how to calculate amount of calories burned during sleep
I saw this on another post and thought it was really helpful so I decuded to share:
Multiply your cw by 0.42
Multiply that number by number of hours you sleep
And there you go! Simple and satisfying; it’s great to know this number so even if you don’t exercise, you can still see that you’re burning some calories.

so i haven’t done an update lately.
i was supposed to do a fast but the day after i had started i had a party to go to and lets just say i had a lot of adult beverages and when i got on the scale the next morning i had “gained” like 6 pounds. so i’ve spent the last 3 days losing the weight and im back down to 134.0 pounds.

HEY, LISTEN UP
So like, I’m not sure if this is a common product known in the ED community (and if it is feel free to completely ignore this) BUT LIKE… I THINK I FOUND ONE OF MY NEW SAFE FOODS

THESE SUCKERS RIGHT HERE ARE SENT FROM THE HEAVENS I SWEAR TO GOD.
Get this, it’s 120 calories…. for 41 crackers?!

And IF you do end up binging on the whole box (totally don’t recommend it but it happens to the best of us), it’s 420 calories! Not exactly low cal, but for binging on the whole entire box, that’s pretty good
I’m not even kidding, I ended up eating like 20 of these guys earlier and I totally expected to be filled with regret and shame but when I calculated it it was only 59 calories!!!! (In comparison: eating 20 of the Lays Original Chips would’ve been 213 calories)
And not only are they low cal, but they’re perfect if you’re having a chip/salty craving :)
Edit: Because I keep getting asked, I found these at my local Wal-Mart! I know you can also find these at Target or Amazon :)

Ana in College
Hygiene
Shower everyday to every other day. Always shower after a workout. You don’t want body acne.
Brush teeth twice a day. Always wear retainer to bed. You didn’t wear braces for nothing did you?
Wear makeup at least four days a week. Seven days is encouraged, but makeup is not the main goal.
Skincare routine must be done twice a day. Beautiful girls have clear skin.
Always smell good. That means deodorant and perfume.
Always look presentable outside of dorm.
Always keep space tidy. That means dorm, desk, bed, backpack, and workspace.
Etiquette
Never raise your voice. You should always stay calm, collected, and in control.
Never go too in depth with yourself. (You tend to overshare and that makes others uncomfortable.)
Don’t let people realize how little you eat.
Wake up at 6am when you have an 8am class, and 8am every other weekday. Weekends wake up no later than 9:30.
Always wear jewelry. It will make you look more put together.
Studies
Go to every single class. Even if you are sick.
Never study in your dorm. Always find a different place whether it be the library, a little nook in a hallway or the laundry room. Whatever, your dorm is where you lounge. You are also never to lounge (play games, watch Netflix,etc.) outside of your dorm or a dorm of another.
Always pay attention in class, even if you didn’t sleep at all the night before.
Always be ten minutes early to every class.
Study a minimum of 90 min per hour of class. Much more is encouraged but work can sometimes get in the way.
Do every single assignment or every single class. Always have everything in one time.
Always do extra credit. Even if you have 100% in the class.
Food and Drink
No more than 1200 cals a day. Your specific caloric intake to maintain your current weight is 2500. That means you will always be in a 1000+ caloric deficiency. If you want to find out your own personal stats, look up TDEE calculator and click the first link.
No binging, you don’t have anywhere you can binge unless you want to spend money anyways.
Always try and eat healthier first. Most healthy foods have a lower cal count with a higher quantity.
Drink three bottles of water a day. (1 bottle=24 oz. 24x3= 72 oz./day)
No other kinds of drink are allowed. Diet pop is only allowed for special occasions.
If you are going to drink alcohol, no more than 500 cal during the day. If you didn’t plan on it, makeup for it the next day.
