Whoever PREFERS cold weather you're literally so so so wrong

#my body temperature regulation is shit #once im hot i am UNCOMFORTABLE and overheated and it triggers most of my chronic illnesses and immediately makes me overstimulated #so yeah no i much prefer to be cold #i cant cool down as easily as i can warm up #i need to figure out whats stopping me losing weight so i can lose some #overheating was much more tolerable in a smaller body

not “oh my god it’s just a tv show” as in you are not allowed to find genuine joy and form a true connection to fiction, but “oh my god it’s just a tv show” as in, if it legitimately stresses you out and impacts your mood when things don’t happen exactly the way you want them to, and it causes you to lash out at other - real - people, maybe you need to take a massive step back.

#it's wild when ur childhood is 50/50 normal repressed memory and trauma repressed memory #i watched my nan bounce my baby cousin on her leg and had a visceral memory of her doing that for me at the same age #and the joy i felt in the moment #vs certain smells or tones of voice from my mother triggers me into a flashback #i'm glad we dont live in the house i grew up in anymore bc being able to judge her mood from the sound of her footsteps or being violently #startled by a creaking floorboard when i was absorbed in something and it threw me into fight/flight/freeze immediately #i still have the flashbacks but they're a lot better than they were 10 years ago
