Life in the tropics

Hello chum and chuppetes, this is my novice journal of life in tropical Malaysia which is situated in the middle equator of our planet earth that belongs to the Nusantara archipelago of South East Asia.

The Sun shines above us almost every day and we are blessed with the monsoon season which falls upon us from August to February.

I am born and raised a tropic kid in a vibrant Nusantara family whose ancestry can be traced from the South of Thailand to Lake Toba of Indonesia.

Growing to mid 30's of living in this tropical part of the globe, I developed a pride in almost every aspect of our culture and environment particularly cuisine, traditions, and flora fauna.

This blog aims to share the beauty of this region and perhaps to encourage the preservation of traditional Tropical Nusantara. Being a true Nusantara is all about tolerance and acceptance of other influences and cultures, and I hope we can share our differences positively and together create a cultural melting pot space for everyone to enjoy.
