Zvolen Tours
Zvolen Tours - Zvolen (Hungarian: Zólyom, German: Altsohl) is a town in central Slovakia, situated on the confluence of Hron and Slatina rivers, close to Banská Bystrica. With its ancient castle, the town has a historical center, which represents the seat of an okres (Zvolen District). Zvolen has been inhabited since the Paleolithic. In the 9th century, a Slavic settlement (today the Môťová neighborhood) became a regional center of what is now central Slovakia. Zvolen remained the capital of Zólyom county until the 1760s. In the 11th and 12th centuries, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe, Pustý hrad, was constructed. The town, originally built under the castle, lay on an important trade route (Via Magna) from Buda to Kraków. Zvolen was granted town privileges by King Béla IV in the 1230s - as one of the first towns in the Kingdom of Hungary. The privileges were confirmed on December 28, 1243, after the original document was destroyed in war. Later, King Louis I the Great built a new castle, which became a popular hunting resort of the Hungarian kings. The future queen regnant Mary of Hungary and emperor Sigismund celebrated their wedding there in 1385. Enjoy Your Zvolen Tours!

Zurich Tours Guide
Zurich Tours Guide - Zurich is the largest city of the Swiss Confederation (Switzerland) by land area and population. It is the financial centre of Switzerland and houses the stock exchange and the headquarters of a large number of national and international companies. National and international media agencies as well as most of the national TV channel companies are also located here. Because Zurich is the central node of the Swiss-wide train network and also runs the biggest and busiest international airport in the country, it generally is the first place where tourists arrive. Because of the citys close distance to tourist resorts in the Swiss Alps and its mountainous scenery, it is often referred to as the portal to the Alps. Contrary to what some believe, Zurich is not the capital of Switzerland-- that honor falls to Berne. Zurich has long been known for being clean and efficient. Due to this, it has been continuously ranked as the city with the highest living standard world-wide for many years. However, only for the last ten years has it truly become a fascinating and worthwhile Tours destination. This is mostly thanks to the liberalization of the cultural, party and gastronomy sectors. An increasingly cosmopolitan population has helped, as well, though more button-down Geneva remains Switzerlands most culturally heterogeneous city. Limmatquai street and river Limmat The official language is German, used in all official publications and announcements, and practically everyone can speak it, but the native language of the masses is Swiss German. The most common dialect is called Züritüütsch. English and French are also widely spoken and often used in official publications and announcements alongside German. Any of these languages will do easily. Note that its often wise to speak German rather than attempting to speak Swiss German; some people may think youre trying to make fun of their language. Enjoy Your Zurich Tours Guide!

Yosemite National Park Tours
Yosemite National Park Tours - Yosemite National Park is a United States National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the Sierra Nevada mountains in east-central California. Yosemite is internationally recognized for its spectacular granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, giant sequoia groves, and biological diversity. The 750,000-acre, 1,200 square-mile park contains thousands of lakes and ponds, 1600 miles of streams, 800 miles of hiking trails, and 350 miles of roads. It is currently the third most visited national park in the United States, with an annual visitation of nearly 4 million. Efforts to protect Yosemite Valley began as far back as June 30, 1864 when President Abraham Lincoln signed a bill granting Yosemite Valley and the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias to the State of California as an inalienable public trust. This was the first time in history that a federal government had set aside scenic lands simply to protect them and to allow for their enjoyment by all people. The area became a national park on October 1, 1890 following several years of struggle by John Muir against the devastation of the subalpine meadows surrounding Yosemite Valley. Yangtze River Tours
Yangtze River Tours - The Yangtze (Cháng Jiāng 长江, long river, in Chinese) is Chinas greatest river and a historic transport route. This is a huge river; it is over 6,000 km (nearly 4000 miles) long, about the same as the Mississippi. Only the Amazon and Nile are longer. It is the worlds sixth largest river by volume of water discharged, at over 30,000 cubic meters a second, roughly double the Mississippi or Mekong, three times the Saint Lawrence, four times the Danube, and more than ten times little streams like the Rhine or Nile. The Yangtze has been an important transportation route with major cities along its banks for several thousand years. The Chinese Empire first developed along the Yellow River (Huang He) and shortly thereafter spread to two other major areas — the lower Yangtze basin and the rich agricultural lands of Sichuan a thousand km. or more up the river. As the main link between those areas, the Yangtze has been important through most of Chinese history. The Western name Yangtze comes from the stretch of the river from Yangzhou to Zhenjiang, called the Yangzi (扬子) in Chinese. This was the name first heard by Western missionaries and traders, particularly by the British, and it has stuck. Technically it is named in honor of the former emperor Yang. Most Chinese will not understand what you mean if you dont use the proper Mandarin title of Chang Jiang unless they are familiar with English. Enjoy Your Yangtze River Tours!

Warsaw Tours
Warsaw Tours - Warsaw (Polish: Warszawa) is both the capital of Poland and, with 1.7 million inhabitants, its largest city. Its on the River Vistula (Polish: Wisła), roughly equidistant (350 km, 217 mi) from the Baltic Sea (Bałtyk) in the north and the Carpathian Mountains (Karpaty) in the south. Warsaws history of rapid development after many wars that ravaged and destroyed the city has earned it a reputation as a phoenix city, able to recreate itself from the ruins and regain its erstwhile glory every time. During the Second World War, it has suffered a fate similar to Rotterdam or Dresden in that it was almost completely razed, although in the case of Warsaw it was a much more tragic story of successive destruction and defeat. Due to the great efforts of its surviving inhabitants and, indeed the entire nation, it was rebuilt from a field of rubble, with its historic core recreated, but much of its heritage was lost. Warsaw has also had one of the largest Jewish populations in Europe, which for the most part perished during the war, making Warsaw an important place of Holocaust remembrance. Today, Warsaw is a bustling metropolis and one of the European Unions fastest-developing capitals and the Unions ninth most populous urban centre. It boasts a mixture of new and old in its eclectic architectural mix, and is constantly changing. While quite sprawling, it is quite easy to navigate for tourists thanks to a good public transit system, and most important sights are quite close to each other. There is no shortage of accommodation options and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Warsaws nightlife is also on a rebound, and a reborn cafe culture has taken over the city. There is a large variety of museums, galleries and other tourist attractions, and there is always something happening throughout the year. Enjoy Your Warsaw Tours!

Wanaka Tours
Wanaka Tours - Wanaka is a town situated on the shores of Lake Wanaka in the South Island of New Zealand. It is the gateway to Mount Aspiring National Park. Wanaka shares many of the characteristics that draw millions of tourists to Queenstown each year – the mountains, the lakes and the outdoors – yet it enjoys a far smaller profile. In many ways its the little brother to Queenstown – many would say the cooler little brother. While it doesnt have as many hotels and restaurants or the large bar scene, it still has a few great attractions of its own, and respectable eating and nightlife. During winter, Wanaka is used as a base for skiing and working in Cardrona, Snowpark/Snowfarm and Treble Cone and has a true ski town vibe. During the summer its a busy holiday town for New Zealanders; many of the houses in town are baches (holiday houses). Lake Wanaka, New Zealands fourth-largest at 192 km2 (74 sqmi), is also a popular boating destination (its warmer than Lake Wakatipu), as is the nearby Lake Hawea. Wanaka is pronounced wanna-ka (wanna as in wannabe). Many international tourists before have made the mistake of pronouncing Wanaka as if it rhymed with tanker, much to the locals amusement. Enjoy Your Wanaka Tours!

Zadar Tours
Zadar Tours - Zadar is a city in northern Dalmatia, Croatia. The centre is easy enough to get around on foot. To reach the bus and train stations or Youth Hostel you will probably need to catch one of the frequent local buses, which are the only form of public transportation. Buses in Zadar are relatively new and well maintained, and you will be able to catch a bus to any part of the city from the main hub in the city called Mala Pošta (Little Post Office); ask any local where this is and they can direct you to it. A bus ticket in one direction costs 8 kuna (cca. US$1.60) while a two way ticket costs 13 kuna (cca. US$2.50). However, 2 way tickets are only available for purchase at newspaper stands, although they are easy to find. One way tickets are available for purchase upon entering any bus. Do not attempt to board a bus without a ticket, without purchasing a ticket or avoiding stamping a bus ticket. Bus drivers in Zadar are notoriously militant about enforcing payment, and you could get into trouble. Also, be advised that bus services cease just after midnight during the summer, so if you plan to get back to a hotel that isnt close to the city center after that time, you might have to walk or catch a taxi. Enjoy Your Zadar Tours!

Dangriga Tours Video
Dangriga Tours video - is the largest town in Southern Belize, and the spiritual capital of the countrys Garifuna people. Stretching along the coast, Dangriga has a funky vibe about it -- its tumbledown and mildly untidy. Despite sharing a similar ramshackle exterior with Belize City, Dangriga exudes little of the larger citys menace, and is generally a safe place to explore. Dangriga is a proud, festive town, one that does its best to make the most of its vibrant Garifuna heritage. The cultural cache here entices visitors to spend an extra day. The name Dangriga comes from a Garifuna word meaning sweet water -- the towns name having been changed from Stann Creek Town in the 1980s. Dangriga is the birthplace of punta rock (a fusion of acoustic Garifuna and electric instruments), and is home to a number of notable Garifuna artists, artisans and festivals, not to mention Belizes only Garifuna museum. With good access to both the central cayes and the Southern and Hummingbird Hwys, Dangriga is also an excellent place from which to launch nautical or jungle excursions. Wonderful Dangriga Tours video

Hermanus Tours video
Hermanaus Tours video might once have been a small fishing village, but today is a large, bustling town with an excellent range of accommodation, restaurants and shops. Only 122km from Cape Town, its perfect for a day trip as well as being extremely popular with South African holidaymakers. The surge in growth in recent years is due not only to its pretty beaches but also mainly to the presence in Walker Bay, from June to December, of large numbers of southern right whales. Hermanus is considered the best land-based whale-watching destination in the world. The Hermanaus Tours video stretches over a long main road, but the centre is easily navigable on foot. Theres a superb cliff-path walk and plenty of other walks in the fynbos-covered hills around the town, good wine tasting, and the Hermanus Whale Festival in September. The town gets very crowded at this time and during the December and January school holidays. Amazing Hermanaus Tours video...
