him?”
As you both journeyed deeper into the wilderness, you felt as if you were being watched. Broly didn’t seem phased as he continued to lead the way. As you looked around, you caught that the eyes following you were some of Vampa’s unique creatures. The sounds of hissing and growling trickled through the silence. Everything from strange bird-like creatures chirping to bear-like beasts growling as they looked at you like fresh meat. Unsure of what exactly was around you, you sped up your pace to match Broly’s, walking by his side. You couldn’t help but feel a level of protection as he was focused solely on guiding you to safety. Finally, you had arrived at a clearing where surrounded by the towering trees was a makeshift shack.
“We’re here. This is my home.” Broly stated simply, his voice laced with a touch of pride. You could tell that he had built this little home from left over debris from an old spaceship. He pushed open the door with his left hand, extending the right to greet you in. “Here, you can rest and heal for a while.
Walking ahead, you couldn’t help but feel grateful for the hospitality. After the ordeal you had just gone through, rest and recuperation was definitely something that you craved. Broly was quick to reach into a supply kit that was nearing emptiness. He pulled out some medicine, along with some bandages and a cold compress for your cheek that still raged red. He tended to your injuries with a surprising gentleness, his hands steady and sure as he made sure your ribs were taped up.
“Broly?” You whispered, allowing yourself to sit back in the chair. He looked up, a blank expression on his face.
“Yes?”
“Th-thank you.”

Legendary | Chapter Two
Tumblr media
Planet Vampa, a desolate wasteland suspended in the abyss of space. As you gazed through the viewport, the harsh landscape blurred by swirling dust storms, it felt as though you were peering into the heart of chaos itself. Frieza's decision to deploy your team onto this unforgiving terrain seemed almost whimsical, but you knew better than to question your tyrant boss's decisions. As per your usual procedures, Frieza would expect you to have the mission done and quickly return to his ship while he deployed more squads on other planets to do a similar job.
The cruiser rumbled as it descended through the atmosphere, the air resisting the ship's presence. With your practiced precision, you guided the vessel through the tempest, your nerves as steady as ever as you guided the controls. As the safety breaks engaged with a satisfying clunk, you wasted no time in securing your scouter to your face, its digital readouts flickered to life with the vital information you needed.
Your team formed at the door, the drone soldier from earlier towering over you as you slowly waited for the entrance to open. He felt like a shadow looming over you, however his efforts to intimidate you would amount to nothing.
Your team slowly slipped out of the spacecraft first. First you were welcomed by Vampa's scent of dust and ask, you were greeted by the humid weather and the dark green plains. The landscapes were barren, a desolate planet. Amidst the chaos before your eyes, a sense of purpose pulsed within you. You were here on a mission, nothing was going to distract you from completing it. With their practiced precision, the team continued to move forward and scan the horizons ahead for any signs of life or targets they needed to eliminate. The landscape seemed endless, you couldn't see much through the clouded air other than jagged rocks.
The team advanced along cautiously, this was a planet that you all had such a minimal information on but again you did love a challenge. Each member maintained their positions and scanned the area for potential threats. Something in your head begun to feel uneasy, you didn't know what it could've been, but your instincts were telling you something was amiss. With a sharp turn of your head, you let out a commanding scream.
"GET BACK! NOW!"
Despite the desperation, you could only watch on as a sudden explosion shattered through the blissful silence. The chaos only ensued further as you were knocked back by the blast, rocks and debris rained down, cries of pain and confusion filled the air for a horrible few minutes. You crawled back quickly, onlooking the attack as a rare sweep of pure panic filled your body quicker than you could process. You looked around franticly, assessing the situation and tried to make sense of what was going on. You shook your head, letting your eyes focus on the thick smoke as you went to press your fingers against the intercom button to contact Frieza and get some backup sent to you, however your wrist was grabbed with an strong grip. You yelled out as you were lifted off the ground, the dust clearing around you as you could see him. The drone soldier you butted heads with in front of Frieza grinned at you menacingly. His expression was twisted with pure malice as he threw you down again, your scouter falling off your face on impact.
"Of course, you would fucking survive." He snapped, stamping on and breaking the device that had fallen beside you. He climbed on top of you, keeping you down with the pressure of his full body as he began heavily punching your body, winding you with each strike. You had began to process the truth as he reached for his weapon from the holster on his waist - he had turned his back on your team, wiped them out in cold blood. You couldn't sense any of their power levels, then again you weren't fully focused.
"Why!? Why would you do this!" you exclaimed, your breathing heavy. His smile stayed wide, pure evil intentions behind those eyes. He hadn't lied on that ship, he was masking his true power from the team. Your face was met with a quick but powerful slap.
"Don't play the fool now." He said, mouth foaming with rage as this time he held his hand firmly against your mouth, squeezing your nose between his thumb and fingers to cut off your breathing. You squirmed under him, fear was sinking in and it was a terrifying feeling. You could see him laughing, he was taking pride in making you feel things that were unnatural.
"You embarrassed me in front of Lord Frieza. You're a freak! What would happen if Frieza found out his perfect weapon died on a wasteland due to a 'natural disaster' and I was the only survivor? You'd be forgotten. I'd be a legend in his ranks!"
Once his verbal barrage of abuse stopped he moved his hand as you inhaled sharply. You tried to pull your hand out from underneath this brute to find your gun, however it was hopeless as you felt the tip of his pistol press against your forehead. The adrenaline coursed through your veins. For the first time in your life you felt helpless and it was unlike anything you had ever felt before. He leaned in to your ear slowly, moving his weapon to your temple as he decided to mock you one final time.
"Remember what the mission was, Captain."
Just as he moved his finger to the trigger to strike, a sudden blur of motion intercepted the moment and a strong force pushed your assailant off you. You watched on as he was slammed into one of the grassy hills in the distance. You rolled over on your side to try to collect yourself, catching your breath and gradually sitting up.  He was followed by a cascading, green light that chased him at a lightning pace. Their forms were blurred but you could easily see your mystery savior dodging every attack with unfathomable speed, dealing punches and kicks at a speed who matched. You could feel his power, it was unlike anything you had ever seen as you eyed his fluid and precise movements. The battle raged on for several minutes, it wasn't a long time at all, until you saw the drone soldier fall in defeat. The man coated in green light gently lowering himself to the ground.
The air cleared around you, the bodies of your dead squad were in pieces around you. You pulled yourself up to your feet, brushing off the dust on your uniform. You picked up your gun from the floor and slipped it snuggly back into the holster. Gazing into the distance, a breath of relief escaped your lips. Unfortunately your time on your feet was cut short as you were once again met by a sudden burst of light and velocity that had sent you straight back down to the floor. As you glanced upward, a towering figure loomed over you with his face shrouded by dense, black hair that hid his features. His body was weighty on top of yours. Panting gently, clearly tired from his fight, he stuttered a single word under his breath.
"H-hello..."

Legendary | Chapter One
Tumblr media
On course through the galaxy, the ship jolted with turbulence which was a sensation that failed to entice fear within you. Your demeanor was fearless and level-headed, prepared to confront anything or anybody who crossed your path. You stood at an average height with a pale complexion and long, wavy dark hair. Your physique exuded pure strength from the rigorous training you had gone through over the past few years. Despite your attractive appearance, you swiftly ascended through the ranks to become one of the Frieza Force's most elite combatants. Deployed on yet another mission by Frieza's orders, you found yourself venturing to a planet shrouded in mystery alongside a team that wasn't familiar to you. Frieza had put together a small yet proficient team, demonstrating his unwavering trust in your abilities, as he gave you the task at hand with minimal backup.
While the other three members of the team engaged in activities such as training or socialising, one particularly brutish member fixated his gaze upon you. His skin bore a dark blue, almost purple hue, and a smirk played across his lips as he stared. His presence was unnerving, almost intimidating. His massive frame was clad in armour similar to your own, a scanner affixed to his eye and a thick helmet protecting his horned head. His eyes bore into you with a predatory intensity, akin to a fox eyeing a rabbit. He took a sip from his flask of water before opening his mouth.
"So, woman," he sneered, drawing your attention away from your thoughts. You met his gaze with a raised eyebrow that quietly challenged him as he pressed on, "What's your story?"
"You don't need to know anything about me other than that I'll be leading this mission." your response was laced with a calm confidence. You settled yourself against the ship's wall, reassured by the hum of the engines and jets, your unclasped hands rested on your thighs as you continued, "Just focus on the task at hand."
In truth. you struggled to answer any questions about your past. It was no difference to everyone else's. Your memories were shrouded in the repetitive atmospheres of ships and bases, training and your service to Frieza. Your earliest memory was awakening on Frieza's vessel, surrounded by scientists and medical personnel, bathed in harsh lights. It was as if your existence began on a cold, steel table in a place completely foreign to you. From that point onward, you were subjected to rigorous training under the supervision of Frieza's top trainers. Your identity was intertwined with the cold, calculated nature of being one of Frieza's most reliable operatives, responsible for countless lives being lost at your hands.
"Like hell am I taking orders from you! We've been cooped up in this metal box for over two days and you've barely uttered a word to any of us!" he snapped, his hostility evident. You met his aggression with stoicism, silently objecting to continue talking to him but that wouldn't be the end of it. "Maybe you're more pleasant when you keep your mouth shut. Certainly prettier that way."
As he finished that sentence you could feel an unnerving chill in the air as the ship door snapped open. Turning your head, standing in the door frame, you were greeted by Frieza himself, adorned in his regal purple and gold battle attire. Despite his small stature, he commanded fear and respect across the universe. As he approached your squad he let out a menacing chuckle as you stood to his attention, his gaze immediately falling upon the insubordinate member. "That's absolutely no way to speak to your captain. A lot of gall for someone with such a weak power level. Were you invited along by mistake? Do you have a death wish?"
"N-no, Lord Frieza!" The soldier stuttered, his arrogance was deflating by the second. "I'm conserving my energy for battle! I swear!"
"You may perceive her as inferior due to her gender but I can guarantee to you, Drone 4782 β6, that is not the case." Frieza's response was stern. As a reminder of the consequences of his actions, a finger was drawn and a small blast was shot into your peer's leg, causing him to fall over clutching it in agony. With a flick of his tail and a chuckle on his lips, Frieza crouched beside him. "I better see a bit more respect. Next time you won't be let off so lightly. Get yourself to the med bay quickly. You're due to board the cruiser in 40 minutes."
He quickly turned to face you. The actions against your comrade wasn't something that made you scared. You stayed still, posture sharp as he addressed you next. "Some quick fire questions for you next, my dear. I need to make sure my best weapon is as knowledgeable as she is tactical. First of all, your name."
"My name is Captain 4  α 1." you responded without hesitation. "Proud captain of α squad 1, Lord Frieza."
"Where am I deploying α squad 1?"
"A planetoid on the outskirts of the universe. A wasteland named Vampa."
"You're right! Vampa is a wasteland, Captain. I had forgotten it even existed but even the most pointless of planets need scouted and searched!" Frieza replied with a grin, a streak of confidence and pride in his tone. "Tell me captain, I need to make sure you're well aware of the mission. What is your objective? I do love to hear your commitment to the cause."
"Scouting for life forms. Taking control of anything and everything out there."
"What else?"
"Track and kill any remaining Saiyans in the galaxy, sir." You looked to him with a cold gaze and a cocky smirk. "If any of them dare to exist out there, my lord, they'll feel your wrath through my bare hands."

NSFW Headcanons | Goku Edition [18+]
Tumblr media
-Goku's very animalistic in the bedroom. God, is he loud. Grunting, moaning, the lot. He's especially loud when you're giving him head or a handjob. When you would first meet up your flatmates would complain about how loud he would be or how much they'd hear your headboard banging against the wall.
-Hooking up for the first time was for a quicky but he definitely caught feelings for you quick and it's more than obvious when you have sex. He loves to praise you, he loves to say that you're amazing at what you're doing. He tells you he loves you a lot after.
-Goku loves having fun with you while you guys have sex. He loves making you smile with his goofy attitude.
-Favourite position would definitely be doggy. The feeling of being deep inside you is the best feeling for him. He also loves playing with your breasts when you ride him. He would also love looking into your eyes when you're having a much more slow and passionate fuck.
-he has a very very high libido. He masturbates a lot when he isn't with you and when you are together he's constantly got his hands on you, pleading for you to come to the bedroom with him.
-his dick is huge. I'd imagine it to be thick and about 8 inches.
-you had to teach him about aftercare but he knows how to treat you well after you have sex. He loves to cuddle you, make sure you're hydrated and he loves sharing some food with you in bed with a movie. He loves napping with you, keeping his crotch against your ass and his fingers on your hips.
-one of his biggest kinks is voyeurism. It took Goku a while to accept social norms when it comes to sex but the idea of you guys being watched turns him on. He also loves seeing you naked. He loves when you kiss his neck too, it turns him on massively and he loves when you grab his hair and claw his back up.
-I feel like as a thicc girl who loves thicc girls, Goku would definitely love a thicc girl too. He would love squishing your thighs and squeezing your curves.

I can't wait to see Vegeta as a cranky old man miling around Capsule Corp with his walker(also used as a weapon), grumbling stuffs like "Back in my day, when you sent someone to hell, they stayed in hell."
"Dad, did you take your blood pressure meds"
"No, and if I burst an aneurysm, I'm taking that third class to hell with me and we're staying there. Tell your mother she can join us for an afternoon tea party."

Chapter 16
-
Gohan rushes over to your side with Krillin in tow. "Wow, Y/N. You really held your own against Frieza. I'm impressed." Krillin praises you.
"Ya, it was so cool!" Gohan exclaims. "I had no idea you were that strong."
"And talk about that transformation." Krillin continues to fawn over your brief display of abilities. "It was unreal."
"I lost." You scowl at the pair in disgust. You swear there's something psychologically wrong with them. This isn't the first time you've seen them praise failure. It's one of their many odd behaviors that you've managed to observe.
Kakarot and Frieza stand mere inches apart, sizing each other up. You never thought this day would come. You've been reduced to nothing more than one of Kakarot's accessories. You feel ill. Piccolo turns to the others, a hint of concern in his voice. "All four of us need to get out of here and go somewhere safe. Quickly."
Gohan and Krillin nod at the Namekian. "Get him, dad! Make him pay for what he did!" It's kinda cute how much the boy admires his father. In a way, it reminds you of the way Vegeta was with your own. Obviously, your brother was far less endearing.
Now, you all stand much farther away. Well, the other three stand. You don't have the energy. Damn, going Super Saiyan is a real energy drainer. "I'm quite surprised." Frieza chuckles with a hint of amusement in his voice.
"And why's that?" Goku asks.
"I've never seen Y/N so fond of someone before." Frieza's gaze jumps from you to Kakarot. "Lord knows Jeice tried."
"That weird little red guy?" Goku looks back, his eyes locking on you. You meet his gaze, glaring daggers at him. "I don't think she likes me that much." He chuckles, turning back to Frieza.
"I differ. Not even her precious Raditz would've gotten away with a stunt like that. I'm surprised she even allowed you to hold her."
"What are they talking about?" Gohan turns to Krillin, who just shrugs. Piccolo, however, has a faint smirk dancing on his lips. You've heard that Namkeians have a heightened sense of hearing. So whatever Frieza and that buffoon are discussing, it must be amusing enough to put a momentary pause on the Namkeian's brooding.
The epic battle between Goku and Frieza begins. They trade blows back and forth, creating rubble across the terrain as they go. You want nothing more than to watch Kakarot wipe the floor with that monster, but you're struggling. You can barely keep your eyes open. So much has happened today. You're both physically and mentally drained. "Y/N?" Gohan turns to you. "Are you alright?"
"Never better." You faintly grin at him.
"Maybe we should get her back to the ship." Krillin looks at Gohan skeptically.
"Touch me, and you won't have to worry about Frieza. I'll end you myself." Krillin gulps, diverting his gaze back onto the battlefield. Even injured, the human is still terrified of you. It's comforting.
Frieza manages to get the upper hand on Goku, knocking the Saiyan into the water. Far too much time for comfort passes. Something's off. You try to focus on his energy, yet you come up flat. You must be weaker than you thought. Maybe Kakarot came up somewhere else? Adrenaline kicks in. You hop up onto your feet without a second thought. "You shouldn't be standing!" The brat scolds you, rushing to your side. "You're too weak."
"This isn't right," Krillin mutters. "Goku should've come up for air by now."
"He's fine. I've been tracking his energy." Gohan assures him as he supports your weight, desperately trying to get you to sit back down. "You heard that right, Y/N. My dad is fine. You don't need to worry about him, alright."
"I'm not worried about Kakarot." You scoff. "If your idiot father insists on getting himself killed, so be it."
"You don't have to say it. I know you care. If you didn't, you would've left already." You grimace, your eyes locking back onto the water. If Kakarot's still under there, he must have a plan. But then again, it's Kakarot. From what you've been able to understand, his plans don't ever seem to have much consistency.
What the hell? The large body of water begins to illuminate. You're not very familiar with Namek's aquatic life, but you're pretty sure none of the creatures here glow. Three balls of energy shoot out of the water. Collectively striking Frieza and knocking him down. Wow. Kakarot may be smarter than you give him credit for. Though you'd never say that to his face.
However, Frieza isn't down for long, quickly jumping back onto his feet. With ease Frieza, lifts a boulder the size of a small island. He tosses the rock into the air, shooting it straight at Goku. The Saiyan manages to catch it. But struggles with the sheer mass of the bolder. He's pushed into another mountain, trapping him between the terrain.
Not even a second passes before Goku shoots a beam, the rock fracturing around him. Allowing the man to easily escape. "You fell for it!" Frieza laughs manically.
Frieza's trapped Kakarot in some sort of bubble. You didn't know the freak had an ability like that. He kicks Goku back and forth as if he was a ball. You'd probably find this situation amusing if this was anyone other than Frieza. The pair continue to go back and forth, causing the whole planet to shake.
The winds pick up, causing their audience to be blown back. You and Piccolo managed to maintain your center of gravity, but the other two went flying. Krillin grabs onto a tree, and Piccolo grabs Gohan by the fabric of his attire. "They're causing an earthquake?" Krillin shouts, clinging onto the tree for dear life.
"But we're not on Earth... so is it still called an earthquake? Maybe it's called a namekquake?" Gohan chuckles.
"I don't think the technicalities really matter right now, Gohan!" Krllin tightens his grip. "Especially if we all die!" The planet stills, causing Krillin to land flat on his face. You laugh at his incompetence. How the hell has he even survived this long? It must be because of the Dragon Balls.
"That's not even the half of it. Frieza could destroy this planet in one blast if he wanted to. He certainly has the power." Piccolo says, his stoic expression not wavering.
"So he's just toying with us?" Krillin glances at Frieza through his peripheral vision. "That bastard."
"He's having fun with Kakarot." You scoff. "We're just a bonus."
Gohan frowns, furrowing his brows. "I-Is my dad gonna be okay?"
"Frieza's not the only one holding back." Piccolo's gaze moves onto Goku. "Look for yourselves."
"Dad!" The boy chuckles. The Namekian may be correct, but you've heard the rumors about Frieza. And if there's any validity to them, this isn't even a speck of Frieza's true power.
Your eyes wander around the rubble of Namek, and you see something... well, someone. For a split second, you thought it was Vegeta. But their build is shorter and far too slim. The name pops into your mind sooner than you'd care to admit. Tarble? You feel as if you're falling further and further into a bottomless abyss.
Your brother is dead... both of them are. Tarble's been dead for years. There's no way he survived in space all on his own. And if the slim chance he did, this would be the last place he'd be. He would never actively look for a fight or put himself in danger. He was always far too timid, far too afraid. Back on your home planet, people would refer to him as your shadow. Wherever you were, Tarble was just two steps behind. Just like... your shadow. You try not to think about him much. But once in a blue moon, thoughts of him slip into your mind. You can't help it.
"Y/N?" Gohan looks at you, concern shining in his eyes. "Are you okay?"
"You look like you've seen a ghost." Krillin's expression mirrors Gohan's.
"Ya, it's nothing." You shake your head, squinting your eyes. "I just
 thought I saw something."
"What did you see?" Gohan turns his head in the direction you were fixated on, only to find nothing.
"I'm just delirious. My eyes are playing tricks on me." You close your eyes, massaging your temples. And just like that, the image is gone. You're losing what's left of your mind.
"Are you sure?" Krillin asks. You nod, not wanting to spend another second on this topic. You direct your attention back onto the battle.
As the battle continues, you hear a motor of some kind. It's heading straight for you. Your head darts towards the source. It's the Earth woman on some sort of pink vehicle. Has she lost her damn mind? She jumps onto the ground, landing in a v-shaped pose. "A perfect ten!" Her voice is more gravelly than you remember. Wait a second. You'd recognize that dorky pose anywhere... It's Ginyu.
"Bulma!" Krillin yelps. "What are you doing here? Do you have any idea how dangerous this place is?" 'Bulma' has his back turned to him, seemingly not listening to a thing he says. You doubt Ginyu even knows her name. "Bulma? Are you even listening to me?"
"Huh? Who's that?" You were right. That fool took her body without even learning her name. Oh, this is great. You begin to laugh hysterically, wiping tears from your eyes. After the day you've had, you really needed this.
"Y/N? What's so funny?" Gohan asks.
"This is the best thing to ever happen on this damn planet. It's so amusing that it hurts." You grab your stomach, wincing in pain from laughing so hard.
"Bulma, you can't be here!" Krillin scolds the false Bulma. "Goku and Frieza are having it out. You need to find somewhere to hide."
"Really?" 'Bulma' jumps up in excitement, moving closer to the direction of the battle.
"Hold on!" Krillin shouts. "Don't just waltz over there. It's too dangerous."
"Lord Frieza in his ultimate form." Ginyu looks on in awe, fangirling over his boss. "Wow. It's magnificent! Frieza's body is reacting to the Saiyan's power!"
Gohan and Krillin share a look. "Bulma?"
A frog leaps in front of Gohan, jumping into his arms. The animal attempts to communicate with him. Making several croaking sounds and lots of gestures. Wait. If Ginyu is in Bulma's body, then Bulma must be... she's the damn frog! Oh, if only Raditz could see this. He'd get a kick out of it. You can practically hear his brash laughter ringing in your ears.
Gohan's eyes widen. "I get it now. You're that Ginyu guy. It's beyond dangerous out here, little buddy. If I were you, I'd find a nice sturdy rock to climb under."
"This is bad," As you watch the battle, Piccolo speaks for the first time in a while. "The gap between their strength is widening."
"It... It can't be." Krillin and Gohan share an uneasy look as Bulma laughs maniacally.
"Bulma?" Krillin questions again, this time more concerned than ever.
"His Lordship Frieza does not disappoint. Victory is his."
"Enough of this. Who are you?" Piccolo questions. Looks like one of the members of Team Kakarot has finally caught on.
"Cap--" Ginyu's hands fling over his mouth, stopping him from finishing his sentence. He struggles to pose in the unfamiliar feminine frame. But quickly, he maneuvers into a fighting stance. His attention concentrated on the Namekian.
"Look out, Piccolo!" Krillin shouts. Unfortunately for Piccolo, the warning comes just a second too late.
"Change now!"
"Head's up!" Gohan shouts, tossing the frog-morphed human straight into the line of fire.
Once the blinding light disperses, everyone's eyes lock on Bulma. Who's standing there frozen in shock. Which means Ginyu must be... You look down to the floor and catch the frog scampering away. You shake your head and snicker. What a coward.
"That was a close one, huh?" Gohan chuckles.
"Ya... If I only knew what happened." The Namekian scratches his head. He seems a bit dazed.
"I'm back! Inner and outer beauty are in perfect harmony once again!" The woman jumps around in pure joy. You'd think being a slimy frog, even just for a few minutes, would've taught her a lesson about vanity. Looks like she hasn't learned a damn thing.
"We're all overjoyed for you. But look, you need to get out of here and find someplace to hide. This is the absolute last place you want---" A harsh gust of wind interrupts Krillin, blasting Bulma back.
Gohan gasps. "Bulma!"
"Save me!" The woman shouts as she's flung up into the air out of view."
You watch in horror as Frieza splits the ground in two, carving a massive trench in the landscape. It extends as far as your eyes can see, even through the waters. You always knew Frieza was the most powerful being you've ever encountered. Yet, this is the first time you've ever contemplated the level of strength he truly possesses. Because viewing him as the strongest being you've ever met is no longer sufficient enough.
"Did that really just happen? This is starting to seem like a one-sided fight." Krillin comments.
"Of course it does. Frieza is stronger than any of us could've even prepared for. The look on Y/N's face should tell you all you need to know. I don't think even she anticipated this." The other two turn to you as Piccolo speaks. The look of dismay clear across your features. "There's nothing else we can do now. He's just too powerful." You never thought you'd see it. It's as if the Namekian has given up entirely. He seems different than he was on Earth. You can't exactly put your finger on it, but something has changed.
The battle, more appropriately labeled as Kakarot's beating, continues. Frieza smacks him around like he's nothing. You watch as Frieza holds Kakarot underwater with only a single limb. That's not good. If Kakarot is so weak that that's all it takes to drown him, you're all in trouble.
For every second that tics on, you have less and less hope. Your mind filling with possible contingency plans for after Kakarot's demise. But not a single one is up to par. And just when you thought Kakarot was down for the count, he comes shooting up from the water. His voice booming louder than ever.
Gohan and Krillin cheer, shouting words of encouragement as they watch in awe. "For Gohan, everyone on Earth, and the future of Namek. I'm not about to give up!" Goku shouts as red energy engulfs his body.
You gasp as he goes right back at Frieza like the last few minutes never happened. If you ignore the whole selfless hero thing, you'd say you're impressed with his resilience. Goku uses the Kaio-Ken technique on Frieza. Frankly, you were impressed with its sheer power. Once the blinding light disappears, your vision clears once again.
And no surprises here; Frieza hasn't moved an inch despite the brute force Kakarot used. To the untrained eye, you'd think that little stunt had no effect on him. Unlucky for you, you're very well versed in Frieza's mannerisms.
"There's no way... Goku put everything he had into that. So how is Frieza still floating there with barely a scratch on him?" Krillin questions in utter disbelief.
"Dad's energy dropped like a rock..."
"There's no way someone this powerful exists." That human is sure shocked a lot. You think he'd learn by now.
"Goku's finished." Piccolo scoffs. "Guess that lunatic King Kai was right. We should've listened when he told us to avoid a monster like Frieza."
"Frieza's off," You speak in almost a whisper, your sights locked on the man. He's relatively unscathed. There's barely a scratch on him, only a few nicks. But you can tell. The slight spasm of his extended hand, almost as if he was shaking. Mixed with his eyes. His eyes give it all away. The twitching mixed with something you thought you'd never see from Frieza. Fear. A being has never come that close to scathing him before.
Three heads dart in your direction. "What do you mean?" Krillin asks you. "He's fine. That blast did nothing to him."
"You don't know Frieza like I do." You chuckle. "Out of the many years I've worked under that snake, not once have I seen him look like that. His physical condition may be fine, but mentally he's off." Frieza's fear is quickly replaced with a much more familiar emotion. Pure rage.
You watch as Frieza knocks the man down. And he continues to pummel Goku into the ground. "Wow. Kakarot's really gotten him all worked up."
"Dad, no!" Gohan tries to run out to his father, but Piccolo grabs his cape, restraining the boy in place.
"You might as well send Y/N back out here!" Frieza mocks. "Even in her injured state, she'd put up a better fight!" He's not wrong. You'd never give up like that. It's pathetic.
"I'm ashamed to even call you a Saiyan, Kakarot!" You shout as Frieza's beating of your fellow Saiyan continues.
"I can't take this anymore!" Gohan shouts. "I can't just stand here. I have to help him!"
"No." Piccolo, yet again, stops Gohan from running into the line of fire.
"But... Dad will die if I don't!"
"He'll die if you do too." You scoff. "You'd only be prolonging the inevitable... and I doubt it would be for long. We're all going to be slaughtered today. I say, if the boy wants to die sooner, let him."
"Don't listen to her. Goku has something up his sleeve. I can tell." Piccolo assures the boy. "But he has such little power left. I have no idea what it could be." Kakarot looks as if he's posing. Maybe he got possessed by Ginyu again. You chuckle to yourself at the thought.
"A spirit bomb!" Krillin abruptly shouts. "It's a special last-ditch move he picked up from King Kai. It gathers all the energy from everything around. The grass, trees, even us. Everything that has a life force."
"But how?" Gohan eyes the older man skeptically. "This place doesn't look like it has much life left."
"I know, but just look down there. It's not like he has many options." He notices the look of concern across Gohan's features, quickly throwing an arm around him. "Besides, your dad knows more about it than us. I bet he'll make it work."
"Oh, yes. Let's just blindly put our faith in Kakarot. When has that strategy ever failed you before?" You sarcastically mumble. "I'm not a gambler when it comes to my life. And if I was, my money's on Frieza."
"Do you always have to be so negative?" Krillin cranes his neck in your direction, his displeasure with you apparent.
"I'll start being more positive when---" And just like that, an idea pops into your head. "Wait. So the more energy Kakarot can get, the better?" Your energy increases significantly in your newly unlocked form. So, if this spirit bomb works as Krillin claims, your new form could still be an asset against Frieza.
"Exactly." Krillin narrows his eyes at you. "Why?" Without a word, you stand back up. You crack your neck, getting into a better stance. "Are you sure that's a good idea? Cause a few minutes ago, you could barely stand without Gohan's help."
You smirk. "I'll be fine, human." You start to scream in a desperate attempt to replicate your original transformation. It's much easier to do than the last time. It's different from the Great Ape one that you're so used to. That one you were born with and had to learn to control. This one you had to unlock. You quickly transform. Your hair changing into a yellow hue, and your eyes glow. You're the Great Super Saiyan again. Now that you're not using it directly in battle, it's less impressive than you imagined as a child. It's sort of anti-climactic. You just need to hold this form as long as possible and hope your body doesn't give out.
Gohan and Krillin stare at you in confusion, but the Namekian chuckles. "Smart." Out of all of Kakarot's little friends, you suppose the Namekian is the most tolerable. Well, he's at least the most intelligent.
"I doubt it will do much." You roll your eyes before moving your gaze back to the battlefield. You can't lie. You do enjoy the look of bewilderment on Frieza's face.
After a few moments, the Namkeian looks around. "What the hell am I sensing?"
Krillin looks up at him. "Like I said---"
All three of you turn to Gohan, who's gazing at the sky in dismay. "The spirit bomb..." The three of you look up, finally seeing what Gohan does. You've never seen a ball of energy that size. Not even when you were flipping planets.
"That can't be it..." Krillin gulps. "It's gigantic."
"Damn." You shake your head. "Well, I guess I'd rather die by Kakarot's hands than Frieza's."
"By the look on your face, Krillin. I'm assuming this one is exceptional." Piccolo looks over to the human.
"The one on Earth wasn't even half that size. He must be collecting energy from all over the universe!"
"Frieza hasn't caught on yet," Piccolo announces. "Why doesn't he use that thing while he has the upper hand?"
"It must not be enough to... you know..." Krillin trails.
"You can say kill. It's not a bad word." You snarl. "You had no problem with it when you tried to murder my brother back on Earth."
"Come on, Dad!" You can hear Gohan shout as you glare at Krillin. "Hit him with everything you got!"
"How long do you intend to just stand there?" Frieza shouts, irritation evident in his voice.
"You know." Goku lets out a breathy chuckle. "That's a very good question." You adore watching the way Kakarot gets under Freieza's skin. Kakarot's antics sure are amusing when you're not the one being subjected to them.
You watch as Freiza twitches before knocking Kakarot back. "Oh, no!" Krillin shouts. "He caught on."
"No, Krillin. I don't think he did."
"The Namekian is right." You grin. "Kakarot's just pissing him off." Goku stands up, returning to his pose. Which only enrages Frieza more.
"I'm not going to ask you again." Frieza continues attacking him. Goku simply ignores his request, going back into the same stance. Your invasive laughter echoes throughout the remnants of the planet as Kakarot's beating counties.
The other three watch in horror with the occasional glance of disbelief at you. "Krillin, Gohan. Transfer any power you can spare to me. Quickly." The pair begin to give their remaining energy to the Namekian.
"What about Y/N?" Gohan asks.
"Right now. I think all of her energy is concentrated on keeping her transformation active." Piccolo chuckles. "Both of your energy will be plenty for what I have in mind. Don't worry."
"What's the big rush, Frieza?" Goku chuckles. "You're so impatient." Moments like this make it clear that there's still some Saiyan left in Kakarot. It might be the only thing attractive about him.
"You dare mock me, ape!" Frieza creates a large blast with his hand. Knocking Goku back further, sending him flying into the water.
"You two!" Piccolo shouts. "Pay no attention to what's going on down there. Just focus your energy." You do wonder what the Namekian has in mind. Neither of those earthlings have much power left. So, it can't be anything too powerful.
"This should be enough." Piccolo shoos them away. "Now listen here and listen well. None of you are to involve yourselves, understand? This is my fight and my fight alone." You scoff. It's like Vegeta never died.
"But---" Before Gohan can raise any opposition, the Namekian shuts him down.
"You'd only get in my way. You gave me all your remaining energy."
As Piccolo leaves the rest of you, Gohan speaks up again. "We can't just let him do this. He'll get himself killed."
"He's not trying to go after Frieza." You chuckle. "He's going to attempt to buy Kakarot sometime. It's a suicide mission... and he knows it."
"We can't just let him---"
"Then what's your plan?" You scoff. "You need to stop jumping the gun. I used to be just like that, too. You're gonna get yourself killed if you keep this up. How would your death help the Namekian?"
"It... wouldn't." Gohan sighs.
"Exactly. So stay there and shut up."
"Don't you think you're being a bit harsh?" Krillin turns to you. "He's just a---"
"You shut up, too!" You cut the human off. " I didn't know children were omitted from death on your planet." You sarcastically mumble.
While Frieza is distracted by Kakarot's idiocy, Piccolo finally strikes. Sending Frieza flying back and out of view. A sneak attack. Not a bad strategy. But that kind of thing only works once. You know that when Frieza returns, he'll be less than pleased.
"Piccolo!" Goku shouts in relief.
"Ya, ya. Just hurry up and finish that thing before he comes back."
"I owe you one." Goku gets back into his stance to finish the spirit bomb.
"You better make it quick. That sneak attack is the only thing I can manage right now."
Frieza launches back over. A vein bulging from his forehead. "How is that Namekian still drawing breath? I thought they've all been taken care of." You just love it when Frieza is enraged. It fills you with joy.
"Goku... hurry it up! How much longer do you need to finish that damn thing? Cause something tells me that Frieza is losing his patience."
"I'm sorry." Goku grunts. "I just need a bit more time."
"Ugh." Piccolo groans. "Just throw it already."
"No. It's still not done. It's too weak. If I throw it now, it'll do nothing!" Piccolo scoffs at him, flying up into the air.
"Too pesky to live but too stubborn to die," Frieza smirks at him.
"You're going to eat those words, scum." You watch, waiting to see who'll throw the first blow.
"What's he doing now?" Gohan asks.
"I think he's going to sacrifice himself. He can't have much power left after that move he just pulled. Since Goku's not done yet, I think Piccolo's trying to buy him some time." Wow, the human is observant for once. You assume there's a first time for everything.
"I told you he was going on a suicide mission." You cross your arms, wondering how this will all play out. You know it'll probably end with the Namekian splattered across the landscape. But the moments that lead to that are far more interesting to you.
"Goku... hurry it up! How much longer do you need to finish that damn thing? Cause something tells me that Frieza is losing his patience."
"I'm sorry." Goku grunts. "I just need a bit more time."
Piccolo groans. "Just throw it already."
“I don’t think Piccolo can last much longer… he’s really taking a beating.” Krillin looks on in horror.
"We have to help him!" Gohan starts to fly towards the two men. You shake your head. The boy has learned nothing. If he refuses to adhere to your warning, there's nothing more you can do for him.
"Gohan, wait!" Krillin's voice stops him dead in his tracks. He doesn't speak another word, just shaking his head at Gohan.
You roll your eyes. "As I said before, You'd just get in the way. You'd be more of a hindrance than an asset. Don't be stupid. That job belongs to your moronic father." You look away from the earthlings, directing your attention to the battle. The Namekian is far too weak to provide you with any kind of entertainment. The only attacks he can manage are several small yellow energy disks.
"How can someone so resilient be so dumb?" Frieza mutters. You've often pondered the same question about Kakarot. "You must have a death wish, Namekian."
"We're at the end of our rope, Goku. Finish the damn thing!" With little effort, Frieza slams Piccolo onto the ground. "That's all I got. Please tell me you're almost done."
Goku shakes his head. "It's still not finished yet. If I throw it now, this all would've been for nothing."
Frieza grabs Piccolo by the collar. "Say goodbye, Namkeian. You get to die on your home planet. You should be thankful. The others aren't so lucky. Thanks to me, two of them don't even have one to die on." Before Frieza can kill him, Krillin and Gohan shoot a collective blast at Frieza with the minuscule energy they have left. Stopping yet another murder attempt. Frieza's three for three for his assassinations on this damn rock. That's not a bad stat in general, but it is terrible for Frieza.
"You... pests!" Frieza shrieks. "I hope you all end up suffering the same fate as this damn planet!" You've never seen Frieza look this unhinged. You've seen him pissed off countless times, but never to this degree. You watch as Frieza starts another attack. The ball of energy from his palms growing larger and larger by the second.
"Goku..." Krillin chuckles nervously. "It doesn't look like we have much time left!"
"Okay... Okay. I think it's ready!"
"Come on then!" Piccolo shouts. "Throw it!"
"Now, Dad!"
"While we're still young, Kakarot!" Wow, all of you are on the same page for once. Maye hell has frozen over? Goku screams, launching the spirit bomb at Frieza. "Holy shit..." That monstrosity absorbs Frieza's entire attack like it was nothing.
"Get down!" Piccolo shouts. Everyone falls to the ground, the spirit bomb causing severe damage to Namek's landscape... well what was left of it. The harsh winds send you all flying up into the air. The planet has turned entirely into a body of water. And you're thrown right into it. You weren't really intending to go for a swim today. Guess you have no choice now.
You grab onto some rock, pulling yourself up, gasping desperately for air. "I hate this vile planet!" You laugh as your eyes land on the earthlings staring at you with wide eyes. "Sorry to disappoint."
"Y/N!" Gohan exclaims, running over to you. The boy practically tackles you. Wrapping his arms around you, clinging onto you for dear life. "You're okay!" Your body goes rigid. You're not used to this. As you've said multiple times already. Physical affection isn't something your people partake in.
Krillin walks over to you, a faint grin on his features. "I never thought I'd say this, but oh boy, I am happy to see you."
Gohan finally releases you from his tight embrace. "Did you sense my dad or Piccolo down there?"
You shake your head. "I can barely sense myself right now, Gohan." You look around, taking in Namek's drastic remodel. The once vibrant planet is now drowning. This isn't exactly a foreign sight to you. For many years, your job was to destroy and flip planets for profit. You scan the area, searching for any source of life. You'd like to say you're looking for Kakarot or the Namekian, but that isn't true. You can't help but search for Frieza. That man has terrorized you since you were a small child. It's hard for you to believe he's gone. You can't ignore the sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach. Everything just feels far too easy.
"Hey, over there!' Gohan points to another area. "I see something!" A green hand grabs onto a rock. Using all his strength, Piccolo pulls himself up, dragging Goku with him.
Your lips unconsciously curve upwards at the sight. What the hell is happening to you? You should've wanted Kakarot dead. The idea of getting rid of him and Frieza in one blast should have been joyful... but it wasn't. You were worried? Upset? You don't know how to define your emotions for this hypothetical scenario.
Though, Kakarot is the only other member of your race alive. With Vegeta and Raditz dead, you and Kakarot are the only things left of your home. And when you're both dead... it will be as if your planet never existed. Like your species never existed. The Saiyan race would be nothing but a distant memory... a tale of the past.
"Goku!" You hear the human shout. You see Kakarot there. He's alive. And yet, you can't help but think about what things would've been like if he wasn't.
The reality of everything begins to set in. Frieza, Raditz, Vegeta, they're all dead. And yet, you're still standing. For the first time in your life, you're truly alone. What do you do now? Where are you supposed to go? It's not like you have a home to go back to.
Your brother would know what to do. He always knew what to do. You feel so lost. You try to think about what Vegeta's next steps would be. First, he'd kill Kakarot, obviously. And with Frieza gone, taking over the universe would be a piece of cake. The Frieza Force is weak, but their soldiers are malleable. But is that what you want? Do you want to rule the universe?
That was Vegeta's dream. Not yours. You always just went along with his whims. Ruling the universe with Vegeta would've involved a lot of work; without him, it is next to impossible. The plan was always for Vegeta to do all the work, and you'd selfishly reap all the benefits. Without your brother, you don't desire to dominate the universe. But if you're not going to take over the universe, then what the hell are you going to do?
You watch their little reunion from a distance. It's filled with hugs and happiness... and all of the other shit you find nauseating. Frieza's dead... you should be happier than ever. Yet you're not. You feel... numb? You've never felt this lost in your life. Whatever is left of Raditz and Vegeta is somewhere underwater now. That is if their bodies weren't destroyed by Frieza's trench. Saiyans don't mourn. They suck it up and move on. That's what your father did after your mother died in childbirth with you and Tarble. Yet... you're melancholy. It's almost bitter-sweet. But mostly bitter.
Goku frowns, and starts to look around. Like he's searching for something, "Where's-" His eyes lock on you, a grin quickly replacing the frown on his lips.
You slowly saunter over to them. "You actually lived." You shake your head at the buffoon. "Color me surprised."
"Does that mean you're happy to see me?"
You roll your eyes, chuckling. "You really just hear what you want, don't you, Kakarot?"
"Man, that spirit bomb was a doozy. It was like the size of a planet." And they're back to their little celebration. Who are you kidding? It never ended.
"You better believe it was, Krillin. The hopes and dreams of the entire universe were packed into that thing." Goku looks at you from the corner of his eye. "And maybe a bit of extra help from Y/N, too."
"I was still afraid that you got caught in it."
"Come on, Gohan." Piccolo chuckles, ruffling the boy's hair. "Give your father and I some credit."
"Well, I guess it's time to head home with our heads held high. Might even have the chance to live the dream." Krillin announces.
"Huh?" The father-son duo looks at him in collective confusion.
Krillina laughs awkwardly, scratching the back of his neck. "You're seriously going to make me spell out what's at the top of my victory list, aren't you?" His face flushes bright red. "A girlfriend."
You sneer in disgust. "Humans are such pathetic creatures." The other three stare at Krillin in surprise before breaking out into laughter. You'll never understand any of them. And you don't desire to.
Once the initial adrenaline passes, everyone's now standing. Goku has one arm around Krillin, the other placed on top of his son's head. "You all ready to go? My spaceship should be able to get us back home in just under six days."
Gohan jumps in joy. "Yay! I get to see everyone in less than a week."
Goku grins at his son before turning to you. "You're more than welcome to come with us."
"It's not like there's any other way off this damn rock." You look away, avoiding his gaze. Great, you get to go from one horrid planet to another. You can't even pick which one is worse. Namek, which is a shell of its former self. Or Earth, which is home to some of the weakest, most pathetic creatures you've ever encountered.
Your ears perk up as Krillin screams. "What is it?" Goku asks, alarm dripping from his voice.
"Bulma's out there somewhere. And I totally forgot." He looks terrified. It's the same way the human typically looks at you.
"Come on, Krillin." Goku laughs. "Don't scare us like that. From the look on your face, I thought that Frieza was back."
"Ya, well, he's got nothing on her when she's pissed off." Really? He finds the Earth women terrifying? You've seen insects with a higher power level than her. You doubt the earth woman has eradicated entire species when she was angry. It must be an exaggeration.
The others laugh, but you aren't amused. "Don't make me laugh." Goku chuckles more, gripping his side. "My body's already mad enough at me as it is."
You stare at your reflection in the water as the Namekian speaks. You look like crap. You desperately need sleep. You look back up and see the earthling, his mouth hanging ajar; he's practically shaking in fear. You turn your head to see what he's staring at. Laughter escapes your lips. It's Frieza. You knew it. You knew it seemed too fucking easy.
"How can this be happening? There's no way someone could survive a blast like that and not get obliterated." Krillin looks on in utter disbelief.
"He's not just anyone. He's Frieza...." Your voice trails.
Frieza extends his arm, shooting a blast at Goku and Gohan. Piccolo jumps in, knocking the pair out of the way. Taking the impact of the blast entirely. "Piccolo!" Gohan screams, falling to his knees.
"He's alive..." You cross your arms over your chest. "At least for now."
Gohan gets up and rushes over to the Namekians' side. "Piccolo... please get up."
You watch as Kakarot clenches his fists, his knuckles turning milky white. "Bravo, my friend." You don't think you've ever heard Frieza refer to someone as a friend. Pest, sure, but a friend? Never. It's unnerving. "You nearly brought the mighty Frieza down. I've never had a call quite that close before."
Goku's gaze darts from Frieza to you all. "I want you all to get out of here. My ship isn't far. Grab Piccolo, find Bulma, and set a course for Earth." Why is everyone always so bossy? First Vegeta, then the Namekian, and now Kakarot. Who’s gonna try to boss you around next? The brat? "I'm not leaving. So don't get any ideas about waiting for me." His eyes lock on his son, who's in a trance-like state. "Snap out of it, Gohan!"
"I won't!" The brat stubbornly stands his ground; how Saiyan-like. "I owe it to Piccolo to stay and fight." Gohan starts to tear up.
"With what?" Goku questions. "None of you have enough strength left. The most you'd do is get in the way."
"Goku..." Krilin's voice trails. "You're serious."
"I advise against placing much stock in your vessel. But if you'd like, I can bring you much closer to home." That sounds mildly threatening. You know he's not talking about your home. All that's left of your homeworld is most likely a handful of rocks floating aimlessly somewhere in space.
"Krillin! Look out!" Gohan shouts. Frieza takes control of Krillin's body, blasting him high into the air.
"Frieza... don't do it!" Begging will only encourage him further. You don't see a way where any of you make it off of this planet alive.
"Goku!" Krillin shouts as he dangles in the air. With a clench of Frieza's fist, the human implodes. Talk about going out with a bang. You don't even see a body. He must have... disintegrated.
"You are a ruthless... heartless... bastard." Kakarot's fists remain clenched, his entire body vibrating.
Frieza laughs mockingly. "I think the pretty princess should go next." He extends his index finger in your direction. "And after I take care of her, it'll be the brat's turn." Frieza shoots a blast of energy straight toward you. It all happens so fast that any attempt to move would be in vain.
You can feel the heat of the energy against your armored chest. Yet there's no pain. The beam reflects off your chest as if you were made entirely of rubber. Frieza dodges out of the way, just barely evading his own attack.
"What the hell?" You mutter to yourself. You look down. Your armor is the same... but your chest is glowing. You reach into your armor, pulling out your necklace, holding it by the chain. This is the source of the light; the stars of the charm are shining. It's never done that before. Your necklace... it saved you?
"What kind of damn trick was that Y/N?"
"I- I have no idea." You grasp the charm in your hand. It feels warm, an odd, comforting familiarity you can't describe. Where the hell did your father actually get this thing?
Frieza is about to speak again, but his attention quickly focuses on Kakarot. Whose anger has only seemed to grow. Beams of light shoot all over the planet. It almost resembles lightning. He must like Krillin more than all his other friends you had slaughtered back on Earth. The waters form waves, and rocks shoot everywhere. "I will make you suffer!" Now, this is a version of Kakarot you can get behind. His hair flickers from black to blonde. No way... he can't be.
With one final shriek, he transforms right before your eyes. His hair was now in a semi-permanent state of blonde, with his eyes a much lighter shade. Kakarot... is a Super Saiyan. "Holy shit..."
"Both of you go. Take Piccolo with you, and get the hell out of here." It's clear this isn't a request. "Find Bulma, find the ship, and go." Gohan hesitates, not moving. "Do as I say now before I lose what little sense of reason I have left!"
"O-Okay." Gohan nods, rushing back over to Piccolo.
"Move as fast as you can, and don't look back. If Piccolo dies, then Kami dies... and I don't think I have to remind you what happens after that." And still, after all of this, his priority is resurrecting his pathetic friends. Unbelievable.
"What are you trying to say?" Gohan's voice shakes.
"I'm saying go without me. Get back home; I'll be there when I can."
"But... if we take your ship, you'll be stuck here. You'd have no way to get home."
"I'm your father! Don't talk back to me!" Goku snaps. "Just do as I say!"
"Alright, Dad." Gohan nods. "I'll see you at home." Gohan picks up Piccolo, flying out of view."
After his son is gone, Goku turns to you. "That means you too."
"But I wanted to watch..." You pout.
He scoffs. "I'm not asking, Y/N."
You place your hands on your hips, rolling your eyes at the man. "You sound like Vegeta."
Goku takes several steps toward you. Now, standing directly in front of you. "Stop being a stubborn brat and listen!"
You chuckle. "Now you really sound like Vegeta."
"I'm not playing this game." He pinches the bridge of his nose. "Now get the hell out of here!"
"I never knew you could yell so much." You smirk.
"Well, that's because yelling seems to be the only damn thing you respond to!" He snaps.
"That's not---" Wait. Have you been conditioned to only listen when someone's screaming at you?
"Now, I'd happily entertain you any other goddamn day of the year, but not now." He takes a deep breath. "Now go before I lose my damn patience."
"Man, now you really sound like---" You're cut off by Kakarot's lips pressing against your own. The warm sensation causes your heart to flutter. Your eyes widen. Your breath catching in the back of your throat.
"How about now? Do I sound like Vegeta now?" You touch your lips. Did... Did that just happen? "Now go!" He takes a deep breath, seeming to have calmed down a bit. "When I return to Earth, we can get back to what we started before. So you'll get a turn, too. I'll gladly fight you... or fuck you if that's what you'd like instead. Maybe both if you listen." You choke on air. Who the fuck is this? Cause this isn't the Neanderthal Kakarot. Your brain is short-circuiting. "Just wait for me, alright. I'll be there as soon as I can."
"A-Alright." You're not sure if you love or hate this new Kakarot. You take a deep breath and regain your frosty attitude. "Don't die. Or do. I don't give a damn what happens to this planet. Well, it's not much of a planet anymore, is it." You fly up into the air.
"Hey!" He calls out to you one last time. "Take care of Gohan for me while I'm gone."
You grin, shaking your head. "You really are a terrible father!"
