i got to do a bit of fairytale zine workshop with 2 illustrators i hold dear.. was already friendly with one of them on ig, he's a guy around my age, finishing his studies, etc.. he gifted me his last tiny booklet t_t i asked him if he wanted to start doing collaborative drawings & sketches w me and he said yes t__t and then sent me his thesis notes to check out t___t immensely precious

The berry pickers creed

I will leave unripened berries untouched

A ripe berry need only be negotiated with, not fought

I will reasses my surroundings after every step, for my new perspective could reveal a berry patch previously hidden to me

The plant gets excited and happy when a barry is picked

The bug is not to be feared or killed, but gently celebrated, for it facilitated in the creation of the beloved berrys

I will not allow myself to be bullied by sharp thicket and I will retrieve even the most protected barry

place given to the diurnal shows.. that "dato" is just great 2 me, you read it as its obsolete participle form and it's "the place for daily shows", you read it as a half omitted passive past form and it's like.. "the place was offered to the daily spectacles".. where the performances or even daily mundanities like have agency over the building, take hold of it

today, while running on 4hrs of sleep, it took several hours of clogged milano transport to reach this one guy who sold me a secondhand scanner.. a more than a decade old scanner at this point actually, that i installed after coming home hungry hanging on my last thread of lucidity... i then lost this thread when i realized the driver maybe wasn't compatible and i had just made a useless buy, along with maybe losing my house keys. said fuck it, slept, woke up, cleaned and ate, looked up scanner again and realized it was fully functioning, and then also found house keys. the machine fizzles and buzzes in that pre 2010 fashion as it does its thing and it is So endearing lol, it also blasts light less intensely than the fresher ones i am used 2, so faithful towards the graphite, gives a kind of enchanted clouded sun light effect to the drawing :' ) silver lining
