I used the photomode mod to take a look at Astarion's love confession scene. Normally, the camera is focused on Tav when choosing what to say.

Okay, in the meantime, I'll take advantage because it was pointed out to me that I'm not the only one who thinks he's a "boobies guy."
(my pals are @starved-kitten and @oharahive )
My personal headcanon is that Astarion loves skin-to-skin contact. When you select him, he says, "Don't touch me," but when it's the Tav kissing him, he pulls them as close as possible. He's the type of person who runs his fingers slowly over the other person's body just to feel them, who squeezes almost to the point of pain where it's soft, because despite being used to sleeping with people, he's never really touched them. He misses the comfort of truly feeling someone close. And this brings us to boobies (and tummy).
Warm. Squeezable. He kneads them like cat dough. It's not even sensual; he's just mesmerized. Organic stim toy.

astarion cheek kisses
After he mends your favourite shirt, you give him a small peck on the cheek as thanks. He all but freezes as his mind blanks, not able to decipher what had just happened. He raises his hand to his face and lets his finger linger over where your lips were and wonders how this warmth had got there and is confused as to why he likes it so.
He had always done small acts like helping you carry your camp supplies but he starts doing even more in hopes of feeling that soft buzz on his cheek again. When he sees you doing your laundry by yourself at a river, he rushes over and finishes them all himself. Whenever he hunts, he brings back a rabbit or a squirrel and roasts it over the campfire for dinner, even feeding you himself once. He does such acts and waits for you to give him another peck but to no avail. You, not noticing this sort-of mission he has undertaken on a daily basis, think nothing of it as he has always helped you out in small ways like this anyways. He, not realising that you have been resisting the urge to give him all the hugs and kisses he's been desiring so as to not make him uncomfortable, reaches his limit and finally speaks up about it.
"Why haven't you done the thing?"
"What thing?"
"It's been three whole days without you doing the thing!"
"What the hells are you talking about?"
He points to his cheek.
Oh.
You smile and walk up to him, caressing one side of his face and giving him a small kiss on the other.
"You can just ask, you know."
He smirks, pointing to his lips this time and says, "do the thing."

“wah wah all girls care about is astarion wah” yeah you know what? i cant imagine why women gravitate toward a character who feels like they are only worthy of attention if they’re sexualized and are under constant pressure to be a sexual being due to a traumatic experience that made them think that they’re only good for sex and really cannot perceive himself outside of being objectified and serving others. cant possibly have any idea why girls like astarion you know

Adding to the “astarion and tav make noises anyway becasue it’s funny” part of the list: unintentional dirty talking.
Imagine tav got hurt and Astarion's trying to bandage the wound and they keep having silly banter that can sound weird out of context.
Like tav whining "do it slower" or "it hurts" when astarion's cleaning their wounds and he's like "let's change positions then" and the rest of the group listening to them like 👀👀
Would be funnier if one of them just burt through the door/tent flap to tell the two of them to keep it down and just come to see astarion trying to bandage tav's middle or something and they're both staring back like 😐
You are absolutely correct and this has happened on more than one occasion. Allow me to share a collection of out of context quotes the rest of the party has definitely overheard.
"Astarion, that's disgusting." "Apologizes darling, couldn't resit a taste."
"Easy my love, no need to rush."
"Tell me if it hurts."
*whine* "Almost there. You're doing so well."
"If you promise to hold still, I'll let you have a nibble."
"This may be easier with you on your knees."
"Do you need me to kiss it better?"
"It's your own fault for smelling so appetizing."
"Don't play coy now."
"Let's put these dexterous fingers to better use."
"And here I thought bardic flexibility was an exaggeration."
"Was I too rough?"
"It's alright. I've got you."
"A little lower." "Here?" *groans* "I'll take that as a yes."
"Tell me what you need."
"You'll be singing my praises by the time I'm done with you."
"Ow!" "I told there would be consequences for squirming."
"I'm alright. Keep going."
"Better darling?" "Much."
