This food is one of the most famous desserts Filipinos always have on all of the occasions. It's called Leche Flan. The origins of Leche Flan can be traced back to the Spanish colonization of the Philippines. The name "Leche Flan" itself is derived from the Spanish word "flan," meaning custard, combined with the term "leche," which refers to milk.

Leche Flan has a rich, toasted sugar caramel flavor from the topping and the base tastes very milky and perfectly sweet.

This delicious dessert is made with eggs; sweetened condensed milk, cream or whole milk; and flavorings such as vanilla, orange, coconut, or coffee. After mixing the ingredients the flan is baked in a water bath in the oven.

Tagaytay

In 2017 we went to Tagaytay. We stayed at a hotel. After settling down at the hotel we went out and ate some famous food in Tagaytay like bulalo. When we got back at our hotel we changed into our swimwear to go swim in the pool outside. The outdoor pool has a nice bar. They have a lot of alcohol and foods to offer and they have a fake sand where kids can play.

Our experience in Tagaytay went well because of the staff's nice service. This trip is one of the unforgettable trips even though it's just in Tagaytay cause we're with all our family and relatives so we had a lot of fun.
