This guy is known locally in my town as The Whistler because everywhere he goes he whistles super loudly (and sometimes off key) while listening to his walkman. He was arrested for it recently and the court ordered that he can only whistle if he keeps walking and doesn't whistle while he's standing still. Too weird, huh? There's a pretty interesting article about it here.

I played the Tahiti Condo remix for my husband, who enjoyed it. He was only slightly more pleased when I sang the same tune with the words "I've got 5 million cats in a blanket, they're all meowing, they really hate it." (my cat, who was hiding under a blanket at the time, didn't like it much, though).

Oh...my...gosh. That was the most tense ticket purchase I've ever made, but I got my ticket to see Nez in Boston in April! Hooray!!!!!

One hour left until I can buy my Nez ticket and it's already snowing like crazy. I hope the power holds out long enough for me to complete the purchase...eep!

They're predicting 24 inches of snow in Portland, Maine. My husband and I went to the grocery store and it took 20 minutes to get through the checkout line. It's as if everyone suddenly thought they'd run out of food in two days. Panic time!

I was feeling cold when I got into work today so I wore my Nez hat to my morning meeting. One of my coworkers saw it and pointed at me as she yelled "THAT'S NOT EVEN MIKE NESMITH'S REAL HAT!"
