Hello!
Thanks for all your work making the showdown. It really was fun to see all the reasons people love the episodes they do!
I wondered if a little idea of mine might make a good event for the fandom - but I'm not sure if I could make it happen. Maybe you can?
The idea is basically a propaganda fest. Essentially people are encouraged to tell us their favourite episode and explain to us all the reasons why they love it so much.
It would need to be explained that this is a "no negativity event" - so discussion and additional propaganda would be encouraged in reblogs and comments, but negative comments on any episodes, or anyone's reason for loving the episode would not be welcome.
Do you think this idea would work?
Hi! I'm so happy that you enjoyed the showdown!
Honestly, I'm not sure how that could work either. Everyone was encouraged to share their propaganda during the tournament, which they did, so I'm not really sure how this would be different?
But that shouldn't discourage you if you wanted to run the event yourself! Or if anyone else likes the idea and wants to pick it up :)

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who took part in the episode showdown! I've had a blast these last few weeks, and I'm sad to see it's already over :')
I'm so happy to see how much of the thunderfam got involved, and I loved reading everyone defending and sharing opinions on their favourite episodes.
And hey, even if your favourite episode didn't win or didn't even make it to the end (or even past the first round ;)), I hope everyone else had fun taking part too. It's so lovely that we can all watch the same show but experience it in different ways. We all have one thing in common though, and that is that we all love this crazy little family <3
Maybe if people would be interested, we can do some different tournaments, like with TOS episodes or side characters. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions!
Love you all, see you around <3<3<3

An underwater battle ensues, resulting in the destruction of Thunderbird 4 and leaving Gordon severely injured. EOS: The childlike A.I. encountered in Japan suddenly takes control of Thunderbird 5, trapping John outside of it. The program, created by John as a game, believes it is defending itself from being shut down and is sending false monitor images to Tracy Island to deceive the others. Running out of air, John finds a way to reach Lady Penelope, who warns his brothers. Alan and Thunderbird 3 are soon sent to rescue John, with instructions to destroy Thunderbird 5 if the A.I. cannot be stopped.

Season 2 is the winner! 🥳💚
Bonus Poll
Before we vote on the final poll, I thought I'd throw a bonus question out there.
Rather than picking out your favourite episodes, do you have an overall season that you think is better than the others? Personally, I think they all have their highlights, and I have favourite episodes from each season, so I think this is a difficult decision!
I'm curious to know what you guys think!
