Not to sound like a 90s shallow prep, but how you dress can affect your self esteem, and putting energy into wearing things you actively like and projecting an ideal of yourself through fashion instead of seeing clothes as things you have to put on out of obligation helps.

Thinking of Luis and how sad his story is.... He grew up in his town with his grandfather, he had his whole life there. He dreamed of being someone important and doing something big, he had a lot of intelligence, talent, the desire to do something important. But then the Plagas thing happened. He had to watch as his grandfather, the person who had raised him and probably taught him everything he knew, suffered and eventually died. He also saw how little by little, his world was completely going to shit. All the people he knew, infected and mutated. And then Umbrella, how he had to use his intelligence and his talent to do horrible things. To see how in the end, that talent had been used to kill thousands of innocents. Those horrible things he did he probably never forgave himself. They were the demons that were chasing him. And he died thinking that he had not done anything good, without knowing that in part, he had been a great emotional support for Leon and also for Ashley and that thanks to him, they were saved and left town alive
