I know that for the pre-anime muse era there were a lot of different designs. I could have sworn though that at one point Umi was drawn in black hair. I wanted to ask if you have a magazine scan of that, can't find it on the LL wiki.

Her, as well as most of μ's girls, did have much darker hair early on, but I believe it has always had a blue tint

It did fluctuate alot when the series started, so you can see in the archery illustration that it's using the oldest artstyle but her hair is bluer than some made a little later. Also, she did have solid black hair in the manga, but that's likely a stylization of her dark hair
