  it’s a self taught lullaby,   the ivory keys of the piano dancing beneath his lithe fingers, as graceful as his movement and quirk alike. the aria starts at a slow pace, tempo kept with his heartbeat, easing into the piece after so many years practicing until mastered. shōto finds himself in the empty corridor, the decorative piano sits still and lonely in the dormitories. only paid attention to during the holidays, shōto assumes he won’t find anyone lurking around it and he doesn’t. he looks around before tentatively before taking a new liberty and quickly getting lost in the simplicity of imagined sheet music. the notch seems to slip into place, shōto is finally unaware of anything else but this peace.
