Taking a few pages out of Faction Paradox’s book and doing whatever I want with the Laws of Time.” Teine shrugged, sniffed. “Killing whoever decides to get in my way. But enough about me. What about you?”

“Sounds delightfully familiar to some of my own adventures. Although, I don’t think I’m being pursued by anyone, at least not by anyone that’s able to keep up.” he smirked, before moving closer to his alternate self. “I’ve been traveling through other universes, taking whatever and whomever I please, so that’s been fun. Found a planet with a screaming sun, which wasn’t. Almost got married again, but didn’t. A lot of running, killing, and... well, everything else you would expect from a life of hedonism.”

“Since you asked, yes,” Teine said matter-of-factly, carefully extending one extradimensional tentacle to brush up against xir alternate self’s timeline. “Just surprised to see me, are you? Now why don’t I quite believe that?”

Theta shivered in surprise when he sensed the curious tentacle brushing around him, having nearly forgotten what they felt like. His hearts began beating quicker inside of his chest, now that he realised whom he was speaking to. He made no movement to try and get away from the appendage, but rather, allowed it to wander where it pleased.

“Well, no, not just surprised.” The Time Lord admitted as he tried not to smile so hard. He was also trying not to become flustered like some kind of adolescent with a crush.

“How’ve you been?”
