i really hate coming out but still want my extended family to know, so my mother took it upon herself to invent the game “guess which one of my kids is gay.”

the rules are simple.

he looks frantically between the three of us trying to figure out if she’s joking or not and trying desperately not to offend anyone but also she won’t continue with the conversation unless he makes a guess so he has to make a guess

we all enjoy his discomfort immensely

A like,,, social media au fic focused on Roman (who eventually starts using ne/nim) who’s been a fan of HellaAnxiety for years and finds out that said streamer has been reading nis fanfiction and is a big fan (idk what ships I’ll use, most likely losleep ((with Logan and remy as mods for anxiety aka Virgil obviously))) (also logan and Janus are both cosplayers in this au, Patton writes a parenting blog despite not being a parent, Roman writes fanfiction as i said, and Remus hasn’t made his appearance yet cos I started writing this before his appearance but I’m open to ideas about what he does)

I have six and a half chapters written and chapter one is almost 1.5k words long

OR:

A self indulgent canon-verse fic where all the sides transform into animals when under immense stress. Virgil turns into a tiny dragon and is accidentally adopted by the others (again unsure of ships but from what I’ve written, at least platonic analogical is imminent) (might save the others’ transformations as a surprise but let’s just say the only truly predictable ones are Janus and Patton, and even Patton may be a back and forth guess between a few animals knowing y’all)
