i don’t think people should be judging a game they haven’t played and isn’t even out this harshly. we have seen a tiny fraction of the game and everyone is ready to call the developers transmisogynist and racist based on 1 in game poster and like 20 minutes of gameplay. why would anyone assume that the view of 1 or a few people from this company reflects the entire game and the entire company? there is nothing that guarantees every character of color conforms to a stereotype and every trans character will be a sexualized misrepresentation. these things exist in our world and i think it is okay to have commentary on them in the media. maybe there will be more information about why the poster is the way it is in the game. i just can’t understand why people would decide to boycott something that isn’t even out yet. also i didn’t see anything that indicates the anti-blackness is off the charts? you gathered that from that one article about 1 small section of the game? the article itself says that all we have seen is one small slice of a game that is hundreds of hours long. this just seems like overreacting

Listen I love me some Keanu Reeves but I’ll be damned if I ever play or even see a walkthrough of Cyberpunk 2077; the antiblackness is off the charts and they have an in-universe transmisogynistic ad. It’s a mess, an absolute mess and I hate what white ppl are doing with cyberpunk and I especially don’t like this game already

The hickory horned devil (Citheronia regalis) is the largest caterpillar species in North America, and quite possibly the world. They can grow up to 6 inches in length. Their spines are a deterrent to predators but do not sting. (x x x x)
