“Sleeved quilt” is the kimono-like object that you can see there on the screenshot, and it’s the same object as the one you can see in the lords’ bedding in the castle items:

This is called a kaimaki 掻巻.

I have briefly replied to an ask about this a long time ago, but to elaborate: Back in those days, futon does not actually exist yet. This padded quilt-like kimono is the “bed”. It was suggested that you do not lie on this like you would a regular futon. No, the person would wear this quilt like a jacket, and then lie down. There is no extra quilts or futon underneath. They just lie down on the tatami mat.
