I am from India. Wanted to buy Vertcoin, But it is a real challenge.Here is my procedure:Note: Can't deposit fiat to bittrex directly. So the the unsuccess procedure are as follows,Sending BTC from Binance to Biirex --takes lots of transaction fee.Sending TRX from Binance to Bittrex -- takes lots of time. (Already 8 hours passed, no balance shown in bittrex).Sending USDT from Binance to Bittrex -- takes minimum 20USDT as transaction.So is there any better option ? any suggestion? via /r/vertcoin

I used to mine some Vertcoin about 2 Years ago, but since then I deleted my wallet thinking I can get the crypto back if I just keep my passphrase and password. But now I redownloaded the Vertcoin wallet and can't find an option to "sign in". Help! via /r/vertcoin

I'm wondering why there seems to be so much confidence that the upcoming halving will have a positive effect on the price of VTC. There has been exactly one halving so far and I don't think a sample size of one is enough to make any conclusions. Are we really using big-daddy BTC's halvings as evidence of a pump incoming? Are there any other illiquid micro-cap coins like VTC that have had big halving pumps? What about LTC? Seems like the halvings there had no effect on price.So far all other supposedly bullish events thus year haven't had a positive effect on price (verthash/ocm, exchange listings) so I hope you'll forgive me for being sceptical that the halving will save the chart. via /r/vertcoin

Recently we have been listed on more exchanges and we have the halving coming up in the end of the year. Will vertcoin take off ? A time ago I downloaded vertcoin OCM and mined some on an old computer that was idle. Some 6 VTC. Now I want to sell that computer so I downloaded a vertcoin core wallet. Installed it, sent the coins to it. They no longer show in the OCM but the core wallet is doing some process that says it's going to take 5 days? what is it doing? will the coins arrive when that's done? I have two PCs running verthash-ocm for mining Digibyte. I was mining fine this morning, and now a few hours later, I am receiving a message:Miner software reported no compatible GPUs.This occured on my newer PC with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3 GB. This machine was mining about 14 DGB per 24 hour.Anyone else encounter this problem? I have antivirus exceptions on the folder and updated driver's. It literally just stopped working.I downloaded the vertcoin-ocm and can mine VTC just fine. I am baffled by this. via /r/vertcoin
