Squirming in my chair because I see two cut dust hides in the auction house that would make very pretty babies but buying the two would 1. Be more gems than I told myself I could spend on dusthides at the moment and 2. I still need to sell one of my normal breed babies to have enough room for two dragons and I’m only willing to lower their price so much

When I was first getting into ace attorney in highschool I saw ema sky and was like “omg! Just like me fr!” I am named Emma, I was at the time taking civil and criminal law AND forensic science classes. Just the one of each. My school might have been small but the last two years you had some interesting options.

But I was wrong. She is not just like me fr because I suck so bad at math. Also I have too many ms in my name.

I slept and no longer feel sad about dusthide not having ears and am now incredibly confused about why that made me sad yesterday???

#emma posts #flight rising #I know so much random stuff that I know about the evolution of external ears and it’s very interesting #but a minority of animals have them. so why was I sad? #emotional regulation is wild #I can ramble about mammalian external ears and how they are unusual so why was i upset by a creature having the more common setup? #some mammals have even gotten rid of external structures to their ears!

I sold my dusthide hatchlings to good homes because they weren’t colors I was super into (is this dragon racism? I jest) and I don’t have much room in my lair, but the fact that you can get them a dinosaur head is cool. I like dinosaurs

I have not actually witnessed this much (probably my fault) but aether literally have THE flattest faces I can think of and i don’t remember people saying this about them? Maybe I missed it, but I feel like people complaining about the new dragons faces should also be mad at my alien butterfly freaks (said with affection)

slightly irritated by people calling the new breed brachycephalic like that’s not what that means

I have three thoughts that pop up every time I see a dusthide. Not all of them each time, but at least one

Most common thought: he have no ears 😭

Second most common: armadillo (armadillos have ears though, so I guess more pangolin? But the way they are segmented… the pangolin thing reminds me of their claws more though. Hmm, overthinks what species of real animals one can compare them to)

And the final one: so, remember those toys from the 2000s that you put on a magnet and they went from a ball to a little guy?

Update, I have gotten sleep and am now confused about why I was so sad every time I saw that they had no ears

I just only have one tundra rn so I was second guessing before I checked

Ah, so me just throwing a bunch of two and three star items in and not getting the right color is just bad luck 😞

Do you get more “rarer” potions or whatever the higher you get in alchemy levels? Because I stg it wasn’t this hard to get green or yellow when i was ten levels lower >:\

“You transmuted blue sludge” I don’t fucking need more blue sludge! I’m out of yellow!!! I keep transmuting one and two star items and the last one I did (2 stars) gave me red sludge!!! I like having purple, red, and blue, sure, but I need yellow!!!
