quarentena. hoje fiquei o dia em casa, também choveu, não teve nem um solzinho pra disfarçar o encurralamento. ainda vi um filme que se passava em berlim, ou seja, só dia nublado e filme nublado. a sophie aparece aqui em casa e eu fico até confusa, pijama que não combina, dente sujo de pipoca, cabelo feito juba. ela vem e eu já engulo um trident prendo as gadeias tiro a manta. parece uma alucinação falar com ela depois de duas semanas sem contato direto, próximo. a normalidade vira sonho. eu falo sozinha. gente, mas juro que tõ bem,

A beautiful portrayal of the Orisha, Yemanja by Adele Alsop.

Known also as Mami Wata or the Mother of Fishes, the womb mother of all life, one with the living waters of creation, Yemanja is an orisha that is figured in innumerable ways throughout pantheons cross-culturally.  It has been said that much of the prophecy of Judaism (and later Christianity) was filched from her Sibyls (priestesses) of old, defaming them as women of the Devil where they found power and inspiration for their sacred texts and literature from a source made void.  A prime example of this is The Witch of Endor.
