           Naota eyebrow raised, “You want kids Una?”

          “Yeah. That’s the scariest thing...but what’s the point of love if it isn’t a little scary? If it was easy, it wouldn’t feel so rewarding.” She placed both her hands over her heart for emphasis. “If you loved me, I wouldn’t fall out of love.” Another tall order. It was impossible to tell what the future held, but if anyone lived in the moment, it was her.

           “But if you don’t want kids, our love can never be.” A light tease with a biting edge. There was true worry behind it. Regardless of what Naota wanted, she knew that her future partner would have to at least accept the way she fawned over children, even if the two of them agreed to not have any of their own.

           “Anyway, I think kids are really cool. I was one once. You...still are, sort of. They’re the future, and all that. I don’t know...I think I’d like to raise kids. I’d really try my best...but messing them up, that’s scary.”
