louis could easily record only one concert and release it like “live from the o2 or sheffield” as most artists do, but having each song from different places makes it so special and meaningful to the fans who got to be at those specific shows

not to be sappy but louis' voice is like caramelised honey. one of my favourite things about his voice is how raw it is and how he knows how to make it raspy just so and how his voice cracks perfectly to complement the song and lyrics. ever since he went solo, he's embracing his northern yorkshire accent more and more and you can hear it in his voice and the way he pronounces certain words and it just makes his voice so special and unique and like it has this tendency to carry over you

LTlive - what a wild ride! It brings back so many memories from the show, of shared fandom joy and woe, of watching the shows unfold somewhere far away at all hours of day or night - but it also vividly brings me back to the personal ups and downs to which Louis was the soundtrack, the cozy comfort, the friend who knows things will get better. You and me until the end / waking up to start again / there's nowhere else that I would rather be. And I don't feel like going home... because I belong right here. <3

one of my favourite things about this live album being from so many different cities is that you can see how differently he's loved by fans around the world. from the "i love you" chants in rio during fearless, the "i love you" in portuguese, fans being so loud for chicago in chicago, fans at the o2 being so fucking loud for the greatest because we knew how pivotal it was, fans chanting "surrounded by lights" for the megamix in munich and many more. like it doesn't matter what language you speak, you can still see how much everyone adores louis. man i love live music so much
