"Broken Promises..." Yandere!Kenshin Himura x Fem!Reader

TW: Light swearing, mentions of suicide and rape.

A/N: This is from an really cool anime called Rurouni Kenshin. It's action packed and there are so many characters. I highly recommend you weebs like me watch it.

"You woke up earlier than everyone else. Even Sanosuke is still sleeping." You freeze as you hear the speaking of Himura behind you, calm and gentle was always his tone of voice, well, aside from his enemies. Which you had no intention of becoming.

"Are you going somewhere?" Your body stiffened at those words, you had tried running away hundreds of times before, but he always managed to drag you back into his "love" if that defines cruel and frightening. You had scars littering your body underneath the robe you wore.

But all things aside you had to think of how to get out of this. "I hope that you know you're not. I won't and can't let you leave. I need you in my life just like you need me." All he needed was to say those words, he always said that 'you needed him'. That's when you made the mistake of bolting.

"Y/N!" You didn't want this anymore. You were so tired from running, so you hid under a giant tree. "I swear when I find you, I'm not going easy on you. You're getting on my nerves." You were terrified when you heard his tone of voice changed from calm and gentle, to dark and murderous. He had never used that tone of voice around you before.

"I know you're around here, come out now." You were shaking and hoping that he wouldn't find you, because you know that if he did, you probably wouldn't be seen for the next week. His punishment methods always involved your body being his plaything.

"Here you are..." Your eyes widened in terror as they met his lavender irises. His hand reaching out to grab yours, but you pulled away. "Baby. I know you're scared, but you don't have to be. I'm going to protect you, and love you." He said that, but he always used such harsh punishment methods, it made you want to die.

"Does love mean pain and suffering to you? Because that's all you do to me." "No. I teach you that you can't run from me anymore. I don't want you to get killed or raped because of your will to leave me. I need you in my life. You're the best thing that ever happened to me."

"Even if you don't understand now, you will. That's why I'm taking you back." He grabbed your hand gently, you didn't pull away. You didn't want to make your already inevitable punishment even worse than it was already going to be. To be honest. You were used to being used and abused by Himura. But, you never wanted to speak to it about it. You know what would happen if you did.

Once you both got home, he took no time in wrapping his arms around you. "You understand how much I love you now right?" "Mhm..."After hearing your answer, He took his robe off, revealing his perfectly chiseled abs. God he was beautiful. That was all it took for you to realize how happy you were to have him.

"Hey. C'mere." He opened his arms for you to come and cuddle with him. Who were you to refuse? So you moved forward into his warm and welcome embrace, and your body warmed up, and your body became less stiff as all your fear and worry drifted away. You feeling all the love he had in store for you, finally made you realize how lucky you were to have him.

"How do you feel? Are you alright?" "Couldn't be better..." He was very happy with your answer, more than ready to sleep with you. "I love you Himura..." "I love you too, goodnight" And that is how you learned to love and get used to the loving samurai, that is Kenshin Himura.
