some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, “what’s the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?” and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is “unofficial”, and we know that’s not the right word, but it’s the only word we can come up with…until finally it’s like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is “artificial”.

hiii! Tysm for the tag and sorry for vanishing off the face of the earth for the past four months 💀

How old were you when you read/watched LOTR for the first time? I was 12! I was going through a pretty rough time and i can honestly say it’s made me who i am today. I was sat at home and my stepdad put it on on the TV. The rest is history

Favorite LOTR character? It’s a tie between Aragorn and Pippin. Ik loads of ppl say aragorn and it’s quite a basic choice but i can’t lie here. He’s probably my all-time favourite character ever, and pippin is just me.

Books or movies? This is such a mean question 🥲 I genuinely can’t choose i like them both the same 😭

Favorite movie? The Two Towers

Which location in Middle Earth would you want to visit most? the shire, lothlorien and rivendell.

Favorite scene? i adore the scene in Fellowship when Boromir is teaching merry and pippin to swordfight, then he accidentally hurts one of them and they tackle him to the ground, then aragorn gets involved and ends up tackled too.

Favorite quote? it’s gotta be “war will make corpses of us all”.

What Middle Earth race would you most want to be? i’ve thought abt this so much and it’s a tie between an elf and a hobbit. I would be delighted with either of them.

Favorite LOTR ship? this changes a lot, but probably boromir x aragorn.
