Two ongoing digital games bundles are offering more than 200 tabletop RPGs (among video games, soundtracks, books and other goodies) in order to raise money in support of the Palestine Children’s Relief Funds. The Palestinian Relief Bundle is being hosted on Itch.io, while the separate TTRPGs for Palestine Charity Bundle is taking place on Tiltify. For $8, the Palestinian Relief Bundle is offering nearly 400 total items, 103 of which are tabletop RPG systems, supplements and adventures. Mapmaking game Ex Novo is joined by the paranormal gunslinging satire FIST: Ultra Edition, along with Takuma Okada’s celebrated solo journaling game Alone on a Journey. Weird and dirty iconoclast game about money, the mind and everything else, Greed by Gormenghast is also on this list and is well worth a look. And if you’d rather keep it cosy and introspective, Cassi Mothwin’s Clean Spirit will get the whole group taking care of their domestic homes. The TTRPGs for Palestine Charity Bundle focuses solely on analogue games, providing nearly 200 tabletop games for $15. A full spreadsheet of the included titles can be viewed here and includes Nevyn Holme’s Gun&Slinger, where one player embodies an occult cowboy while the second plays their sentient, magical gun. Wendi Yu’s Here, There, Be Monsters! approaches monster hunting media from the other side of the camera with a decidedly queer lens and unapologetic politics. Makapatag’s Gubat Banwa is a lush and dynamic collision of wuxia media, fiercely romantic and tragic melodrama all set against the backdrop and folklore of The Philippines.

thank you! sorry for the late reply it's been a hell of a week, had my birthday and a con and my top surgery consult and then had to grind masters to catch up

my family got me tickets to the stardew valley orchestra show so we went and saw that, then afterwards we ate the red velvet cake my partner made and watched Migration. i love to be kind of a princess on my birthday and it has to involve cake and box chocolates and cartoons. and of course a cute card. claud got me one.

if anyone knows about someone looking for a roommate in the austin tx area i would appreciate being put into touch...

i'm a 28 yr old currently working as a contractor at the texas department of transportation and i have a relatively stable job. but i've been living with friends and need to actually find my own place, unfortunately the apartment search is kinda proving to me that at my current income level (about 2900$ a month) a lot of the studios available are kinda sketch. i'm pretty adaptable and willing to work with people if possible, being lgbt friendly is a must. north austin area would be best for me but again i'm flexible and mostly just trying to find good options. if people could maybe boost this i'd appreciate it, thank you

Sorry to butt in here op I'd usually put this in the tags but it got a bit cramped in there. It is a common tactic for social media sites to train you to "form and express opinions for the sake of engagement". As we all know, engagement = dopamine! Therefore, judgement = dopamine! And it's lucrative for social media sites to have you be as opinionated as possible because you go to express it all online and you can look at their ads while you're at it.

Big users of social media may find themselves forming strong and instant opinions about things we didn't feel the need to previously. I think this post and the behaviour exercise is so good and worthwhile and I suggest practising it in the online sphere as well. Actually it's a great place to practise this because so many micro bits of information are constantly thrown at you to demand your instant judgement. But if you need some encouragement, imagine elon and whoever runs tumblr, losing ad revenue from your exercise in empathy and self control 👍 

The way you change your immediate reactions to things is that you catch yourself having an uncharitable/bigoted/overly judgmental thought and you catch it and replace it and then you do that a hundred times a day for your whole life and eventually one day like five years later you realize that you think differently now and you’ll always be working on something but that’s how life goes and that’s fine.

i cant really explain it but ever since i hit my top surgery goal i've been breathing different. and every morning i get dressed i stare at my bra drawer and think, i probably won't have to buy another one in my entire life, and feel the cortisol drain from my body. like obviously im still full of stress and broke in ways that have nothing to do with top surgery and have to finish my masters degree film in two months etc but now theres a big kindly leech sitting on my back with its little proboscis poking in, taking big gulps of the stuff, getting big and round off the toxic byproducts of dysphoria its filtering out of me

Congrats on hitting your top surgery goal!!! I read your zine and it meant a lot to me, very relatable to things that are hard to talk about. I hope you have a speedy time finding a surgeon and getting in for top surgery.

thank you, it really means a lot bc like you said its a delicate thing to express that could be easily misunderstood.

i'm actually shocked at the positive reception, in a good way, maybe i've put myself in too many irony poisoned crowds these past years but i was fully expecting people to laugh me off or be like TLDR BROOO and scroll past. but instead i got this big internet group hug, and it feels nice to come face to face with so many earnest and understanding people.

i'm meeting with my surgeon later this month to finalise a quote for top surgery. being broke is so funny because you arent really used to going to fancy private clinics with like fish tanks in the lobby and free coffee so even that in itself is exciting.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to anyone who has donated or shared the post and in general shown sympathy for my situation. Hitting the goal on the month of Easter + TDOV + just before my birthday feels transcendental.

I'll leave my kofi goal up for now because tbh getting the quote remade after a period of inflation as well as preop screenings + the dreaded psychiatrist paperwork will probably need a safety net of about that much. That one's less urgent and I might adjust it once I have some new numbers to work off this month. Have a wonderful day.
