Shoot, I should have thought to add it to the poll proper, but consider also,
When Fate Triggers You
the standard battle theme for Armed Fantasia. I guess "vote" by leaving something in the notes or comments
Critical Hit!
Battle Force
Gunmetal Action
The Power to Fight
Gun Blaze
When the Heart Ignites
Duel Sign
(I don't actually know if MM had a generic battle theme, I never go the chance to play it, and the track list doesn't make it super clear.)

So, we're basically done with all these monster polls, I think.... But just for posterity, here are all the repeating monsters, flattened down to one instance of each model, whether that's across games(even if some of those didn't constitute any real changes...) or recolors. There was a point where I was kind of tempted to try and draw each distinct design as we went along, but I'm glad I didn't because I didn't think it'd really end up with THIS MANY unique monster designs.

Yeah I dunno that this batch even really counts, but it's basically the end of the list. There are other enemies, but they all both don't share their models with recolors AND never appear outside of the game they're introduced in. (i mean.. that and there are the doppleganger forms that are just the player character models, some recolored some not)

VAGESTA
ELEBART
GEHENNA NEROS
PRISNUM
TITANIUS
ZOLINGE
not really any references in these, other than the weird mashup of words in "Gehenna Neros" but I won't go over it again.

MAGNETORTOISE
CAPTAIN GEIST & HATRED SOUL I considered putting the HATRED SOUL in that one batch with all the other foxfire/will-o-wisp/infatuation/ignis fatuus/etc... But decided against it.
ELIZABETH
BEATRICE just because I like keeping her with Elizabeth
MAGE FOX & TAILS The only thing here with anything resembling a reference behind it. It's just your standard Japanese nine-tailed fox yokai. It was neat that Code F gave it all the individual tails with different attributes.

Oh speaking of the Golems and all their demon names, here's a little mock up of the 72 Demons of Solomon according to the Ars Goetia, and which Wild Arms enemies came from each. I was actually a little surprised when putting this together, I thought more of the list would've been filled out. But a lot of the other demons referenced come from other sources

A lot of repeats here but bear with me....
ASGARD
LOLITHIA/LILITHIA
LUCIFER
LEVIATHAN
BELIAL
DIABLO
BARBATOS
SET
I totally forgot that Code F SADO had all these little drones, and that they each got their own name. SETEPH(SATEF), SETEC(SATEK), SETI(STY), STEC(STEK), SEUTEPH(SAUTEF). NO idea where these names came from...
JOTUNHEIM the big boss mech from WA5. Named after the realm of the Jotun, the giants who challenge the Norse gods. An appropriate antithesis for Asgard.
MIDGARD yet more Norse cosmology; The Middle World, where huans dwell. The only thing on this list, other than the orbs, that hasn't actually been featured yet. It's a big mechagodzilla looking kaiju guy you fight with Asgard toward the end of WA5.

DOOMSDAY named in a Japanese approximation of the English word. Technically pulled the Christian idea of the "day of reckoning" aka "judgement day." But colloquially just a term for any end-of-the-world scenario.
GREATER BEAST for some reason localized as XELAS in WA2 but later translated more directly. It's oddly written in Japanese but like DOOMSDAY approximating the English words. Based on the beast in the book of revelation, prominently reflected in its 7 heads.
JUMBO BEARCAT written as an approximation of the English words, but technically a clunky translation of the Chinese xiongmao[熊貓] written literally as "bear" + "cat" but is the name for the panda bear, ergo the monster is in fact just an awkward synonym for GIANT PANDA.
CHAOS/PHANTOM I think we saw this in the boss polls. A fairly minor boss in WA1, replaced by an entirely different boss in CodeF, but then the name from WA1 was applied to the model from F in WA5, confirming that they were the same.
BALAZS random weirdo jumpscare from WA3 that popped back up in WA5. No lore or trivia I could find...
MICTANLICUTLI Aztec god of the dead that started showing up as a boss monster in Code F and rode out the rest of the series.

well now we're just retreading boss tournament material... But between the two alternate Ragu forms, Marduk, and the secondary Trasks, this accounts for the last of the shared models... after this there's just a few more batches of enemies who appear across different games with new updated models, but don't share them with any other named enemies.
RAGU O RAGULA
ANGOL MOIS
MARDUK
TARASQUE
These are all things we've covered by now so I'm just linking to the previous trivia dumps

And this is the end of the shared character models...
ZETRIM & ZYCLUS two random optional boss monsters from WA2. Seems like a throwback to the Ultraman monsters, Red Giras & Black Giras, given the black and red coloration, "monster brothers" epithet, and Cyclone/Tsunami/Whirlpool attacks.
CHAMELEON MAN I think I mentioned this during the boss tournament but while it's probably just the words mashed together, CHAMELEONMAN[カメレオンマン] does also happen to be the Japanese localized title of the 1983 Woody Allen movie, Zelig.
BLACK CHAMELEON it's just another literal Chameleon situation...

we are closing in on the end-ish of things...
SPIRIT SERVANT which was actually originally written out as TSUKAIMA[使い魔]: "Familiar (Spirit)." Pretty straight forward. But notably uses the kanji for "evil spirit"/"demon" in it, appropriate for an occult-ish term, and matching that particular form of Nega-Filgaia's generally devilish appearance.
on the other hand, MESSENGER which was OTSUKAI[御使い]: "Messenger/Envoy" is also a different word for a "Familiar Spirit," but made up of the kanji for "Honorable" + "Messenger/Ambassador" lending to the Nega-Filgaia form's more angelic theme.
ERYTHRON we've been over WA4's two random dragons from the final dungeon before. ERYTHRON is named after a medical term related to red blood cells...
KYANOEIDES is named after Lapis Lazuli and a generalized scientific name used for animals and plants with said blue coloration. (i.e. Centaurea cyanoides, Cyanoloxia cyanoides, and Serruria cyanoides, all unrelated to one another but all identified and defined relative to their actual relative species by their coloration, hence the species name)

just gonna post these two back to back since they're kind of equally sparse
RADIANT BLACK
RADIANT BRONZE
RADIANT SILVER
RADIANT CRYSTAL
There's not really any trivia in these that I can make sense of. The phrase itself doesn't seem to draw up anything in particular. (other than Radiant Black being a henshin hero influenced American comic book from only very recently) It seems weird that Radiant Black is even in there when the others are materials and not just colors. Also odd that there is not Radiant Gold in the mix? I would have thought Bronze and Crystal would relate to the status ailments Bronze and Glass, but then Black and Silver don't fit that; and in any case they don't use moves with those ailments anyway... weird.

as @mean-sean brought up back during the boss tournament, these names are apparently poorly localized from what are supposed to be terms related to Zoroastrian religious texts. I'll be honest I'm not familiar enough with Zoroastrianism to really comment on what meaning if any carried over.
JASTEUCH should have been YASHT a collection of 21 hymns and prayers in the Zoroastrian faith
JASNA was supposed to be YASNA the act of worship involving a recitation of the yasht
WISRAPT is VISPERAD a section of the YASNA ritual
and VENDIDURT is VENDIDAD another collection of texts
BLACK KNIGHT this one actually is just what it says on the tin. No fun secrets lost in translation here. Arthurian black knight.

CRAWLING CHAOS we've been over these before, right? Multiple times even, I want to say. Looks like the Flatwoods monster, named after the Japanese translation of H.P.Lovecraft's The Crawling Chaos. A long standing favorite of the franchise; Often a secret "regular" monster encounter, but with boss-like power levels. Abuses stat ailments to really ruin your party's day.
SILENT CHAOS is just that, "Silent"/"Quiet"/"Soft(ly)" and then the full name HaiyoruKonton:"Creeping Chaos"" again.
TELEPATH TOWER #1-15, +#0, weird enemy, but a fun part of the alien sidequest, and a fun throwback to WA2's dungeon of the same name.
called UFO in English the Japanese name was actually, Haiyoru Enban[這い寄る円盤]: "Crawling Disk" or given some liberty in this context, "Crawling Saucer"
MOTHERSHIP similarly was originally Haiyoru Bosen[這い寄る母船]: "Crawling Mothership"
